SUHANIM (7/5): Comfort - Bilik sangat selesa dengan pemandangan yang cantik di waktu malam. Pilihan kedai yang pelbagai di Gurney Mall. Sarapan sedikit kurang memuaskan kerana tidak banyak pilihan. Makanan seperti nasi goreng dihidangkan dalam keadaan sejuk. Makanan dihidangkan dalam jumlah yang terhad terutama kuih muih.

But this hotel needs A LOT of upgrades! - - Near to Pulapol KL and other government building - Have indoor parking (RM15 per day / RM7 for guest but need to go to lobby) - Easy excess to Gurney Mall, food, etc - Spacious (2 bedrooms apartment) - Big pool - Good water pressure - Good size fridge - Friendly maintenance & housekeeping staffs - Lobby and hotel buffet area is inside the mall, public area thus no privacy. - Carpet outside room area made it hard for me to pull my luggage. - Dirty carpet inside and outside the room. I saw an ice-cream stick in front of the elevator from day 1 until the third day. - The room smell musty when first enter, buy lucky me, I bought a room spray before check in. - Shower head is stiff so I could not change the water position. - Front desk lady was not friendly, no smile at all, I felt unwelcome. Not suitable to be there. - Furniture positioning was odd. 2 single sofas at the living area felt unnecessary. - Room interior needs to be upgraded especially the CARPET, it was disgusting. - Pool area is also used for public swimming classes that end at 5pm. So hotel guest can enjoy swimming freely after that time.

August (4/5): - Pool was not available, the breakfast didn’t taste good but the worst thing about the morning-buffet was that it wasn’t possible to find a clean plate or utensils anywhere, even in the clean pile (im serious). The apartments were covered in rugs on the floor which isn’t bad if there hadn’t been an old mark of puke dried into it beside one of the beds. Staff were nice tho.

Mohammad Sharir Bin (6/5): Overall, a pleasant stay but some areas definitely need better management. - Good breakfast, just needs more variety. Good location, right in the city center and close to everything. Many shops available within the hotel too. Shower cleanliness needs improvement. Also, the hallway from the lift to the room could be cleaner and more well-maintained. Parking was troublesome. The machine couldn't accept credit cards, so I had to use a TnG card, but luckily I could use my IC to reload and pay. Also, the rates are expensive; there is a discount, but it wasn't clearly mentioned, so I ended up paying the full expensive rate on my first day.

Josiane (5/5): A éviter absolument - Les chambres sont propres pas de piscine a ceux prix là c'est du vols Le petit déjeuner pas pour les européens pas de piscine j aurait aimé être au courant le premier transport en commun a 30 minutes trop loin pas de resto juste une galerie avec de la food ne venez pas mieux prendre un hôtel simpas et juste a côté de l hôtel car le métro est bien desservie surtout que les crabs vous mette un prix et celon y majore non je ne conseille pas du tout
Juliza (6/5): A pleasant and family-friendly hotel in KL. - The hotel's location was highly convenient and offers many amenities, including food outlets and a convenience store. Plus, the ground staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities and the room look like they need upgrading. The design and interiors, especially the room's carpet, need to be updated due to numerous stains and a very dirty appearance.
