María Ximena (10/5): Amazing hotel with amazing views! - The views, the design and decoration pf the hotel is amazing. It has multiple rooms where you can rest an enjoy the views of the mountains. Everything looks quite new. The restaurant has delicious food. The personnel were very nice and the room was very comfortable. They have multiple saunas, a pool with natural water, jacuzzis and a pool. I liked everything but I would suggest different shampoo and conditioner as it is foamy and it feels a bit weird.

Schon beim Verlassen meines Zimmers empfängt einen dieser unverkennbare, wohltuende Saunaduft, der sofort den Alltag vergessen lässt. Die Aussicht ist schlichtweg magisch, ein echter Logenplatz in den Bergen. Kulinarisch wird man auf höchstem Niveau verwöhnt, jedes Gericht ist ein Genuss. Ein besonderes Dankeschön gilt dem Team an Rezeption und Service: Hier wird Gastfreundschaft großgeschrieben, die Aufmerksamkeit und Professionalität suchen ihresgleichen. Der Wellnessbereich ist eine vollendete Oase der Ruhe und Ästhetik. Wer wahre Erholung sucht, findet hier sein Paradies! (PS. Danke Sandra für die tolle Massage! ☺️)

Alicia (10/5): Schöne Auszeit im Herbst - Der Boho-Look ist bereits eindrucksvoll und total angenehm. Das Frühstück sowie das Abendessen sind ausgezeichnet lecker. Der Service ist herausragend gut! Wir hatten die Suite mit Sauna und es hat uns daher auch an wirklich nichts gefehlt. Nebenan war direkt das Wildtiergehege und man hat kostenlos Futter bekommen an der Rezeption. Unweit entfernt gibt es einen wunderschönen See, zahlreiche Wanderwege, Hütten zum Einkehren, … Preislich ist es natürlich nicht gerade günstig. Wer überlaufene oder riesige Wellnessanlagen sucht, der wird hier nicht fündig. Es ist eher klein gehalten, aber dafür sehr familiär.

Simon (9/5): Trotzdem war unser Aufenthalt insgesamt großartig – wir kommen sehr gern wieder! - Fantastischer Aufenthalt auf der Jufen Alm! Wir hatten eine rundum perfekte Zeit. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Der Wellnessbereich ist traumhaft, sehr stilvoll und bietet alles, was man für echte Entspannung braucht. Die Lage ist einfach mega: hoch über Maria Alm mit einem atemberaubenden Blick und viel Ruhe. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Ein Punkt, der für uns nicht ganz überzeugt hat, waren die Preise für das Abendessen. Die Qualität war gut, allerdings hätten wir uns ein etwas ausgewogeneres Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gewünscht.

Claudia (10/5): Perfekter Kurzurlaub in den Bergen um dem Alltagsstress zu entkommen! - Das Hotel folgt einem wunderschönen und entspannten Konzept! Die gesamte Unterkunft und die Zimmer waren extrem sauber, gepflegt und im Einrichtungsstil sehr stimmig. Ein Teil des Spa-Bereichs war noch sehr neu, jedoch hatte man auch dort bereites an alles gedacht, um es für die Gäste gemütlich zu machen: von der Verpflegung bis zum Komfort war alles super. Jeder vom Personal war sehr nett und rücksichtsvoll. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Frühstück mit einer großen Auswahl (vegan, vegetarisch etc, war für alle etwas dabei). Auch das Abendessen war überragend und jeden Cent wert! Aufgrund der Lage gibt es auch tagsüber genug Möglichkeiten für Outdoor-Aktivitäten oder eben einfach entspannen auf cloud nine der Jufenalm!

Nastasia (10/5): Absolutely amazing! - Everything! It is an absolutely beautiful place in a peaceful location. The rooms are amazing, the view is great and the food and drinks are also amazing! We can just recommend it to anyone who wants to have an amazing time in Austria - either in summer or in winter, it is always beautiful and great. Only one little thing: There were constructions during our stay, but the team did the best to compensate it through drink vouchers :) excited to see the final version of this hotel soon!

Really nice staff. Even though the hotel is great and I can highly recommend, it is a little bit expensive comparing to similar hotels and what they offer. The staff is really nice but the service was not very fast and attentive, they never ask for a second drink or came by, at the second night we had to wait one hour for our food. Also when sitting at the bar, we had to wait for longer time until someone asked us what we would like to drink. This might be small things compared to the great hotel and location, bit for the price I would expect a better service.
Verena (6/5): Man gibt sich Mühe, aber es reicht nicht - + schöne Deko, sehr instagrammable (dementsprechendes Publikum) + Lage mit Bergsicht + Leckeres, ausgiebiges Frühstücksbuffet + Herziger Glühweinstand + Welcome-Drink, Brot als Abschiedsgeschenk und Weinflasche als Wiedergutmachung - Service abends freundlich, aber teilweise sehr langsam und man musste mehrmals rufen (Blicke und hochgehobene Hände wurde ignoriert), einmal bekamen wir Brot, dann wieder nicht, kein Personal an der Bar - WiFi ging nicht im Zimmer (auch nach mehrmaligen Rebooting) - Licht-Bewegungsmelder bei der Tür, welcher bei jedem Drehen im Bett anging und erst am 2. Tag erklärt wurde - sehr warme Temperatur im Restaurant - Essen abends schön angerichtet, aber eher so lala - sämtliche Wellness-Aktivitäten draussen -(zwei Sauna, Whirlpool, Gegenstromanlage) und zu klein (Ruhebereich max. 6 oder 8 Personen bei 30 Zimmer), öffnet erst 13h - insgesamt schlechte Kommunikation: nicht informiert wurde, dass man zum Massage-Kubus (ein externen, Art Container mit Fenster, schön eingerichtet, etwas kalt) durch den Schnee ums Haus muss, weshalb ich nur im Bademantel und Schlappen da stand und mich nochmals umziehen musste. (Massage aber gut und nachfolgende konnte gratis storniert werden) - Es gab Leih-Schlitten und Gratis- Abholservice ab 3 Nächte-Aufenthalt. Gesagt wurde, dass man vorgängig reservieren müsse - allerdings nicht, wie lange vorher und so war alles am Vortag wegen externer Gäste und unserer Massage ausgebucht.

Not much else close by though (within walking distance) if you wanted to go for dinner say outside the hotel. But the food is so lovely that you wouldn't want to! Spa is lovely - sauna is hot and pool is refreshing and clean. Food is yummy. Staff are very friendly. We don't speak German but that wasn't a problem as they all spoke English. If I am being really picky....pillows were not that comfortable. I cannot find fault with anything else.

Pool was undergoing repairs but the hotel offered a discount upon check-in without us having to ask which was very fair. There is a children's playground which is not shown in any of the pictures. This understandably led to a high number of children during our stay. I understand catering for children but guests should know what they are in for when booking.

Jollylobster (10/5): Romantic getaway in the Austrian Alps - Food was great. Gorgeous view. Comfortable bathrobes. The backpack that was provided in the room came in handy. Outdoor pool gets little sun and is basically shaded by the hotel itself midday on.
