• Sheyla (10/5): Muy bien - La amabilidad del personal, la comodidad y limpieza de la habitación y disponer de parking. No tiene ascensor y la cuesta de entrar al parking es muy inclinada, pero por el precio merece la pena !

• roser (9/5): Relació qualitat preu és un hotel excel·lent - Està molt net, personal molt amable, berenar excepcional. Una mica lluny del centre.

• A.K.D (9/5): Welcome Raki - Convenient place to get easy in and out the city. You can walk up to the old town which is easy to do. We could chose a room to either face the castle or the surrounding hills. The hotel manager was very attentive at all times.

• Jiří (9/5): - Velmi ochotný a přátelský personál, výborná snídaně, dobrá cena. Nerovná podlaha v koupelně a odtok v horní části způsobovaly během sprchování povodně.
• Fournier (10/5): - Le personnel super accueillant et vraiment très a l’écoute. Nous avons été accueilli avec des bonbons pour les enfants et un verre de raki pour les adultes. Un petit déjeuner était très bon.
• Mayr (10/5): - Sehr freundlicher Empfang, ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit tollem Blick auf die Stadt, in 20-30 Minuten ist man fußläuog im Zentrum. Feines Frühstück 😊 Die Einfahrt zum Hotelparkplatz ist sehr steil, ich bin mit dem Motorrad da nicht hoch, konnte aber vorm zugehörigen Restaurant parken.

El personal que atiende es super amablo y servicial. El desayuno estuvo muy bien y variado. El baño era un poco pequeño; pero es algo común en la mayoría de los hoteles de Albania por lo que vimos.

Nous avons eu un petit déjeuner parfait avec des produits fait maison. Je remercie tous le personnel et particulièrement la patronne de l'hôtel. Je recommande vivement
• Γκορογια (10/5): - Άριστη καθαριότητα και ευχάριστο περιβάλλον. Ένα πολύ καλό οργανωμένο -οικογενεικο ξενοδοχείο σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Το πρωϊνό ήταν ατομικό, αυτό δεν είναι αρνητικό αλλά δεν ήταν για όλα τα γούστα.
• maria (10/5): - Todo nuevo, la persona de recepción excelente, atenta, amable, da todo tipo de explicaciones, te ayuda. Tiene parking propio Desayuno excelente no tiene ascensor ( para mi no es problema pero lo indico para personas con movilidad reducida)

• Anthony (10/5): We would happily stay here again. - We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at this family run hotel. The warm welcome we received from Niko, made us feel immediately at home. Our host kindly allowed us to store our two bicycles inside for safety. The rooms are all tastefully decorated, modern and spotlessly clean. The beds are super comfy and the breakfast here is excellent. Thank you Bona for your kind hospitality. We would certainly be happy to stay here again in the future and we would definitely recommend Qiqi Hotel to our family and friends.

• Andzelika (9/5): Superb - Clean, comfortable room and very nice owners. They also have a restaurant where you can have lunch or dinner for a very good price. The food was really good. This is very convenient because there are not that many restaurants around. It is a bit far from the center and the shower is open, meaning that the whole bathroom will be wet when you take a shower.

• Ismet (10/5): Did a great job for what we needed. - It was in a great location, you could walk to the old city. The staff were friendly and the breakfast they provided was great. The shower was a bit too small and close to the toilet, but it’s not too big of an issue when it’s a short stay.
• Genci (9/5): Superb - The staff was friendly and helpful. It's right on the national road, so it's perfect for those who are travelling from Albania to Greece and vice-versa and need a stop. Also, it's quite close to the city center (it's uphill though so you need a car, 5 min drive) Some small repairments in the rooms might be needed.

• Ignamorti (10/5): Exceptional - Bona, the recepcionist is simply great. With her neverending smile, she is always ready to help tlher guests giving directions and advice. Nice, quick, generous and awesome. She took us to her village and we met her fantastic parents. Breakfast is homemade and is served hot by her and another two ladies who treated us as if we were part of their family. The hotel is currently being restored and the 3rd floor is amazing.We stayed on the 2nd floor and in spite of being old rooms they were very clean. We hope we can come back in the future. Thanks Bona for being yourself and for making us feel at home.

The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

• Emil (9/5): Budget friendly stay. - The staff is very friendly. I felt welcomed to the property. The facilities provide the basics, it's actually budget friendly hotel, with small private parking. The staff communicates in Hellenic language as well.

• Cristian (7/5): Needs improvement, but still good value for money - The staff was very nice with us. Private parking. Not far from the city center if you don't mind a short walk. The hotel is quite old and the facilities are in bad condition. Breakfast is not great either.

• Jernej (10/5): Pleasantly surprised - It's within walking distance of Gjirocastër Castelsardo and our rooms 25 & 26 both had beautiful view of it from the balcony. Stunning at night! The staff is helpful, responsive and friendly without being intrusive. Rooms and bathrooms aren't new but were clean and really nice. Windows even had mosqito nets. Breakfast was always served with a warm smile. Close to two supermarkets and easy to find. We liked everything. The staff is well aware of little inconveniences ( unreliable wifi, wet floor in the bathrooms after showering) and they solve them efficiently. They make you feel like a welcome guest. Although there were ash trays in non smoking rooms we didn't feel anyone had been smoking in the rooms.

• Nic (8/5): Value for money - The owner was very kind and helpful, the food in the restaurant was good and there is a pretty safe parking (secured by dog 😉) . Close to the castle. You can hear noises from the street, but after 23:00 there is no more traffic. Not much choices for breakfast although the omelette was very good.
