• Svein-Harald (8/5): Nice hotel on my way to Tirana airport - The host was very welcoming and gave good service. Room was not big but ok. This hotel is 28 km from Tirana airport and is convenient going by car. Both the restaurant and the garden in front of the hotel was very nice.

• Robert (10/5): Nice Family run hotel with good breakfast - Really friendly and welcoming family. Note the paintings in the hotel, made by the son. There was a welcome drink and the breakfast was really nice. Good private parking space Not much, maybe some darker curtains in the room to block the light a bit more.
• Hans-Günther (10/5): Eine prima Unterkunft für die Entdeckung Albaniens, besonders auch für Biker geeignet. - Das "Drini" ist, wenn man einen guten Platz für viele Ausflüge sucht, ein "Wohlfühl-Hotel". Die diskrete, aber aufmerksame Gastfreundschaft ist ebenso überzeugend wie das Bemühen, es den Gästen recht zu machen. Auch mit kleinen Gesten. Die Freundlichkeit ist echt. Das lokale Frühstück ist okay, man kann aber auch um andere Zutaten bitten. Das Restaurant ist in Betrieb, selbst wenn nur ein Gast (wie in meinem Fall) da ist. Die Speisekarte ist umfangreich und durchaus "europäisch". Die Preise gehen in Ordnung, weil es in der Regel eine kleine Vorspeise und einen Nachtisch gibt. Der selbst hergestellte, leicht säuerliche Rotwein mundet gut. Die Anlage um das Hotel ist großzügig, gepflegt und einladend. Das Hotel liegt an einer gut befahrenen Straße und in einem "Dorf", das typisch für diese Region Albaniens eher schlicht und nicht gerade gepflegt ist. Weitere Restaurants können nur mit dem Auto erreicht werden. Geschäfte sind ebenfalls rar.

• Delsia (10/5): Excellent Hotel - I arrived in the middle of the night because my previous accommodation threatened me and my life was at risk. I had to leave suddenly when they decided to cut off the services, and I felt abandoned and stressed by the whole situation. Hotel Drini welcomed me in the middle of the night and allowed me to check in early! They accepted my request to enter ahead of time and treated me better than a queen from day one. They are incredibly positive people! A beautiful family who will always give you more than they have! They deserve the best in this world! In this place, you will feel better than at home! Everything is super clean! From the food to the service and facilities, everything is excellent. If you visit Durrës, you must stay here! You will even learn some Albanian, as they are always willing to teach you about their culture and give you the best tips! I would stay here forever! It’s hard to leave when you feel better than at home! Many thanks to everyone for the treatment I received and continue to receive! Estoy súper feliz de haber encontrado un lugar donde alojarme en Durrës, donde no solo la calidad humana sino el confort son excelentes! Recomiendo con total seguridad alojarse en este lugar si en algún momento deciden visitar Dürres! Todos son encantadores aquí, amables y solidarios! Con un corazón enorme! Todo está súper limpio y es totalmente acogedor el lugar! • Wunder070 (10/5): Perfekter Aufenthalt in Durres - Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum. Das Hotel ist eingebettet in einen wunderschönen kleinen Park mit Sitzecken und kleinen Gewegen. Das Gastgeber Ehepaar ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfreich. Besser geht es kaum. Optimal auch für Motorradfahrer, um in alle Richtungen ausschwärmen zu können. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich. Das Abendbrot (Karte sogar auf deutsch) war vielseitig und wirklich lecker. Anschließend gab es sogar auf kosten des Hauses einen Fruchtcocktail. Gibt es nicht.
• Andrea (10/5): Staff davvero cordiale, stanze pulitissime, parcheggio comodo e cucina adorabile - L'Hotel ha un comodo parcheggio privato e si trova ad appena 7 km dal porto di Durazzo, strategico per chi come noi ha preso la nave il giorno dopo il pernotto. Le stanze sono molto molto pulite, bella e comoda la doccia, abbiamo cenato davvero molto bene ed anche la colazione è stata a livello delle nostre aspettative.

