Mae Belle (8/5): Excellent stay with friendly staff, clean rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere - Had a wonderful stay at this property. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I also liked the peaceful atmosphere and convenient location, which made everything accessible. The room was cozy, Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would gladly stay here again honestly did not experience any major issues during my stay. If I could mention one small thing, it would be that the stay was too short. Not able to enjoy the pool.

During check out, I had to pick up my own car and also load the luggage.. moreover the vallet was arrogant and I could like the security to check the surveillance since the car was scratched

Alexandra (7/5): Good for the price, small rooftop swimming pool, far from beach - rather clean free toiletries good shower good bed free bottled water at check in nice hotel employees (except the receptionist who did my check in) roof top swimming pool - free to use sauna and indoor jacuzzi - free to use, and separate for women not a bad location even though far from the beaches a receptionist helped me to order food online They NEVER replied to any of my Booking messages. That's very unprofessional when guests ask questions and they get completely ignored. Check in was a bit off, took a long time. And I was never told about free museum entrance when I stay 2 nights or more. Such a shame. Only on my last evening another receptionist asked me if I visited museums and I found out I was never informed about it. I asked for a quiet room but could still hear cars from outside during the night, even with ear plugs. Not sure though if they had any better room available that was more quiet. All the receptionists should know how to get to the airport, from which bus stop, prices, show the bus schedule to the guests etc. However, only one receptionist could help me. All the other I asked during my stay didn't have a clue.

Bishoy (5/5): Fair for the price but not Ramada what i know - the people are awesome and helpful (most of them) Abrar at the checkin was fast and friendly, Hamza at the pool was helpful and friendly too Oksana Hk was smiling and helping me as well 1- Room smells smoke or dump since i checked in late when informed hk they only gave air freshener but not changing anything, on the check out day Oksana gave humidifier to reduce the smell 2-the valet Thumung is not helpful, i wanted to take something from my car and he didn’t guide me where to go which resulted in 30 minutes rounding in the car parking elevators trying to find it 3-Breakfast menu not available! all i wanted is just omelette but it was not available in the menu i had to call i the room service and finally they got the approval from the chef to prepare it, but sadly it reached us bery cold at the pool

But this hotel isnt recomendable - Nothing Sink is clogged.. the sink is leaking ..the toilet water runs nonstop .. whenever u call the reception no one is picking up the call.. when u go direct to them yes some staff will talk to u but thru some helper and not direct from reception , so i have to tell the helper to tell the receptionist to come and talk to me.. after he comes talk to me he started talking in a rude way!
