• Giorgia (10/5): Ottimo! - L’appartamento è comodo, vicino alla spiaggia della città, per arrivare in centro a piedi ci si mette una buona mezz ora. La proprietaria è gentilissima e molto disponibile ha soddisfatto ogni mia richiesta. L’appartamento si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. L’arredamento è moderno si vede che è stato ristrutturato da poco, unica nota negativa purtroppo dal bordo della doccia esce molta acqua e si fa in fretta ad allagare il bagno, ma è disponibile uno straccio per tamponare la situazione. Volevamo una settimana di relax e devo ammettere che siamo stati molto bene, per una coppia ha tutto ciò di cui c’è bisogno. Rapporto qualità/prezzo imbattibile! Servirebbe forse qualche pentola in più per cucinare.
• Veronica (7/5): - Bella camera, pulita e comodo il parcheggio, le spiaggie lì vicino a 10 minuti a piedi non sono proprio bellissime ma basta spostarsi a circa mezz’ora a Orikum o Radhime che già il mare è più bello, il lungomare è a 2 km di distanza si può fare anche a piedi, anche perché c’è molto traffico Nel complesso buono.

• Arantza (8/5): Recomendable. - Es acogedor y está decorado con gusto; está muy limpio.. Tiene parking gratis. A 15 mins andando de la playa. Le falta un hervidor o un cazo pequeño para calentar.

• Dominika (8/5): Quiet stay close to the beach - Quiet location, short distance to the beach and all restaurants and bars alongside. It was not an entire house but a lovely studio with kitchen annex in the bedroom and a nice bathroom. There were three more studios in the same building. There is space to park just outside your door so very convenient. Very responsive host, we changed our arrival time and it went very smoothly ☺️ The only part that suprised me and was not clear on the property description was shared washing machine. Instead of having it in the studio, there was a separate room with one washing machine to be shared with all guests and that would be locked by evening. A small thing but just to be aware in advance.

• Barbora (10/5): Great accommodation when traveling with car. - 3 apartments in one building that has a parking spot. Inside was super clean and new. Lady and the English speaking person on booking were very helpful with all our requests. The nearby beach is just 10 minutes, but it was quite dirty.

• Jolanda (9/5): Very nice - Friendly people. Parking place on location. In walking distance from the beach and a few nice restaurants. Clean room and bathroom. It was a difficult turn with our rental car into the parking place on site. And the capacity of the airconditioning was a bit tight.
• Mohammed (10/5): Happy Stay in Troi Beach House - We had an exceptional stay in Vlore thanks to the warm and helpful staffexceptionnaly Niza and hise husband. The manager was incredibly responsive to our needs, which greatly enhanced our experience. The facilities on site were very convenient and met our expectations perfectly. The proximity to the beach, just a 5-minute walk away, was a real plus. Additionally, the area offers plenty of activities and sights to explore. We highly recommend this place for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. nothing to blame

It is next to a phenomenal local restaurant Varka that has a massive and super cheap Linguine with seafood. Recommend both the property and the restaurant

• Andrei (9/5): Superb - Spacious apartments. Beds are not comfortable at all (they are either too soft other was something broken in it). The apartments don't have sound insulation: if you neighbours decide to talk at night, you will hear that; there was a dog that came there in the evening or night and started to move a box or something similar and you could hear it pretty loud. They mowed the lawn when our car was nearby, instead of doing this when there were no cars (there was definitely such a time), during this action stones could fly into the car at high speed...

• Mariska (10/5): Exceptional - I loved the apartment, it's clean and big enough. It was also nice to sit in front of the apartment to relax a bit. The lady working/cleaning the property is very nice. And even tho we don't speak the same language, I really enjoyed her presence. The location is about 30 minutes walk from the old town and the new centre, but if you don't mind walking it's perfect. I loved walking to the beach (not even 10 minutes) and walk over the beach towards the center. Nothing really, it was maybe a bit noisy but I think that's normal in Albania (hearing street dogs at night)
• Ninni (7/5): Good - Great place for a night if you have a car :) It’s a bit far from the center, but perfect if you have a car! The host responded fast by phone and the lady that met us was super cute😊
• Gisela (10/5): Best place to be near beaches in a calm area, maybe not the best for the historic center. Loved it! - The room was very big, it was like a small studio, so we had ample space. The bed was comfortable and everything was super clean when we got there. The beach is a 10 minute walk away, and you have several supermarkets and restaurants close, so you don't really need a lot, but it's a longer walk (30-40 min) to the center (longer if you go through the lit streets), so be prepared in case you want to see a lot of the historic sites in Vlorë. The highlight for us was that we really needed to do a load of laundry and we couldn't find the machine inside the room, even though the reservation said we'd have one. I asked the lady that managed the rooms and she showed me around to a small room with the washing machine. It felt like it was hers and she was loaning it to us. She didn't even let me use the powder I'd brought to wash, she loaded the machine and everything for us. As well, we planned on hanging our stuff when it was done, but by the time we came back from the beach to check in on it, she'd hanged everything up to dry. Loved that lady :) Communicating to get the keys was a bit hard at first. We arrived and were told by another guest that the lady wasn't around but had been there 5 minutes before. We waited around and sent messages through Booking and whatsapp (tried also calling a couple of times), but no answer. I think maybe a relative helps the lady with the technological side of it. We ended up going out to eat and that's when the person answered my message. We ended setting a meet up for an hour later to check in :) Maybe do this part before you get there!
