• Eva M. Thompson (9/5): Great Location, Responsive Owner - The location was located very near Central Station, a few blocks from Dam Sq. and steps from Nieuwmarkt Sq. There were plenty of restaurants, cafe/bars and coffee shops nearby. Trams were readily available at Central Station just down the street. The room was comfortable with coffee pods provided. The owner was very responsive in her communication and availability for assistance or information. There were plenty of towels and soap/shampoo. THe windows in our room were large and let in plenty of daylight, with room darkening drapes. The beds and seating were comfortable. I prefer more light in the bathroom, especially above the sink. A small set of shelves under the sink would be useful.

O atendimento do dono foi super simpatico, nos deu dicas de locais proximos para comer e atividades para fazer. A localizaçao é maravilhosa, bem no centro historico, com acesso facil a restaurantes e mercados a pe. Tudo foi bom.
• Joanna (10/5): Fantastic spring trip to Amsterdam - The location was great - just a short 10 minute walk away from Centraal Station for the Eurostar, Metro and tramlines. The double room was very comfortable and it was lovely to have a view of the canal - tea and coffee provided were very welcome as a start to the day . The property is just a short walk away from cafes and restaurants. Communication was very efficient and friendly - thank you for all the recommendations. We had a fantastic first trip to Amsterdam and would thoroughly recommend staying here.

If all you’re looking for is a room it is a fine place. It was expensive for just a room. But what isn’t expensive these days

I due letti singoli , benché chiaramente dichiarati in fase di prenotazione, erano un po scomodi per la coppia. Come tutti gli italiani mancanza del bidet.

The host is friendly, the location is close to everything but quiet enough at night, and the room was perfect: very comfortable bed, powerful hot shower, lots of towels provided, mini-fridge, massive opening window with perfect canal views, and the decor is beautifully designed. So glad I chose this place and will be back! N/A

It was situated less than 10 minutes walk from central station and we had a lovely view over the canal. It was perfect for exploring Amsterdam by foot and Ronald the owner was friendly and informative. We were very impressed with our accommodation and would definitely stay there again on future visits. Nothing - we loved our stay in Amsterdam and the location was perfect!
• Nicolle (7/5): Great location, beautifully big room - will stay again! - Location was great, 5 minute walk from amsterdam centraal. So made getting around really easy. The room was a good size, bed was very comfortable and good tea and coffee selection. Would definitely stay here again. People have commented on stairs, but you’re going to be hard pressed to find a stay without steep stairs in amaterdam - unless you’re in a big chain hotel / apartment complex. Room was also beautifully warm - we were there mid March and it was pretty cold out. There was an issue with the light in the bathroom, which we were told about on check-in. We did struggle with it occasionally, but manly overnight so didn’t want to bother hosts. During the day we were able to get it to work no problem.

• GÜLŞAH (10/5): Happy family experience - A great choice for a holiday with our 4-year-old child. The location was excellent and we could easily walk everywhere. The room was very spacious and the kitchen had plenty of coffee and tea available. The heating worked very well and kept the room warm and comfortable. Even though the room is on the semi-basement level, the lighting and ventilation were very good. The host was very attentive and helpful. On our last day, they kindly allowed us to check out later according to our flight time. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it.

• Yorgos (10/5): Exceptional hospitality in a perfectly located Amsterdam gem - **Exceptional Stay in Amsterdam - Outstanding Hospitality!** We had a fantastic stay at SeventyFive and cannot recommend it highly enough. Location: The apartment is within easy walking distance from Amsterdam Centraal station, making it perfect for exploring the city. It's situated in a quiet area of Chinatown, close to the lively Red Light District but far enough to ensure a peaceful stay - we didn't hear any noise at all during our time there. Accommodation: The modern décor was stylish and created a comfortable atmosphere. The room was well-appointed and thoughtfully prepared. Our window overlooked a peaceful open area with a Buddha statue watching over us, which added a lovely serene touch. The bathroom was well-equipped with a shower, toilet, and basin. Hospitality: Ronald, our host, was outstanding - extremely helpful and genuinely kind. He went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early and check out late since there were no guests before or after us. This flexibility and thoughtfulness made our stay even more enjoyable - a real touch of exceptional hospitality! Amenities: We loved the thoughtful details - a big selection of teas, two varieties of Nespresso coffee, and even mini Daelmans Stroopwafels were available. These little touches made the stay feel special. Overall, SeventyFive offers an excellent experience with wonderful hospitality. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amsterdam! Overall a great experience. If I had to mention one minor point, the basin is located inside the shower cabin, which was occasionally inconvenient when someone had just showered and the area was still wet.

A pocos metros de estación central, y cerca de todo. Entrada independiente a las habitaciones lo cual aporta privacidad. El tamaño de la habitación es inmejorable. No vemos la hora de volver a repetir!!

El alojamiento estaba en perfectas condiciones y contaba con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda y tranquila. Además, agradezco muchísimo que me permitieran entrar un poco antes, ya que venía con mis niños y el sitio donde me estaba quedando antes estaba en muy mal estado. Realmente me salvaron. La atención fue increíble: fueron muy amables, colaboradores y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Nos mostraron lugares a los que podíamos ir y nos orientaron en todo momento. La ubicación es perfecta, segura y práctica para moverse con niños. La casa está genial, bien equipada, limpia y no le falta absolutamente nada. Se nota el cuidado y la dedicación en cada detalle. En definitiva, este lugar está muy, pero muy bien, y lo recomiendo al 100%. Contentísima con la experiencia.

• Hod (10/5): Wonderful stay. Host was incredibly kind and helpful. - It's a 6 minutes walk from Amsterdam Cenraal, which is amazing. You're basically just far enough from the craziness of the city, but just a 2-3 minutes walk from everything. Great room, great bed.
