• Domizia (10/5): - Old fashioned hotel, very charming :) stayed 1 night in between 2 long bus journeys and it was a fantastic stop! the room was warm and the bed was comfy; 2 shared toilets and 2 showers, both very clean and warm. Breakfast was good and staff was very nice and helpful! they don't provide lunch or dinner but you can bring food from outside, use their microwave to warm it up and eat it in the dining room :) top location right in the center and not too far from bus terminal (about £2 with uber). 10/10 ✌🏻

• victor (1/5): No lo recomiendo - Lo único rescatable era la ubicación... Reservamos por Booking un departamento ( en fotos muy bonito) y cuando llegamos por la noche, después de viajar todo el día, nos dicen que hubo un error y nuestro departamento se lo dieron a una chica ... Nos ofrecieron una habitación que no tenía ni una ventana (un olor a encierro y humedad terrible) le dijimos que no y entonces nos ofrecieron otra un poco mejor que terminamos aceptando porque veníamos muy cansados ... La habitación no tenía más que un enchufe donde estaba el televisor, el piso de madera crujía a cada paso como si fuese a romperse , la cama más aún y el colchón totalmente deforme, los ruidos de la calle se escuchaban todos y el baño tenia pelos en el piso y la ducha quien sabe de cuántos huéspedes anteriores, el bidet no funcionó jamás.... Un apartado especial para el DESAYUNO... * El café con leche tibio ... Y solo había pan para desayunar ( tostado si lo hacías vos mismo) el problema no era ese , era que los panes estaban todos apilados y un par de huéspedes manosearon cada rodaja de pan como si fuese que buscaban un disco de vinilo en la colección del abuelo. ( No soy demasiado exigente pero que mi comida la manosee alguien que no se si recien uso el baño y se lavo las manos o quien sabe que , la verdad me quitó el apetito).

• Yorka del carmen (4/5): No es lo q ofrecen por aplicacion - Falta de calefacción Desayuno muy básico te o café con tostadas. Precio aumento en 10.000 según inpuestos. Solicite habitación habitación de una sola cama con baño compartido y me dan pieza con doble cama compartido el cual es otro valor..Para ser hotel no cumple con ciertas exigencias.

• Luis (6/5): La incomodidad de le paris - La atención es espectacular pero el lugar es muy incómodo...los baños del terror , partes clausuradas Incómodo, camas duras, las manillas apretadas, una parte del baño dice no abrir clausurada, en realidad es bastante dejado, feo y incomodo

• Manuela (10/5): Ich hatte eine sehr guten stop over im Hotel. - Es ist ein schönes Hotel im Zentrum von Rio Gallegos. Das Personal ist super nett und zuvorkommend und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber genau dies hat seinen Charme. Ich habe mich sehr gut gefühlt dort. -

• Michelle (1/5): Atendimento PÉSSIMO com cobrança de taxas abusivas e não inclusas - Da cama Pela 2x me hospedei nesse hotel porque era o mais barato da região, mas não. Em ambas as experiências o caos começa no Checkin. Já viajei o mundo inteiro e eu nunca vi um checkin tão horrível quanto nesse hotel. Primeiro que o recepcionista também trabalha na cozinha. Então ele fica se dividindo entre as duas funções. Segundo é que o valor do booking NUNCA será o mesmo valor que você paga lá. Aqui no booking eu pagaria USD24,50. Lá me cobraram USD29. O atendente me mostrou uma página do booking em que mostrava uma taxa de 3 dólares, apesar de eu mostrar outra que diz que 24 doláres era o valor total e não foi suficiente. Ou seja, eu escolhi esse hotel porque ele era o mais barato e era FALSO porque chegando lá eles te cobram mais EM DÓLARES. O atendente com bastante facilidade me expulsou ao me ofereceu diversas vezes cancelar a reserva e procurar outro lugar, desconsiderando o fato de que eu sou uma mulher, cheguei de noite no hotel e estava sozinha. Se preocupava com outros clientes e pedia desculpas para eles, com um sorriso de cumplicidade como quem diz que eu estava fora da minha razão. Nunca me pediu desculpas por me cobrar a mais. Dizia que era apenas um funcionário e que é assim que funciona lá. A outra vez, que fui com meu companheiro, foi ainda mais caótica, porque não queriam aceitar o cartão dele, além das taxas extras que eles cobram. Nessa época, reservamos acomodação de casal, mas chegando lá eram com 2 camas de solteiro e então transferiram p/ um quarto péssimo c/ cama de casal no mesmo andar da recepção em que a WIFI não funcionava e eu precisava trabalhar, depois de um checkin humilhante. O café da manhã é PÉSSIMO. É pão, com uma bebida típica de café da manhã, com geleia e manteiga de potinho pequeno. Eles chamam isso de café da manhã. Se você quer ovos, eles te cobram 2.000 pesos argentinos. Viajando o mundo inteiro eu nunca vi café da manhã incluso em que você paga essa taxa absurda por ovos.

• Darren (5/5): The price hikes over the days I stayed was unacceptable but what can you do - The location was good as down town I stayed many nights and tried to book and pay for a week but they would only let me book and pay for 2 or 3 nights at a time and their prices doubled by the time I was paying for the 5th night it was a disgrace that they kept putting the prices up and not let you pay the original price

• Alistair (3/5): Charged extra for booking on Booking.com - The location was good. I was initially charged the correct room rate as displayed on reception, but was then charged an extra 2000 pesos because I booked on Booking.com. This pushed the price up from budget to midrange, which doesn't reflect the budget nature of the place. The floors are wooden which means that whenever anyone moves in any of the other rooms you hear it, so it wasn't a great sleep. Breakfast was toast and coffee.

• Matt (7/5): good value for reasonable comfort - This is not a luxury hotel. Given the price we did not have high expectations. But, we were pleasantly surprised. We arrived late. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and functional. To us it felt like a safe, comfortable and interesting environment. The location is right in the heart of town convenient to everything. There were no noise issues. Breakfast was very simple but just fine. Go see the relatively nearby penguins. It was one of our Patagonia highlights. It is a long journey but easier than we expected. We were in a small Toyota car. Their private parking was full. We parked on the street with no issue.
