• Sugus (1/5): - ⭐ 1 Star Review I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The photos shown online are completely misleading. It looks clean and high quality in pictures, but in reality, it is very poorly maintained. The room was extremely dirty. Bed sheets were torn and not changed properly. Curtains were also damaged and simply rolled up and kept near the window. The bathroom was unclean and unhygienic. Tables had cigarette ash and smelled bad, showing no proper cleaning was done. Even the chairs at the main entrance were broken and in very poor condition. On top of that, there is no proper parking facility. Guests have to pay separately for parking (around RM12 for 24 hours), which is not acceptable. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and facilities are very poor. Very disappointed with this stay. Not worth the money at all and I will not return again.

Asked to change cannot the reason given because the housekeeping room already lock after 7pm. Asking for extra towel not permitted Customer service is very rude & unprofessional
