• Laeu (4/5): - Private car park. Friendly receptionists. Location near LRT. Very poor soundproof. Vehicle noise (car/motorbike/LRT) from outside clearly heard until unable to sleep. Dirty towels with stains.

Opposite of mosque 1. can hear the sound of LRT from the nearby station 2. can hear the bell sound from the receptionist in the middle of night since my room is on the ground floor and near to the receptionist

Have many big mirrors No elevator. Have to climb up the stairs. With kids and luggage. Very noisy from nearby LRT n vehicles as early as 4AM.

• Deq (9/5): Superb - As many have said, the hotel is very clean and fragrant. Easy check-in, safe parking and easy check-in. Good staff., ready to offer to buy food. Tq all of you Pendant lights, hung too low, a little distracting. That's it 😬

No sleep before midnight and after early morning.

• Najihah (5/5): overall, everything is okay but there is still room for improvement can be made by the hotel - the location was okay, a lot of shops along the road. just need a bit of walking. the loud noise from lrt was bearable. the room is clean. a lot of channel in tv. parking is easy the room is small for a triple room. didnt have enough space especially for praying. the room is quite hot bcs the aircond is not functioning properly, and i dont have time to report it. there is no lift so taking the stairs is quite tiring
