Liz (4/5): Nos fuimos muy decepcionados - La vista frente al lago La cabaña que alquilamos no cumplió con el nivel de comodidad ni con las condiciones que se esperan de una reserva tan costosa. Lamentablemente, nos vimos en la necesidad de trasladarnos a otra propiedad con mejores facilidades a un costo menor, y aun así se nos aplicó una penalidad por las noches no utilizadas. La propiedad presenta un marcado deterioro: la cabaña es antigua, el mobiliario está abollado e incómodo, y el dormitorio y el baño no se encuentran en el mismo nivel. Además, los mosquiteros estaban rotos, por lo que tuvimos que cerrar las ventanas y se impedía una adecuada ventilación. La experiencia no estuvo a la altura del precio pagado y se nos ha negado el reembolso correspondiente a los días no utilizados. Recomendamos ejercer cautela al considerar esta propiedad, ya que las fotografías publicadas combinan áreas nuevas y antiguas, generando una impresión engañosa de cual de las cabaña te va a tocar. The cabin we rented did not meet the level of comfort or the conditions expected of such an expensive reservation. Unfortunately, we had to move to another property with better amenities at a lower cost, and even then, we were charged a penalty for the unused nights. The property is in a state of disrepair: the cabin is old, the furniture is dented and uncomfortable, and the bedroom and bathroom are not on the same level. Furthermore, the mosquito nets were torn, so we had to close the windows, preventing proper ventilation. The experience was not worth the price we paid, and we have been denied a refund for the unused days. We recommend exercising caution when considering this property, as the published photos combine new and old areas, creating a misleading impression of which cabin you will actually get.
Kerstin (10/5): Ein wunderbarer Ort - Ein ganz besonderer Ort. Die Cabañas sind urig, sehr gemütlich und harmonisch in den Wald ringsherum eingebettet. Der Blick auf den Lago Moreno ist wundervoll. Die Außenterasse mit Grill hat uns ebenfalls super gefallen. Das Team war sehr herzlich.
