• Jürgen (9/5): Hotel und Zimmer sehr gut, das Restaurant eingeschränkt zu empfehlen. . - Schönes Hotel, schönes und geräumiges Zimmer im Haupthaus, Klima bzw. Heizung funktionierte sehr gut, die Betten waren bequem, Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher im Zimmer, schönes Bad, Parkplatz direkt im Hof vor dem Gebäude. Ein Mitarbeiter sehr engagiert und freundlich. Wir waren 2 Nächte. Am 1. Morgen war das Frühstück bis auf das Ei kalt, eine Art Brot steinhart, die Wurst kalt. Am 2. Morgen mussten wir feststellen, dass das Frühstück eigentlich hätte warm sein sollen. Beim Abendessen 1.Tag waren die Penne Salmon gut, 2.Tag das Fleisch absolut zäh, die Beilage mehr als überschaubar. Nicht zu empfehlen! Die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant waren beim Frühstück und Abendessen null motiviert! Da ist noch sehr viel Luft nach oben!! Achtung!! Nur Barzahlung sowohl für Hotelrechnung als auch Restaurant möglich!

• Tajar (10/5): - Great stay in Valbona. The rooms were very clean, the parking was spacious, and the breakfast was fresh and generous. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The only funny thing I noticed is that it looked like the same staff member was there at check-in in the morning, again in the evening, and then again at breakfast the next day 😄. Either they never sleep or they deserve a serious salary raise!

• Maria (10/5): - Echt een super verblijf gehad, heel fijn hotel met een prachtige tuin! We hebben heerlijk gegeten. De kamer was heel fijn, bedden waren echt super comfortabel. Het personeel loopt erg hard. We hebben lekker gegeten. Het hotel heeft een eigen moestuin waar ze veel producten uit halen. We zaten wat verder weg van de valbone naar theth hike maar we werden gebracht naar het startpunt! -

Bless the kitchen staff they work really hard and make delicous food, but you can hear them from 7am to the evening. overall the property is fantastic. i imagine the second floor and the rooms not attached to main building are much quieter.

• Tiago (10/5): Perfect for a mountain stay! - The location is incredible and really beautiful (even better than the photos), I found the beds comfortable and the bedroom had everything plus a fridge and slippers. Have to mention the owners, they were incredible really helpful and nice, they really helped us when we had a flat tire and went above and beyond. Would 100% stay here again if I ever go to Valbonë again. The food in the restaurant was really good!! Not a single thing.

• Berron (10/5): mágica - La habitación era enorme, muy cómoda y con todo lo que podías necesitar. Todo estaba limpísimo y además tenía calefacción, aire acondicionado y hasta una nevera. El sitio… una pasada. Las vistas eran increíbles, de esos lugares que parecen mágicos, y la ubicación no podía ser mejor. Ahora, lo que de verdad hizo la diferencia fue la gente que trabajaba allí. Fueron majísimos con nosotros, súper atentos y siempre con una sonrisa. Yo soy celíaca y en cuanto lo supieron me adaptaron la comida sin problema, lo cual se agradece muchísimo. Además, íbamos a hacer la ruta Valbonë–Theth al día siguiente y no solo nos dieron un montón de consejos útiles, sino que también nos organizaron un transporte a las 6 de la mañana para llevarnos hasta el inicio. nada

• Betim (3/5): Pretty bad 🙂 - The location is nice and the view is amazing from the outside. For that what they offer its quite expensive. I mean the staff it’s terrible, they chat with one another and you wait for almost an hour till they come to get your order. The doors are plastic cheap doors and u can hear all the noise and conversations from the people outside. The rooms are okay but not something wow the furnitures are quite cheap. The towels are also very cheap like you dry once with it and ita completely wet. I mean i don’t really get all the nice reviews about this place. They also serve really bad breakfast with warm orange juice and awful sausages and a cold fried egg. They also make you pay for the coffee and idk if all people paid or only we cause we are “albanians” and they don’t care that much for their own people. Then when you pay for the coffees they don’t even give you recipes or anything they just look at you and think about a price and then it was 360 leke i gave him 400leke and he didn’t give me the change he just said thank you. I mean its 40 cents basically but its very unprofessional. I paid for the room at the beginning and in the last day he asked me again if i paid for the room lol. In whole this stay even though i paid 130€ for two nights it felt like we came here like homeless people and asked then to stay for free. If you read this review and are thinking about booking here look elsewhere better.

• Gaetano (9/5): - Struttura moderna con gradevole configurazione a cottage ed aspetto in stile "abitazione di montagna, con ampio giardino, parco giochi per bambini e parcheggio privato. Personale affabile, gentilissimo. Pulizia perfetta. Prima colazione abbondante con ampia possibilità di scelta. L'allogio è dotato di sole 2 prese elettriche: una in baglo per l'asciugacapelli ed una in camera per la TV, fortunatamente avevamo delle prese triple per caricare i cellulari. Ai lati dei letti mancano le luci, c'è solo quella a soffitto: una volta spenta bisogna raggiungere il letto al buio.

