• Yoon (4/5): Need to upgrade room cleaning for hygiene purpose. - Location is quite near with KSL mall. Room cleaning is very poor, the bed sheet are not clean, the blanket cover and pillow also dirty. Especially room smell is got mold smell.

• Ang (3/5): Uncomfortable - Location Was dirty with a lot of mould. There were also a lot of ants. The shower tap was also dripping so when we came in the entire toilet floor and part of the room floor was already wet.

• Randal (1/5): Bad - The check-in time was between 3 to 10pm. We reached at 7pm. The glass door was locked, nobody was at the counter. We called their number, and the person answered and said there was no more room after 5pm. This means that booking online meant nothing to them.

• Albert (10/5): Worth it for the $ and location - For its price point, it’s super worth it giving that it is practically clean and neat and has all the basic necessities. It’s also super prime location and close vicinity to KSL and other to go places, just 2mins walk and you end up in KSL! Uncle also super friendly and allow your bag to store for awhile even after you check in.

• Wan (5/5): Location is great - The location is great. It is just beside KSL City mall. There are lots of local coffee shops with nice local food, massage and spa salons round the corner. At night, there are food trucks selling lok lok, blend mango juices, grilled sambal fish, etc in front of KSL City. The queen sized bed is uncomfortable. The blanket and pillows are so old and they don’t feel clean and washed regularly. It would be great if these items can be replaced with new ones. The plug beside the bed needs replacement too as it is not working.

Bed is comfy. Room cleanliness can be improved. Like the webs on ceiling. Bedsheet has stains. Friend’s room has a very musty smell. Needs airing.

The room was small but generally clean and comfortable. There was no 24-hour front desk as stated in property description and as I arrived at the property late it took a long time for the staff to come open the door and check me in.

If ure muslim, got accessible muslim food also. No toiletries like soap and shampoo separately. Packet one would be decent. Otherwise, they did provide maybe a body soap.

• Tan (1/5): Not a good experience, but surely won’t give it another try not worth. - It was only because it’s cheap and near to malls. The picture didn’t even look alike to the room, it’s dirty, some flies in the room, stain almost everywhere and look very old.

• Hou (3/5): Unexpected changes led to an unfortunately disappointing stay - Staff was eventually friendly and apologetic for the last minute change to our room. Staff is responsible to hand keys over and ensure guests get checked-in due to last minute changes and arrangement. Reviews for this property looked great, but maybe our experience is an unusual and unfortunate exception. Our room was changed last minute as the A/C unit in our assigned room broke down and could not be repaired. The staff did a last minute change and swapped out his room for ours, but the bed sheet had mold, the room was dusty, the walls had bugs and the sink was leaking water. The air conditioning unit also looked moldy and dusty too. The toilet coukd not be flushed properly. Overall, the whole place looks like it should use a proper spring cleaning.

• Tee (7/5): Nice little lodging , centrally located. - This is located right beside KSL mall which is surrounded by streets with many food options. The room despite small, is relatively clean and bright. Payment by cash only, no option for payment via booking.com results in us using a part of our disposable currencies intended for spending elsewhere.
• Amy (4/5): Location is good. - The location is perfect, free parking if you are driving. Staffs are very flexible with guest needs... After checkout you can leave your bag at the counter while you need to continue your shopping. I visit at peak period and the room charges are expensive, probably there is an mismatch of expectation. I would say overall disappointed with all the 3 rooms, we booked. This is my 2nd time staying but its disappointed that they did not do a good job in maintaning the unit, compare to my 1st stay when they just open, everything is new, pleasant and clean. 1. The room have very strong smoking smell and cannot go away, not recommend for children or those with sensitive nose. Made my sorethroat and runny nose due to sensitive nose and sleep overnight in the smoke smell room 2. Room does not have windows, make the air cannot be circulated. The air doesnt seem clean as they only use air freshener to clear the foul smell in the room but it doesnt work. 3. The sheets are old, thin and smell, doubting they did not change the sheets at all. I still can smell others body smell on the pillow. 4. I would suggest them to install extract fan in the room unit for air flow circulation. Please get proper cleaner to do a better job.. It is a waste that the unit with such good location and did not attract enough tourist.
