• Sacha (6/5): Location in the center of Palermo is great, which is what matered to us. - The staff were kind. The girl at the reception checked us in outside the timed window. We were delayed because of our flight, but they helped us very well. The floor and the bathroom were not clean. The property comes across somewhat scruffy. We did not like that you could not enter the hotel without ringing the doorbell or call the staff via Whatsapp (after 2400).
• Dominique (7/5): Une histoire de verre - L'emplacement , la décoration particulière et charmante , la petite cour végétarisme très agréable, le personnel gentil Nous ne pouvons entrer et sortir que si l'on nous ouvre la porte , mais cela ne nous a pas gênées. Par contre un évènement qui nous a contrariées, un soir nous avons demandé s'il était possible d'avoir un verre de vin dans la cour , ils ont accepté et nous ont servi un verre de vin à chacune , l'une de nous en se rasseyant à cassé son verre , et qu'elle surprise au moment du départ qu'ils demandent 68400 pesos pour le verre cassé ce qui est équivalent à 42 euros ! devant notre surprise ils ont dit que c'était un verre en cristal de Murano ! Je suis allée à Murano plusieurs fois je n'ai jamais vu de tels verres , en cristal je veux bien mais sûrement pas de Murano , la vaisselle du petit déjeuner était très basique , alors pourquoi aurions nous eu un verre de valeur . Le petit déjeuner était simple beurre confiture etc industriels , les croissants étaient bons le pain aussi. C'est dommage cette histoire de verre , je précise que nous sommes restées 9 jours dans ce lieu , ce comportement n'est pas très commercial et je n'ai jamais vu un hôtel faire payer un verre ou une assiette , à part ça nous avons fait un bon voyage

La localisation au cœur de Palermo, dans une rue calme . Le charme de la maison, avec des grandes chambres toute différentes. Nous avons préférés celle sur le patio encore plus calme NA

The location is brilliant, probably my favourite area in Buenos Aires. I think the towels were maybe in need of replacement. Simple fix. The layout in the bathroom was great, I liked the light from the shuttered windows.

• ManuelaDm00 (8/5): Location perfetta - Il Signor Lorenzo è gentile, simpatico e disponibile, ci ha dato indicazione sui ristoranti migliori in zona. Location ottima e sicura. Camera grande. Dover suonare il campanello ogni volta per entrare e chiedere di farsi aprire la porta per uscire è un po' fastidioso, ma gestibile.

The hotel is only a few minutes’ walk from plenty of cafés and restaurants, yet it’s located on a quiet and safe street, which made it perfect for relaxing after a day out. The family that owns the hotel is very welcoming and always available with helpful recommendations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Palermo!

I stayed at both the beginning and end of our Argentina trip. The breakfast room is cozy and the selections were good and satisfying. Nothing. All was well.

Breakfast was simple, yet fresh and tasty. The host and his daughter were very welcoming- friendly, funny, and gave great recommendations. Perhaps guests could have a key code or key to get in and out to the outside, rather than having to bother the hosts every time we came and went.

I proprietari sono molto accoglienti e ti trattano come persone di famiglia. Camere molto grandi e confortevoli . La colazione è semplice ma buona La sera la struttura chiude e devi accordarti per l’orario di rientro. Nella nostra camera si sentiva odore di muffa, in quella dei nostri amici era tutto perfetto.

The breakfast was just perfect to start your day, coffee, tea, croissants, eggs, fruits, etc. We will for sure come back since we travel from Uruguay very often.

They were also flexible for early check in and late check out. The bed could have been a bit better for our preference of a firmer mattress, but it was more than acceptable. We stayed in an Accessible Room, which was fine. the drain of water in the shower was a bit slippery.

• Anon (7/5): Buenos Aires x1 night - Very helpful over email prior to stay. Arrived late at night with no issues. Strong wifi. Huge room, good shower, free decent toiletries. Comfortable bed. Great location. Breakfast was very basic. Staff let you in/out each time you leave, so felt a little restrictive. My room was at the front on the ground floor, so couldn't open the shutters or the windows.

The staff were so helpful. They looked after my luggage when I arrived and recommended a great cafe nearby. I also left something behind in my room and they quickly sent it on to me. Nothing. The hotel was exactly as I'd expected and I was really happy with my stay.

Quarto com muitas opções de acessibilidade. • Sabella (10/5): Rustikaler Stil mitten in Palermo - Das familiengeführte Hotel liegt mitten im lebendigen Stadtteil Palermo. Es gibt unzählige Restaurants und andere Ausgehmöglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Der Inhaber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ebenso die anderen Menschen, die hier arbeiten. Das Design ist außergewöhnlich für Argentinien: rustikal, ein bisschen im Stil einer europäischen Burg mit Bleiglasfenstern und dunklen Möbeln. Unsere Zimmer (wir waren zweimal hier) waren sehr geräumig. Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln.

El trato de la señora mayor, no fue bueno ni amable, fue burlista y hacia muchos comentarios sarcásticos, cuestionó los billetes de pago y no recibió varios, obligándonos a cambiarlos, casi provoca que cambie de lugar desde el primer día. Sin embargo, don Lorenzo, es la persona más amable, educado, colaborador y compensó por mucho la mala experiencia con la señora. Otra cosa que no me gustó es que aunque siempre nos recibieron, no teníamos forma de entrar o salir del hotel sin que alguien abriera la puerta principal, era necesario tener que llamar antes por teléfono, un día no nos contestaron y estuvimos 25 minutos afuera bajo un aguacero torrencial.