Un serveur sympa avec qui nous avons échangé tout au long du séjour et la responsable que nous avons rencontré lors du Check out était très sympa (dommage de l’avoir vu qu’à la fin) elle s’est d’ailleurs excusée et nous a fait une ristourne à la suite de notre retour mitigé. On a apprécié le geste commercial. En revanche nous avons été assez déçus de l’accueil. On nous a juste guidé à notre chambre sans aucune info (aucune info sur les activités à faire, sur les horaires du petit dej, sur la wifi.. etc) Le personnel n’est pas forcément très accueillant ni souriant.. on a l’impression de les embêter. Peut être un blocage avec les langues étrangères ? Mais bon, cela n’enlève pas la gestuelle.. Le petit dej est très limité, c’est une assiette avec 3 beignets , deux œufs et un bout de tomate et concombre. Il y a juste droit à un café ou thé par personne, pas de chocolat chaud. Pas de choix , pas de buffet et si vous restez plusieurs jours , ce sera le même petit dej tous les matins. La wifi ne marchait pas tout le temps dans notre chambre non plus. Elle faisait que sauter. Pour finir, ils ne prennent pas la CB ! Ni pour l’hôtel ni pour le restaurant. On a pu déjeuner et dîner à d’autres endroits dans Valbonë et ils ont toujours pris la CB, même dans des petites guesthouses. Si jamais vous vous retrouvez bloqués, sachez qu’il y a un distributeur automatique dans le resort spa et hôtel à 3 min à pied.

I asked one of the waiters if they had blankets as my legs were getting cold and instead he just took of his jacket and gave it to me. Very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend

• Guest (6/5): A beautiful and comfortable place with friendly staff, but the loud music and slow service slightly - The staff was very communicative and had a great attitude. The hotel was clean, organized, and offered a comfortable environment overall. The bed was especially cozy, and the food was good, making the stay pleasant and relaxing in many ways. One major downside was the high-volume music played in the garden area, which continued until midnight. When visiting such a place, you'd expect peace and a connection with nature — not loud music that disturbs both rest and conversation. A more relaxed background music would be better suited for the ambiance. Additionally, the service was a bit slow — from taking and delivering orders to processing the bill. It often required following up several times. However, this seemed to be due to the size of the venue rather than poor staff behavior.

• Leon (5/5): Vielleicht nicht die Beste Unterkunft für Wanderer, die sich nach einer Wanderung erholen wollen. Ansonsten gutes Hotel - Das Zimmer war modern, allerdings ohne Balkon. Das Frühstück war auch gut und das Personal nett. Wir kamen von einer langen Wanderung und wollten uns nur erholen und ruhe haben. Allerdings war draußen große party, die sehr laut war. Abends vor Ort was essen wollten wir daher nicht mehr, da man sich garnicht unterhalten konnte. Immerhin war die Musik ab 23 Uhr aus, sodass man ab dann wenigstens schlafen konnte. Wir waren aber auch an einem Samstag dort, eventuell ist es in der Woche dort nicht so laut. Zudem sollte man bedenken, dass man, wenn man die Wanderung von Valbona nach Theth macht, noch ein paar Kilometer extra zurücklegen muss bis man beim Hotel ist.

• Dr. Schäfer (9/5): - Die Räumlichkeiten hatten einen sehr guten Standard. Besonders angetan waren wir, als uns beim Frühstück mitgeteilt wurde, dass wir zum Ausgangspunkt der Wanderung nach Theth gefahren werden, was uns über drei Kilometer Wanderung an der Straße entlang erspart hat. -

• HANAN (10/5): ممتازه والأجواء رائعة - كل شيء جميل الأجواء والطبيعه والنهر بالقرب من الكوخ لكنه بارد جدا جدا والافطار مناسب الكوخ نظيف ورائع ومحتوياته نظيفه العاملين لطيفين ومتعاونين والزوار غالباً من أوروبا المطعم اكله لذيذ والكوفي ممتاز يوجد الأخ اريان من العاملين في مقر الاقامه ساعدني في التواصل مع صديقه القادم من كوسوفو لشراء زيت لسيارتي التي ظهرت بها علامة نقص الزيت شكرا جزيلا لهم بعيده من شكودرا مايقارب 6 ساعات والطريق متعرج لكن عند العوده ذهبنا مع الطريق المتجه الى تيرانا و ديوريس ولاحظت بأنه أفضل من الطريق الذي أتينا منه من شكودرا لم نشاهد سائحين من الخليج العربي سوى عائله سعوديه في الفندق المجاور لا يوجد مطبخ وأدوات ولا يوجد ميكرويف ولا غسالة ملابس

• Kayla (10/5): - Stunning hotel in Valbonë! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very modern and spacious with excellent facilities, extremely comfortable after a long hike.
• Guest (9/5): Paisibilité totale et cadre verdoyant. - Paysage digne d'une carte postale: dans les montagnes, cadre verdoyant et champêtre. Pour ceux qui connaissent la série Heidi, je me suis sentie dans sa campagne. Cadre très paisible sous les chants des oiseaux. Dans la nature totale avec de belles randonnées. Idéal pour se reposer, se ressourcer. Hôtel très confortable, propre et fonctionnel. Le restaurant très bon. Le personnel très gentil. Le jardin de l'hôtel magnifique.
