Important Information
Please note that the hotel is located in a pedestrian zone. On arrival, you can drive up to the hotel to unload luggage. The private parking spaces are a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
Please note that the hotel only has a limited number of extra beds. All requests for extra beds have to be confirmed by the hotel.
Children up to 3 years stay free of charge in existing beds in certain room categories. All other children rates are not included. Please contact the property in advance when traveling with children.
The use of the Alpentherme spa and hotel facilities is included from 14:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:00 on the day of departure.
Use of the Alpentherme Spa outside these hours is possible for a fee of EUR 28 per person (EUR 18 per child from 6 to 16 years old) per day.

Možnost parkování zdarma v garážích. 2min chůze na zastávku, případně možnost shuttlebusu. Vše bylo v němčině, jak info na pokoji tak menu večeře. Angličtina by by lepší :-)

- Andreas (5/5): Nach diesem Beschwerdemanagement werden wir leider nicht mehr kommen. - Am Tag vor der Abreise ließen wir uns das Essen vom hoteleigenen Restaurant „Zum Goldenen Adler“ auf das Hotelzimmer bringen.Wir hatten 2 halbe Backhendl und ein Kalbsschnitzel bestellt und nicht einmal 15 Minuten später wurde es auch schon gebracht, was uns doch etwas verwunderte. Das Kalbsschnitzel war soweit in Ordnung, nur das Backhendl war extrem trocken. Da ich sehr müde war und es auch nicht meine Art ist, mich sofort über etwas zu beschweren, aß ich die Hälfte eines halben Backhendls und benötigte dafür 2 Salate, da es doch sehr trocken war. Meine Freundin probierte auch noch 3 Bissen und kam ebenfalls zu dem Schluss, dass es staubtrocken ist und daher kaum zu essen ist. Ich nahm das 2. unberührte halbe Backhendl und ging damit ins Restaurant. Der Kellner entschuldigte sich bei mir und sagte mir, er könne das Geld nicht zurückgeben, das könne nur die Hotelchefin. Am nächsten Tag, vor der Abreise, bezahlte ich meine Rechnungen an der Rezeption, die Hotelchefin war ebenfalls anwesend. Ich erzählte auch ihr mein schlechtes kulinarisches Erlebnis. Die Hotelchefin sagte strikt, „sie haben doch eines gegessen, deshalb bekommen sie auch nur für eines das Geld zurück, das ist nur fair.“ Sie bestritt auch nicht, wenn das zurückgegebene Hendl staubtrocken war, dass das andere auch staubtrocken sein musste. Nur dieses hatte ich kulanterweise fast aufgegessen. Keine Entschuldigung oder ein Wort des Bedauerns seitens der Hotelbesitzerin, auch ein "ich hoffe sie hatten trotzdem einen schönen Aufenthalt" hätte geholfen. Stattdessen fühlte ich mich, als würde ich eine Schadensmeldung bei einer Versicherung einreichen.Ein professionelles Beschwerdemanagement von der Hotelbesitzerin hätte ich in einem 4-Sterne-Superior-Hotel doch erwarten können. Es ging mir grundsätzlich nicht um die Rückerstattung der Rechnung, deshalb bezahlte ich das komplette Essen und ging.

Every day the dinner was structured differently but every time there was a 3-4 course menu served at the table - fantastic. Well-priced wine list. Spa - both the hotel's spa and Alpentherme. Parking was dreadful - impossible to find, then full - we had to park a solid walk away, they should really explain how parking works better at check in. We were not placed in the main building and it was quite a walk to get to the restaurant through the passages between 3 buildings. Alpentherme was a 10 mins walk from our room. The rooms are a bit dated, squeaky floors. No Airco, and many people smoking outside of our room on the square.

Hotel znajduje się w ścisłym centrum miasta. Wokół szereg sklepów , restauracji . Na uwagę zasługuje dobre jedzenie w restauracji hotelowej, dostępność bezpośrednia do basenów termalnych oraz bliskość przystanku ski bus.

Venim la acest hotel de peste 18 ani si am constatat ca de la an la an calitatea serviciilor a scazut. Hotelul este compus din 3 corpuri, in corpul in care am stat noi am primit in prima noapte o camera situata pe coltul cladirii cu o suprafata vetrata foarte mare in care am inghetat efectiv de frig. A doua zi am schimbat camera cu una mai mica dar caldura tot nu a functionat la o capacitate normala ceea ce la un hotel de 4 stele Superior nu este permis si am mai avut o surpriza neplacuta cu mancarea servita la cina cam aceesi in fiecare zi cu mici alternante la felul principal intre pui si vita si intr-o alta zi peste si porc iar la micul dejun fix acceasi mancare in fiecare zi in conditiile in care noi am stat 6 zile. Dupa cum spuneam mai sus am avut si ani mai buni la acest hotel dar banuiesc ca toate acestea se datoreaza si pretului usor mai mic platit fata de celelante proprietati similare din zona.

