We had a lot of options in the area but we wanted to try something different and that was a good surprise ☆ the location is beautiful, there is a lot of trails to walk around and many animals to meet. The brunch is warm and good and the staff is great! It's a little bit far from the city. Perfect for us but maybe other people won't like it.

• Michal (4/5): Beautiful location, but very poor service and somewhat damp rooms. - The location was excellent and the surroundings are beautiful. Other than that, not so many things were that good. The rooms felt somewhat stuffy and damp. The staff was not exceedingly helpful. Checkout was extremely early (10am), and the reception is always empty. It was somewhat hard to get hold of the staff. The jacuzzi was quite cold as well.

Wellness area was open only from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. It doesn't give you a chance to enjoy time there before dinner. Usually we were returning from skiing around 5 p.m. so we didn't have a chance to spend there more then one and half hour. There are also no clear rules about nudity. Some people are naked, some people are wearing swimsuits. Sometimes it can be confusing for guests.

• K (9/5): Lovely stay - Location! Location! Location! The view of the mountains, the sound of the stream and cows roaming around - an escape to heaven for nature lovers. Staff very friendly. Food was lovely. No kettle or cups in room. I asked staff if I could borrow a kettle for tea but they didn't have any.

• Christina (9/5): BEAUTIFUL SURROUNDINGS, great service and clean rooms. - The property is amazing! You can see the mountains all around. There are green pastures and animals at the property. We took a walk and there was a babbling brook along the way. The dinner and breakfast were very good. The servers are polite , friendly and helpful. We would love to come back here. The hotel furnishings are somewhat outdated however everything was very clean and tidy.

• Tamás (10/5): Fantastic - The location is extremely fantastic. Staff is very kind and we had a great time there. It is quite sure that we will visit this hotel again in the future. I would not call it as a negatitivity, just I share it as a useful information: if you are not a german speaker, prepare your dictionary for your stay :) The dinner menu and the information materials were all in german, and as a non-german speaker it was a bit difficult to understand these. Not all of the staff spoke English, but despite of this, we had an exrtraordinary great time and everything was awsome!

• Gilles (6/5): Pleasant - The place with the beautiful surroundings. If you book an economic room, you have a very poor room they shouldn't propose anymore until the room is renovated. The bathroom is may be 40 years old, just ugly; It's the first time we have a room like this in Austria for the price. And we paid 132 euros (by Booking with an average quality of breakfast).
