- Torlone (1/5): Peggior posto del mondo - Nulla Ci hanno dato solo le chiavi per entrare nella stanza senza le chiavi dell' edificio, siamo rimasti bloccati fuori per ore senza che nessuno rispondesse. Stanza sporca in condizioni indecenti nessuna comunicazione. ILLEGALE soggiornare in questo posto. Alla richiesta di spiegazioni fanno finta di non capire. Da chiamare la polizia!
- Dr JPM (1/5): Even with a confirmed reservation with a credit card, you do not have a reservation you can trust. - We agreed on a check-in at 2pm. The hotel was locked. Nobody opened the door, the code did not work, nobody answered the phone. I had to get another hotel.

- Yiting (5/5): Passable - It is located fairly in city center. Walking distance to everything. Good price. Very dirty. Couldnt enter the property. I dont have a vietnamese number, cant text only call. Thank god i had a vietnamese friend that helped me call the owner to open the door. Our room is 1st floor (luckily) and theres only stairs so not baggage friendly.
- Emanuel (1/5): DO! NOT! BOOK!! Horrible experience ruining a special day we were looking forward a lot! A disgrace! - Basically mothing is good here apart from the location and the listed price but then it can easily happen that they give your room to somebody else hours before your arrival time. Do not book!!! The room on the pictures and all look bearable but there must be a reason a hotel in such a good location, even in a side street has such a poor rating. The owner gave our room to someone else even we clearly said that we will arrive close to the closing time. She was available on her phone but when we tried to find a solution with her, being stranded before the big reunification day parade with all the streets packed, she just turned off her phone. The biggest shame is that I gave my credit card details. So she had no excuse she could make. I guess she sold the room for somebody else for a handful of dollars more and didn't care if we end up on the streets or suffer from health issues to wait for the parade the whole night. A disgraceful person with an attitude that is not atypical for f and b and hotel staff all over Vietnam. Do not book!!!

- Dipeshkumar (1/5): I wouldnt recommend anyone to go to this place for accomoddation. They have worse customer service.. - Nothnig at all.... As it was non refundable, i had to stay... Everything. Customer service was hactic. There was no one at check in time, no one even was availble to answer the calls. They replied me back after 30-40 mins at the time of check-in. People around the premises are not friendly at all.

- Maurer (10/5): Exceptional - A great comfortable hotel for an overnight stay with a variety of food options nearby. I travelled for work and wanted to stay close to where I was going to be for the day so chose the hotel based on proximity to my work event.
- Jun (1/5): WORST - nothing Can't stay even if I go. No reception. There is nothing. There is no check-in guide. There was another company's office on the ground floor and I asked how I could check in. They just told me to call the hotel, but I couldn't because I didn't have a local phone number. There was no information on how to check in at the time of booking.
- Charlotte (4/5): Okay - Bed was very comfy. -No one there to greet us, didn’t see one staff member the whole trip. Even just made us leave money for the room in a drawer. -Room was covered in cobwebs and dust, really needs a clean. -Hard to get in the gate. -We were in one room the first night and told we had to move for the second night. We were on a tour all day so couldn’t move our stuff out of the room. The host we we never saw arranged that our stuff was moved when we weren’t there and then left all our stuff in a room all day which was unlocked.

- Christian (1/5): Bad - We came to check-in and noone aswered to let us in by the gate. We needed help from a local to lend their mobilephone and only by then We got the code for the gate. No one was at the reception when We got in even though We earlier agreed to the check-in time. We had to find our Way to the room by ourselves. when We opened the door to the room We were met with mould on ceileng. and the bathroom was even worse. dont bother staying here.

Had to call hotline to allow access code to enter hotel. Front door code changed l during late night return and no one told me of change. Almost got locked outside of hotel twice in the middle of the night.. Water leaking down wall cause small puddle in room.
- Noemi (7/5): Overall good - The hotel was ok, the facilities were quite new. There was no reception, however when I called the number, the lady came and checked me in in 10 minutes. There is security outside and the gate was lock with a passcode which makes you feel safe. Overall it was a good experience The floor was not very clean, we had some cockroach to share the room with, which was not very nice and 1 night we found a whole colony of ants from the corridor to our room.

- Caitriona (5/5): Passable - It didn’t feel very clean. The bed, sink and toilet were fine but the rest of the room felt like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. There was cobwebs pretty much everywhere on the walls and the wardrobe and shelves were dusty. The drain in the bathroom for the shower was full of gunk.
- Pilar (5/5): I won’t come back 😅 - it’s ok for what you pay buuuuuut… we have being in much better places for the same money 1. Ants everywhere, we left an orange the first night and they appear. We take care to don’t leave more food but they were still around. 2. No one clean our room during the stay (normal we say always we don’t need, but no one offer) 3. Room and terrace looks so pretty in the pics, don’t expect it like that 😂 4. we arrive and it was no one (it was around 9.30pm) we wrote them and by message they gave us the code and the room number (2C); we had problems with the code but finally it worked. The next day we receive another message with the code and different room (3C): we were confused so we stayed in the same room and when the guy came for the payment, he told us we were in the wrong room. No English at all, we talked using translator. we showed him the two messages so he let us keep the same one. 5. No elevator what it’s ok, but it should be mentioned in the description. 6. We asked for luggage room and no answer; we asked for stay one more hour and they reply at the moment 😂 He wanted 30% of the stay so we said no and asked again for the luggage room and we get the answer. I wrote him asking for the breakfast and I am still waiting for the answer. 7. In the description it says “breakfast” but it is not true 😂 it’s not breakfast anywhere 8. In the description it says “24h reception” but again, that is not true. I understand we are in Asia, it is not same standards than Europe and usually I don’t mind this things BUT I don’t like when they offer things that they are not true. You can find better places with same o for little bit more so I won’t come back to this one. so disappointed :(

- Belen (1/5): Very disappointing place. - Nothing. Nothing. There is no reception. Check in is with key box but it didnt work so we had to call the owner who doesnt speak any english no one came we had to wait finally we could enter. The floor at the room is dirty, we paid extra money for the room with BALCONY but the door was broken and nobody came to repair it so that was a waste of money. They only came to collect the money. The whole experience was very disappointing.

- Lucas (7/5): Good - Convenient location, hips of food. Had a good rest on a soft mattress. Fairly quiet in vietnamese standards. I didn’t like the smell of the cleaning product which was very strong. The hotel says there is a balcony which is true but the door can’t be opened.

- Killian (8/5): Central city escape - I enjoyed staying at Dlux Saigon as it's location is ideal, it's very central and the establishment was quite easy to access. The manager and staff were really helpful and I had a pleasant stay there. I really enjoyed the solace of the spot, it's very quiet and well situated with just the right essentials to have a great time whether it's a city spree or just a short visit, you have all you need to live comfortably and in good spirit: TV, bed, shower, fridge, cupboard space and etc. My stay was brief though really great and I can see why it's such a hotspot for travellers and city dwellers. If you haven't been, be open to see and you just might stay. Nothing

- Liza (6/5): For cheap price you can definitely go, just don't expect too much. On the photos it looks way better - Nice neighborhood and not too far from the airport and/or center. Private room for an affordable price. Because of a flight delay, we arrived later at the hotel (10:30 pm). Even though we communicated this beforehand there was no one there. Luckily we had a taxi driver who was so kind to help us and called. The lady was clearly in a club (place with loud music) and could give him the code to open the door. Next morning, the lady knocked the door at 08:30am to ask for payment and tell us we were in the wrong room. If we could move our stuff. We obviously didn't. Also, the doors are made of glass so light comes in all night from the hall.