Finde die ganzen Glaswände toll, durch die man die Winterlandschaft und entfernte Skipisten sehen konnte. Das Zimmer konnte man auch abdunkeln, was nachts sehr praktisch ist. Wunderschönes großes Zimmer mit modernem Design, haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Es gibt sogar 2 Waschbecken, so konnten wir uns morgens gleichzeitig fertigmachen ohne sich gegenseitig im Weg zu stehen Kein Wasserkocher im Zimmer, aber dafür notfalls einen Herd mit Töpfen. Beim Abendessen gab es ein paar weniger gute Gerichte, aber der Großteil war denoch sehr gut

The room was a reasonable size (couple + teenager). Very convenient to walk to the therme via the hotel's covered walkway We arrived in the evening, so there was no room in the hotel's free parking. We parked in the paid parking lot. We booked half board. The meals were less than to our liking. The first evening there was a wide variety (maybe because it was Saturday), the second evening there was much less. The room itself does not have air conditioning and it was too cold to leave the balcony door open to ventilate the room. Also, the door to the toilet and shower is transparent. In addition, we had a problem with the rain shower head, and although we asked for it to be fixed, it did not happen.

- Patricia (8/5): Ein paar Tage pure Entspannung in der Vorweihnachtszeit - Sehr nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal - an der Rezeption, in den Restaurants, bei der Zimmerreinigung und im Spa. Ich hoffe, ich habe niemanden vergessen. Das Essen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Der Bademantelweg, insbesondere vom Zweithaus, ist ein bisschen lang , aber gut machbar.

- Michael (10/5): Geht nicht mehr besser - Das Servierpersonal im Restaurant war wirklich außergewöhnlich aufmerksam und schnell und freundlich. Speiseangebot und Zubereitung waren perfekt. Die Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit.Reinigungspersonal war sehr gründlich. Alles in allem kann man der Hotelleitung zu so einem hervorragenden Personal gratulieren. Mir hat nicht gefallen dass unser Urlaub so schnell zu Ende war.
- Armin (9/5): es war sehr gut - Frühstücksbuffet super, wir hatten nur Ü/Frühstück gebucht, unsere Zimmernummer ist nicht auf der Einteilungsliste fürs Frühstück gestanden. Die Dame am Frühstücksempfang war aber immer sehr freundlich alles top, es wären ein/zwei Mineralwasser im Zimmerkühlschrank wünschenswert

- Elvira (10/5): Sehr schönes Urlaub und wir kommen wieder - Alles sehr sauber, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommende Personal, das Essen top , das Nachmittagssnack ist eher wie ein Mittagessen statt nur ein kleines Snack. Nur weiter so. Ich finde es schade das manche Gäste nicht in der Lage waren sich kurz bisschen Zeit zur nehmen und sich vor dem Mittagessen umzuziehen sondern saßen mit Bademantel beim Essen.

- Christine (9/5): Sehr empfehlenswert - Sehr gute Lage, direkt im Zentrum inkl. Parkplatz (zum Gepäckaus-/einladen fährt man direkt vor das Hotel). Freier Zugang im Bademantel über "Tunnelsystem" zur Alpentherme. Das Hotel besteht aus mehreren Gebäuden, die miteinander verbunden sind. Frühstück, Nachmittagsjause und Abendmenü sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bademantel und ein Saunatuch/Tag werden bereitgestellt. Ideal wären 2 Saunatücher pro Tag.

- Monika (3/5): - Lokaluta v centru Hotel bez klimatizace, pri otevreni okna nas celou noc budil vyzvanejici zvon. Snídaně pidlrůměrné, vše chorvatskeho charakteru, večeře katastrofa. 50 min nás nechali sedět u stolu bez toho aby obsluha přišla a objednala pití a jídlo z karty. V nabídce bufetu -doplněk k hlavnímu menu bylo vše z mořských plodů a ryb, opět chorvátska kuchyně. U 4 hvězdy se očekáva mezinárodní kuchyně. Matrace měkké a přeležené. Parkování slibuji u hotelu bez rezervace=dostatek míst a bylo plně obsazeno a parkovat nás poslali k obecní škole. Za jablečný džús k večeři ( 0,4L) jsme zaplatili 7,60 € Krom toho celý pobyt začal s tím, že nám přidělili pokoj který neodpovídal objednanému pokoji a celý pokoj smrděl po cigaretách - výměna pokoje proběhla bez komplikací- vyhled byl do protější zdi vzdálené cca 5m.
