- line_58 (7/5): - Buenas instalaciones linda habitación. Estacionamiento muy bueno Las almohadas imposible descansar . Fuimos a cenar y la atención fue pésima no entendía lo que se pedía. Desayuno precario si abonas te agregan cosas . Personal sin experiencia. No tienen reacción a preguntas .

La habitación también muy bien, limpia, aire acondicionado excelente y televisión. Me hubiera gustado en el baño una ducha un poco más amplia, ya que resultaba un poco incómodo. Tampoco había tanto en la ducha como en el lavamanos, una jabonera o espacio para colocar el cepillo de dientes. Sacando eso, todo estuvo muy bien.

La zona donde esta no es muy linda, alejada del centro, pero no estaba en esta oportunidad buscando eso así que no es algo que lo descalifique simplemente cada uno busca según sus necesidades.
- analia (5/5): - La gestión administrativa, pagamos en el momento del check-in con tarjeta de crédito una reserva realizada.por Booking y dos dias después me tuve que comunicar reiteradas veces con el hotel para que cierren la reserva con el pago correspondiente y me dejaban en visto los msj...cuando por fin lo resolvieron ni siquiera me lo comunicaron, me entere por un mail que me llego de Booking. Poco predispuesto y poco empático

- Michael (2/5): Very unpleasant lady in charge - Nice, big bed. Clean and comfortable. Most people working in hospitality in. Argentina are absolutely wonderful! We LOVE Argentina and her people BUT the older lady in a black dress, who seems to be the manager, was the most unpleasant person we have encountered in many extensive travels in this country - la 'Basil Fawlty' argentina! Also, the senior breakfast staff member w as rude and unhelpful. A request for a 'bol' for cornflakes - OK, we know 'bols' + plates are not common at Argentina breakfast buffets - was dealt with most unpleasantly. Two younger reception staff were perfectly pleasant. We have some Spanish, but if you don't, don't stay here. The boss lady seems moody, and could spoil your stay.

- Dinglingvargas (8/5): Good value for money in SM de Tucumán - The hotel is quite big and the garage is excellent. The facilities are working fine - no issues. The staff was accommodating and gave us several tips on enjoying the city. It was a little bit noisy at night to sleep and the location was not the best. We had to walk around 10 blocks to the city center. It would be better if the weather were not so wet.
