• Sassan (9/5): Sportlicher Urlaub - Tolle Hotel- und Camping-Anlage mit guter Sports-Area, Fitness-Studio mit guten Geräten, 50m-Swimmingpool, Sauna. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit vielen Müslisorten, Käse, Aufstrichen und frisch gepresstem Orangensaft. 3 Menüs zum Abendessen (Fleisch, Fisch, Vegetarisches). Sehr geräumige Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Ruhige Umgebung. Schöne Terrasse zum Draußensitzen. Lieber wäre uns auch ein Abendbuffet gewesen. Bei den Salaten ist uns die Abwechslung, vor allem der Bohnensalat abgegangen. Beim Nachmittagsbuffet sind keine Getränke includiert. Sonst bekommt man Tee/Kaffee und zumindest Wasser.

• Pavlína (10/5): Celkově hodnotím jako krásné, atmosféra perfektní, - Snídaně i večeře naprosto dokonalé, přes den od 14 hod do 16:30 myslím, možnost salátového baru a syté polévky, za mě tedy se jednalo ne o polopenzi, ale plnou penzi. Moc se mi líbilo tradiční oblečení personálu. Postrádala jsem na pokoji visačku na kliku "nerušit", z druhé strany "prosím ukliďte pokoj" ( nevím, jak se ta věc jmenuje:-), a tak se každé ráno stalo, že vešla uklízečka jednou po krátkém zaklepání, druhý den i myslím bez zaklepání, když jsme ještě leželi v posteli. Nebylo ani 9 hodin...

• Doru (10/5): - Totul la superlativ! Camera superbă, spațioasă, călduroasă (living cu semineu, baie cu jacuzzi) Restaurantul extrem de primitor,. In una din seri a fost muzică live, în alta, s-a gătit la fața locului, am avut o seară in care ne-am bucurat de mâncăruri cu specific italian . Dar și în celelalte seri mâncarea a fost de excepție! Iar zona de recreere la bazine a fost de asemenea peste așteptări. Tot personalul respectuos si foarte amabil. Recomand cu tot dragul această locație., iar noi, cu siguranță ne vom întoarce!

• Margit (10/5): Perfekt für die ganze Familie - Perfekt für eine Auszeit in den Herbstferien. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Frühstücksbuffet, Nachmittagsjause, Grill Buffet und 4- Gänge Menü vom feinsten. Sehr viele Spielmöglichkeiten auch für die größeren Kinder. Die Pools, Fitness und Sauna sehr, sehr sauber und ordentlich! Die ganze Anlage ist in einem top Zustand. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

• Martin (10/5): - Příjemný rodinný hotel zasazený ve skvěle vybaveném kempu, pár km od Zell am See - lze dojet na kole. Velké, prostorné pokoje. Skvělé snídaně i degustační večeře. Dostatek všeho - ovoce, pečiva, jogurtů, sýrů i uzenin. Také velký výběr cereálií. V komplexu je parkování v podzemních garážích a nebo pokud chcete, můžete i venku okolo na vyhrazených místech - vše bez problémů, i když je to opravdu obrovský komplex. Je zde velké wellness centrum, kam se dostanete z hotelu takovým koridorem a poskytují kromě maśaží i kosmetické služby. Kemp se dá projít příjemnou procházkou - je tam i jezero na koupání. Spousta prolejzaček a trampolín a jiného vyžití pro děti. Také menší obchod přímo v areálu. V restauraci i na recepci milý personál a na tak velký komplex to jde všude poměrně rychle. Nikde nečekáte příliš dlouho.

• Bernhard (9/5): Sportcam Woferlgut - Für Familien wirklich zu empfehlen! - Das Hotel hat ein super leckeres Frühstücksbuffet, ein tolles Abendessen mit einem hervorragenden freundlichen Service. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Der Wellness-/Spa-Bereich ist sehr gut und bietet auch div. Tee´s, Obst und auch Siurp zum mischen. Der Badebereich ist sehr gut und verfügt neben einem Sprudelbecken auch über eine extra lange Schwimmbahn für Schwimmer. Eine Rutsche ist auch enthalten. Außerdem gibt es ausreichende Liegen und Ruhebereiche. Besonders positiv ist, dass Kinder auch aus der Halbpension entnommen werden können, wenn diese nicht alles essen. Vorab kurze Führung durch das Hotel, da es eine entsprechende Größe hat und etwas "verwinkelt" ist. Vorabinformation, dass Kinder auch aus der Halbpension entnommen werden können.

