• Suzanne (9/5): - Big room. Apartment is very clean. Big bed. Hot shower water. Reception man and lady are very nice. Paid by credit card no handling fees. Has elevator. Not far from airport. Cafes and marts nearby. Traffic around are quite chaotic. Balcony door cannot lock. Very close to next building so I must set the curtains down. Complicated TV operation, I can watch YouTube only.

• Brittany (10/5): Happy to recommend - Very clean, spacious, nice sitting area. The owner was friendly and hardworking! The location was good. Lots of little things thought about like toothbrush and tooth paste. Good wifi! Happy to stay again. Harder to come and go at night time. Could hear people at 3am trying to get in and struggling.

• Louisa (9/5): Lovely spacious clean hotel rooms - Lovely spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. The staff are friendly and very helpful, and the location is convenient. Great WiFi and strong water pressure were definite highlights. The breakfast buffet is good, but it’s worth going early as food can sit out for a while.

Washer and dryer availability for guests' use are absolutely appreciated. 5. Refrigerator works well. 6. Upgrade to TV provides plentiful options to watch. 7. AC units in our suite 50# works great. 1. We explored the city very late at night. We must ring the bell 🔔, wake up the night shift staff every time. We felt hesitant a bit every time, especially so when we stayed for a full month. We wish we could let ourselves in without waking up anyone. 2. Curtains are not sun blocked. 3. Water pressure is OK, not bad, but we wished it was a little stronger.

• Aleksa (10/5): Great place with a very hospitable host - Very hospitable people. We wanted to change the room, because it was loud. They allowed us to change for the room looking to the street the same day without any extra charge. Generally the people working there are very nice and helpful. Room is cleaned and fresh towels are put every day. Everything was fine. One minor thing, I couldn’t get the TV to work. I was so curious to see some Vietnamese TV :)

• Bartha (5/5): - The apartment was clean. It seems like the photos on Booking were taken of the apartment a decade ago, when it was new and shiny. The current look is a lot worse, the greenery is dead on tge balcony, there was only one chair outside, which had a broken leg. We were disappointed.

• LEON (6/5): Ok stay first time - Near minimart. As a service apartment, they close the main gates and if you return late you need to press the bell to enter or get out of the building. This is very inconvenient. Also the location is just beside a drinking restaurant so when people get a bit drunk the place becomes quite noisy between 9-11pm. The balcony is not like how the display photos are.

• Kevin (9/5): Nothing bad to say !!!, only positive - Kitchen was equipped with enough facilities to cook. All facilities in apartment were in good working order. Staff & management always willing to assist with any queries. I will defiantly be staying here again.
• Ngoc (7/5): I would not stay here again if I have a choice. It feels like a cheap motel. - The building is in a good location. Easy access to places for dining and coffee. The shower is quite interesting with the temperature control. It would take a little bit of time to learn how to use it. Laundry is available downstairs. the access to the room from the outside made it not too secured with the door to the bedroom. The staircase right outside of the bedroom glassdoor made the room vulnerable to break-in. The lobby is quite small. The bed mattresses is old and uncomfortable. The blanket is quite cheap and old looking.

• Jf (9/5): Superb - Everything was good! Unit was huge and comfortable. Shower had lots of pressure and hot water. Big fridge with freezer. Complimentary laundry available to use before 6pm. Staff all very nice. There are A/C units in both the dining/kitchen/living area as well as the bedroom. It's a big place so it takes a bit to cool the entire apartment down. Can be a little noisy early in morning with the neighborhood but this was expected.

Nothing major but it would have been nice to have 2 chairs out on the balcony. Not something that can be easily fixed but having more natural light in the apartment make it a nicer space.

• Robert (9/5): Superb - Our first time in Saigon and this turned out to be a perfect location for us. 10 mins by taxi to any of the main attractions in District 1. The staff were so kind and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was spacious with a good kitchen area and very well kept.The air-conditioning was quiet and efficient and we were very happy with everything. Best of all they had a laundry room so as travellers we got everything freshened up 😀 There was very little cutlery but we got by. No doubt if I had asked they would have supplied more. So there really wasn't anything we didn't like.

While you could hear construction and traffic during the day time when the balcony door was open, I slept peacefully every night. Nothing really stood out as a negative.

It had huge windows with amazing views and my own deck overlooking the city for yoga or drinks at night. I would highly recommend this place. The lack of cooking utensils. But didn't not affect my time there. Go and buy the things you need and leave it there as a gift for the next guests. It's super cheap anyway.

• Jodie (9/5): Comfortable stay - Nice size room with living space. Decent shower with soap and shampoo provided. Didn’t use the kitchen so can’t comment. Good size fridge, coffee provided. Comfortable stay. Staff are friendly. Free laundry service, which staff help you with. Some small ants, but I don’t think this can be helped.
