- Jaya (2/5): Not worth what you pay for - Nothing that I like compared to other budget hotels There was an electric kettle but doesn't work
TV's sound is adjusted to avery low sound, hardly audible. Couldn't adjust it any further.
Had to walk up stairs to 3rd Floor, no lift. Difficult for seniors.

- Chen (4/5): I don’t feel like to stay until check out time. Yup, I checked out earlier once I woke up. - The location is convenient. There is 7 eleven nearby and mamak stall The cleanliness is very bad, there is dust on the shelf. It’s not value for money.
- (jkr-perak) (6/5): Can be upgraded n maintain the price cos surrounding there there are other Hotels give better servic - No parking lot alocated under the hotel or the customers... its a free parking elsewhwere.... I found cockcrouche( lipas on my bed... i need to kill it before go to bed... Overall is good. Not that bad. Why no heater guy to make drink int room... No watwer heater n facilities to make drinks.... Got cockcrouche ( lipas).... no breakfast... no parking...

- Mohamed (3/5): Poor -
- Liawjiabao (4/5): Disappointing - - the staff are really friendly.
- good location for convenience store and Mamak,
- wifi is provided - the mattress was dirty, I could see some blood stains on the mattress.
- the building is old.
- the water filter from the second floor tastes bad, I think the owner should replace it more often.
- Aznan (7/5): OK for a my trip since I hardly spent time in the room except to sleep. - Location is good. Should make the hotel as a non smoking premise. The smell of cigarette could be avoided if it is a non smoking hotel. I had to request for a replacement room since the earlier one allocated on 1st floor smell of cigarette to a point of suffocating. The second room offered at ground level is far better condition n meet my expectation.
- Matin (8/5): Recommended for solo travel. - I used to live in Taman Perling, and no longer have a house there. So RC is basically my second home everytime I come back here. Cleanliness was maintained well, not fancy but always i have a great stay here.

- Siti (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ray (10/5): Exceptional - comfortable Comfortable
- Mohamed (3/5): Poor -
- Chung (2/5): Not worth to stay - Plus point is fast internet connection, cold aircond. 1) Hotel full with mouldy smell.
2) Room with lots of mosquitoes. Couldn't stand it and got a mosquito spray from staff to "disinfect the room" on our own. Return to room 30 mins later after spray, found more than 15 dead mosquitoes on floor.
3) First room assigned (room 207), electrical socket fell off from wall, aircond compressor set right behind the bed (you can continuously heal the vibrating noise as long as you lay on the bed). This room shouldn't be sell in the first place with that kind of condition, yet they charge RM 90 for it. Demand to change the room, have to pay additional RM 17 upgrade to a different room.
4) The upgraded room is facing main road, windows is faulty and not fully seal. Poor sound proof and can hear vehicle noise the whole night.