• SP1233 (9/5): Für Sportler sehr gut. - Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit sehr viel Auswahl. Wunderbar. Essen a-la-cart war preislich teurer als erwartet. Abendessenauswahl der Halbpension war sehr gut. Die 50m-Schwimmhalle ist natürlich ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal, die ganze Schwimmhalle ist sehr gepflegt und modern. So kann auch im Urlaub trainiert werden. Eine wunderbare Sache sind die Tickets für den öffentlichen Nahverkehr, 50 Cent pro Kopf für den gesamten Zeitraum unschlagbar. Der Zug nach Salzburg braucht genau so lange wie ein Auto. Dieses Ticket versteckt sich hinter der Mobilitätspauschale auf der Rechnung. Gerne wieder. Hatten ein Zimmer oberhalb des Kücheneingangs. Leider riecht es dort morgens und Abends stark nach Essen. Es fehlt ein Schild "Bitte nicht stören" oder ähnliches auf den Zimmern, so könnte die Zimmereiningung bereits von außen erkennen, ob sie hinein sollen. Die Wlan-Abdeckung /-leistungsfähigkeit war nicht ausreichend, sind dann auf Mobilfunk ausgewichen.

The town doesn’t offer many options—just a souvenir shop, a church, and a Billa supermarket—but there is a ski bus to reach the slopes. We had a great time here. There is a fairly strong and unpleasant smell in the air from the nearby farms. We paid for four people but were only three, and the hotel staff was not willing to refund the meal costs for our son, who was unable to come.

Lots of sports activities to do, the hotel also organises events outside of the property, like rafting, mountain biking, etc. Breakfast was superb. The location is nice and calm, fresh mountain air. 10m drive to the beautiful lake. Not suitable for remote work due to the wifi quality

Dinner was of high quality. The junior suite was well presented and maintained throughout the stay. The balcony off the suite sitting room was an enhancement to relaxation. Provision in the suite of a kettle, cups and sachets would have been appreciated.

• Ovidiu (8/5): Very good - The spa area. The restaurant and common grounds are a bit dated. It seems that the management is more focused on the camping guests than the hotel ones. A bit pricey for the location.
• Florin (9/5): A very pleasant and comfortable hotel - The hotel is nice, the management is very attentive and eager to see the guests pleased, the rooms and their bathrooms are spacious, the spa area is large; the free underground garage is a very big plus. The skibus connect in the morning the hotel with Maiskogel twice and with Zell-am-See three times a day. The (must) nude policy in the sauna area (of course it is a cultural diference/matter as I still not understand it) and that the way to the pools crossed the relax area.
• Stanislava (8/5): Service in restaurant should be improved - Very good location. Garage free, Absolutely perfect wellness and pools area. Service and organization of tables at dinner for the hotel guests should be better. If there was not a lot of people in the restaurant, the staff had time for everything. We spent up to 2 hours at dinner, which is not entirely suitable with small children. If there was a lot people, we were seated at the added outdoor table and chairs with very fast service which made it seem like we were getting out quickly as we had a queue of guests behind us. The food overall had a sour taste.

But You should do that.
• Maria (10/5): What a fantastic place to celebrate a 60th birthday-thank you! - First class service, beautiful food, fantastic location and all of the staff in the hotel were so friendly and helpful. The Wellness Centre and pool were the perfect way to relax after a few hours on the slopes. This is the perfect location for winter or summer. 10/10.

• Natalia (5/5): An average hotel with a great restaurant - Brilliant restaurant, delicious food and a great menu. Very good waiters and great evening entertainment programme. Great new spa complex. We had a small room in a rather dated building with a view of the caravan park. But the worst was a very slippery floor by the saunas and steam room. Several people fell down in front of us and I fell down and broke my wrist. The manager was not very apologetic and just blamed the cleaners using the wrong product to clean the floor.

Restaurant was nice - made particularly so by Attilla who served our ‘three sprites and a beer’ who was always welcoming and had fantastic English. Reception staff also rescued us from the station when our suitcase wheels broke and we couldn’t get to the hotel. Couldn’t always find where to go for sports activities and missed a few, but what we did was great. Restaurant food was really nice, but range was a little limited over a week.

The dinners from the half board menu were delicious and the restaurant staff was very friendly (especially Marin). 1.The staff at the reception were quite unfriendly and we didn’t feel welcomed. 2. In the spa building we were not allowed to bring a stroller to the pools (not even to the outside pool) and we couldn’t go without it since our baby was only 6 months old, so we couldn’t really enjoy the spa which was disappointing.

• Kevin (7/5): Good - All good, but between 11pm and 6am no where to to any work, im from oversees and a hotel this size should at least have a sitting room or lounge to make some calls as not to wake up the family, While it was snowing heavily, our son threw a few snow balls across the pool, over the loudspeaker (Dont throw snow in the pool) being publicly humiliated pees me off big time. especially when 90% of activities are closed. god forbid the kids have a bit of fun here, i wont be back

• Pavel (9/5): Excellent hotel with exceptional services - The hotel is located just on the right place if you want to visit Kaprun, Zell am See or drive the Grossglockner Strasse. The hotel has one of the largest and best equiped gyms I have ever seen in a hotel. Also the swimming pools are exceptional. The breakfast was superb, very large choice of meals and all very tasteful. The hotel has my full recommendation.