Le jeune homme a vraiment à cœur que nous nous sentions bien : verre d’accueil, cadeau de départ… Le petit déjeuner est bon et très copieux. La chambre est très propre et correcte. Seul petit bémol : les rideaux ne font absolument pas le noir dans la chambre, on est donc réveillés très tôt par la lumière du jour. Pas de rideau dans la douche donc on met de l’eau partout (mais c’est un peu partout comme ça en Albanie) et la pomme de douche fuit un peu mais cela n’est pas vraiment gênant.

The owner was running the place we arrived at 1 am and he was waiting for us and received us with a beer, super friendly help me out and carry my stuff to the room.

De passie en vriendelijkheid spat er vanaf (een fijne familie die het hotel runt) De hotelkamers zijn goed en er is genoeg parkeerplek. Ook het eten is trouwens fantastisch! Een echte aanrader!

• Kata (10/5): Családi törődés egy kis mesevilággal - Egy hosszú nehéz nap után késő este érkeztünk meg az utolsó pillanatban lefoglalt szállásra. Egy mesés idill fogadott, nemcsak a kert és szállás tekintetében, de a teljes család mintha csak ránk várt volna türelmesen, welcome itallal, mosolygósan, bármikor érkeztünk volna is meg. A reggeli csoda finom, változatos és bőséges. A szobák tiszták, kényelmesek, légkondicionáltak. Távozáskor (pedig csak egy “fél” éjszakát töltöttünk ott) még egy kis üveg házi brandyt is kaptunk. Kényelmesen lehet az udvarban parkolni, könnyű megtalálni a szállást, a környék csöndes. Csak ajánlani tudom.

Parkeerruimte genoeg en bewaakt met camera’s. Maar vooral de allervriendelijkste mensen waarvan we niet alleen een welkomstdrankje kregen maar ook allerlei gratis fruit, zo lief Niks!

Pur non essendoci l'ascensore, ci hanno portato in camera i bagagli. Colazione albanese servita al tavolo abbondante (anche un cornetto dolce) Unica pecca da segnalare: in camera è impossibile oscurare la finestra, per cui nel periodo estivo c'è luce molto presto

• Adele (10/5): Tutto perfetto - La gentilezza e la cordialità del proprietario, della sua famiglia e del personale. Camere molto pulite e complete di bidet. Ottima colazione e ottima cena. Al termine del soggiorno ci é stata regalata una bottiglia di brandy della casa, regalo che ci ha colto di sorpresa ma che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Ritorneremo
• Silke333 (10/5): Wir waren soooo zufrieden!!! - Kleines, sehr feines, SAUBERES Hotel! Außerordentlich freundlich! Unglaublich! Großzügig! Wir bekamen nicht nur zusätzliche Speisen auf Kosten des Hauses zu essen, es war köstlich!!! Es gab zwar "nur" saisonale Produkte/Küche, diese war/en aber vom Feinsten... wenn man was vom Kochen versteht! Danke, wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt! Es war sooo gemütlich, der Innenhof ein Traum! Aber das Beste: der Sohn des Hauses ist nicht nur sehr gut der englischen Sprache mächtig: er ist ein Künstler!!! Alle Bilder im Haus sind von ihm handgemalt, liebevoll plaziert und außerordentlich gekonnt!!!! ... er ist 14 Jahre jung! Ich würde mehr als 5☆☆☆☆☆ geben, wenn es möglich wäre!!! So, zum Schluss: wir haben super geschlafen... Und das Frühstück war echt lecker! Wisst ihr was das Tüpfelchen am i war: wir bekamen als Gastgeschenk noch ein Flascherl regionalen Congnac... Auf der Rückfahrt werden wir sicher wieder dort nächtigen. Die Lage,: ist ein bisschen schwer zu finden.
