• ammar (7/5): - L'emplacement du logement pas loin de la grande place, place de parking à l'intérieur de la cours de la maison, la cuisine bien équipée avec des ustensiles de cuisine bien fournis. Les clefs sont dans un hôtel à 10 min à pieds, le checkout se fait aussi là-bas du coup on perd du temps au départ.

• Kris (8/5): - Goede ligging op wandelafstand van het stadscentrum. Prive stalling voor de wagen binnen het perceel van het huis wat makkelijk en veilig is - parking is immers geen makkelijke in Tirana centrum. Het huis was net maar kraaknet nu ook weer niet. Het geheel kan misschien een opfrisbeurt gebruiken.
• Hana (10/5): Krásný dům - Krasny dum, uplne jine ubytovani, nez je obvyklé. Mala loznice s jednou posteli je pruchozi. Za ni je loznice s manzelskou posteli. Pokoj je velky, se sedačkami a jednou posteli. V pokoji je i kuchynska linka. Dum se nam po tme tezko hledal, i kdyz jsme dostali navod. Je zastrceny v bocni uličce.

Pièces de nuit : ce qui est sert de 2ème chambre est en fait un corridor accolé à la chambre parentale Chambre parentale : fenêtre donne sur la cour de la maison qui est accolée Point à signaler: un bouton d'arrivée d'eau au dessus du lavabo sert à alimenter la maison donc attention à ne pas le couper par inadvertance

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr zentral, super ruhig, aber auch nah an der Autobahn, dass man schnell nach Durrës oder in den Süden gelangen kann. Wir hätten uns keine bessere Unterkunft für das Entdecken von Tirana und Albanien wünschen können. Vielen lieben Dank 🙏

Le bruit des animaux à l’extérieur chiens, chats... quelques moustiques. Mais bon ça l'hôte n'y peu rien. Le wifi a peu de portée mais fonctionne bien dans salon/cuisine

There was a request for early check in and it was approved by the Host one day before check in.. On the check-in day, they refused for early check in and left the family waiting outside for around 3 hours, and not even apologizing for it.

• Denise (10/5): Exceptional - The house is beautifully decorated and the secure free parking a bonus. The air-conditioning was on, cooling the house in preparation for our arrival. A gentle stroll to the main square and lots of eateries within walking distance. The bathroom cannot be accessed from the first bedroom without walking through the second bedroom - a little awkward for 4 adults but a minor issue.

• Terrence (9/5): A lovely place, with good hosts, in a great location with secure parking. - The location is great. Close to restaurants and a 25 minute walk to the town centre.Having a lock up car park is a big bonus. There is one main bedroom with a double bed but no privacy for the 3 single beds. So, great for a family or couple, but not so good for 2 couples.
• Karma (9/5): Extremely comfortable - Exactly like in pictures. Very clean. Beds and sheets pillows towels and washing machine available. Even extra if needed. The host is extremely helpful and kind. He referred us to a great resources for day trips and food. We probably couldn’t figure it out. But we couldn’t turn on the stove top to make coffee with the cafeteria that was available. although the host kindly explained how. Maybe it needs maintenance of we just couldn’t figure it out.

• Anja (6/5): Traditional flat - Spacious traditional flat at a reasonable price (50€/night). Helpful and friendly host who always answers quickly by mail and who provided us with water and cake when we arrived late at night. Parking available on the premises. Nice area with restaurants and supermarkets. Even though the flat is centrally located it is quiet in the livingroom. The sleeping room has windows to the street and is a bit noisier from the traffic in the morning, but it is completely fine. Try the cafe Aromal for breakfast nearby: we just loved it. Flat is approximately 15-20 min on foot to the city center and 25-30 min by car to the airport. For the price the flat is completely fine. But do not expect any high standards or luxury as you might from the very high rating. It is a rather dark flat, which is basic and somehow dusty and worn: mattresses on the small beds are old, the curtain is hanging crooked, there is not enough cutlery and crockery in the very simple kitchen, line and towels are clean but overall cleanliness could be better. Overall: to experience a traditional Albanian flat for a good price you should book it.

• Nuno (8/5): Very good - The house is very big and the neighbour is very kind. Glejidis gave us great recommendations for Tirana and Albania in general, and was always available online for everything. The house is a bit far from the center.
• Revi (10/5): Exceptional - A very big, cosy and nice house. You feel like home! It's very well located. A big kitchen, a very large livingroom, a good bathroom, 3 separate places to sleep. A fridge with a freezer. Strong wifi. Really close to a supermarket and the best backery you can think off. A welcome snack and water. A washingmachine and a lot of space in the garden for the laundry, with a private parkingplace. A really kind and helpfull host. Who also offers a breakfast buffet in his hotel Niche Boutique Hotel. Also a really beautiful hotel. We would recommend both, the guesthouse and the hotel. And when we come back, we will for sure be in one of them. Nothing.

Location ideal 100m from main road offering cafes and restaurants galore. Straight walk to Skanderberg Sq. Do visit Bunk Art2 to understand Albania in WW2 and the dark years under Enver Hoxha.

The Have enough open area for parking. Walls are high enough to enable privacy for you. The garden has trees and plants. Close to the main road and surrounded with restaurants and supermarkets. We asked about everything that interested us, and for everything we got advice and some good suggestions. The house is pleasant, spacious, very beautiful and original. It was more spacious than the pictures show, it was cosy, quiet and clean, and everything we needed during our stay was available. Also, the host was very helpful when we couldn't find our way to the place and also helped us with good places to eat. We warmly recommend the apartment.
