• Maximilian (10/5): Ein wundervoller Ort der Ruhe und Entspannung - Sehr schön gelegen. Auf der Rückseite der Bucht. Sehr gepflegter Garten und sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Alles vorhanden was man braucht.
• Christelle (9/5): - Bon rapport qualité/prix. Logement très bien situé, au calme tout en restant proche du centre. Une petite crique se trouve en contrebas, accessible à pied ou en voiture pour les plus aventureux, avec possibilité de stationnement. L’équipement de cuisine est basique mais suffisant pour le séjour. De bons petits restaurants, abordables (entre 10 et 20 €), se trouvent à proximité. Tony et sa maman font tout leur possible pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Une allée devant le logement permet également de se garer facilement.
• Justina (10/5): - The villa was perfect and in a very nice location. Although it is not very big, it is more than enough for 3–4 people and has everything you may need for a short or long stay. It’s a great location for those who want to escape the busy atmosphere of Ksamil while still staying close to it (there is a bus that goes to Ksamil, Sarandë, and Butrint). There are also beautiful beaches nearby (I’d say the most beautiful ones in that area). I hope to be back!

Location away from town. Great vistas. Didn’t have water one morning, but the place has back up water, so fixed quickly. Design of having to walk through one bedroom to get to other, great for kids, not so adults

Apartment was clean and Toni was helpful and friendly It needed better curtains, they let a lot of light in so woke us up at 6am. It also needed some washing up liquid and a tea towel for washing and drying plates and glasses etc

La mida de l’apartament per 5 està molt està molt bé, el wc gran i pràctic, està molt nou. Parquing dins la finca, terrassa privada per esmorçar tranquil.lament. Aprop una platjeta cuqui i pública. L’anfitrió ens va atendre, va ser molt agradable, sens dubte ho recomanarem. La cuina és limitada, un sol fogonet elèctric.

• Destrebecq (9/5): Nous avons beaucoup apprécié - Nous avons apprécié le logement entre mer et lac, avec une vue à 360° sur le toit ( attention pas de rambarde pour les enfants). La plage est vraiment tout près, en bas ( ne pas hésiter à laisser la voiture dans la cour et y aller à pied). Un plus, un robinet spécial avec filtres pour l'eau potable. Une lessiveuse est à disposition. Le logement est au carrefour des routes vers deux plages, ce qui occasionne en journée des bruits de moteur et de klaxons. Pour ceux qui veulent cuisiner, il n'y a qu'une seule plaque de cuisson et très peu d'ustensiles.

Той сам предложи, ако искаме да не се настаняваме, а да си намерим друга вила, като каза, че няма да ни таксува. След като напуснахме вилата, той е написал, че не сме се явили на мястото. • Ilona (10/5): Naszym zdaniem jest to jedno z najlepszych miejsc do spędzenia czasu w Albanii. - Właściciele byli sympatyczni i pomocni. Obiekt był bardzo czysty, niczego nie brakowało, zapewniał prywatność. W sąsiedztwie villi znajdują się jedne z najpiękniejszych plaż w Albanii. Dodatkowo widok rozpościerający się na jezioro szczególnie umilał nam wieczory.

• Barbara (10/5): Casa vacanze ideale: tranquillità e relax - Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza molto piacevole in questa casa indipendente, situata in una zona tranquilla e lontana dal traffico e dal caos del centro di Ksamil. Vista meravigliosa sul lago e le montagne di fronte. Per una famiglia con bambini è l’ideale: niente rumori molesti e tanto spazio per rilassarsi o per far giocare i bambini nel giardino. È bene sapere che serve l’auto per spostarsi facilmente (spiagge private, supermercati, ristoranti…), ma questo garantisce anche più pace e privacy. Comunque ci sono due ristoranti in zona e, soprattutto, a circa 15 minuti a piedi c’è una bella spiaggia (con una zona pubblica, molto rara a Ksamil!!): bisogna scendere verso la costa, quindi il ritorno è in salita, ma in compenso si evita lo stress del traffico e della ricerca di parcheggio. Il grande giardino è perfetto per godersi la colazione o la cena all’aperto, e all’interno non manca nulla: aria condizionata, Wi-Fi, lavatrice, frigo con freezer, smart TV + parcheggio comodissimo proprio davanti al cancellone. Infine, una menzione speciale per Toni, il proprietario: una persona adorabile, con un cuore d'oro, sempre disponibile e pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi esigenza. Grazie a lui ci siamo sentiti accolti e a casa fin dal primo giorno. Consigliatissimo!

Si trova in una posizione ben ventilata, a pochi km da Ksamil e Saranda. Pur essendo lontana dalla strada principale passano molte auto. È una zona un po’ rumorosa.

Machine à laver est disponible. La deuxième chambre n'avait pas la climatisation et la porte n'était pas fermée jusqu a plafond. La salle de bain est petite. Manque des grandes assiettes et une planche pour découper.

Noi eravamo con due bimbi piccoli e automuniti. Ci siamo spostati facilmente. La casa è pulita, dotata di aria condizionata. Il padrone di casa gentilissimo, soddisfa ogni richiesta ( nel limite del possibile naturalmente) Sul tetto della casa c'è un terrazzino dalla vista magnifica, con delle panchine da cui godere del fresco della sera che noi non abbiamo potuto sfruttare perché il parapetto è troppo basso e pericoloso per i bambini.

• Matthias (10/5): - wunderschön gelegen etwas vor Ksamil auf einer Anhöhe. Tolle Dachterrasse mit perfektem Rundumblick aufs Meer (und den See). Zu Fuss ist ein schöner kleiner Strand in 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen. 3 Restaurants sind auch fußläufig in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr netter und herzlicher Gastgeber!

Les hôtes sont accueillants. Le jardin et la terrasse magnifiques. Séjour authentique proche de l’habitant. Intérieur neuf. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Peu de matériel en cuisine. Maison qui ressemble à un petit bungalow sommaire. Odeur dans la salle de bain le matin, style canalisations de camping. Drap un peu étroit pour le lit double mais c’est un détail.

• Lennart (9/5): Geweldig! - De accommodatie was keurig onderhouden, de locatie is top en bovenal is de eigenaar heel aardig, behulpzaam en goed bereikbaar.

• Dragan (8/5): - The hosts are amazing people, communication with them was excellent. Our apartment was spacious, clean and very well equipped, including washing machine which was a great feature for us (family with three kids). Free parking is available inside the yard, and the area is on the hill, away from the main road so it is very, very quiet - we slept like babies (the beds are comfortable, as well). There is no shower cabin, or curtain of any kind. When you take shower, you splash the entire bathroom, which is not a big issue, but certainly strange. Also, the road leading to the apartment is very narrow, so passing several cars going in the opposite direction may be challenging. The location of the apartment is OK, however keep in mind that the nearest grocery store is 5km away, and going to and back from Ksamil (town) can take full hour of your time in August, during the peak of the season. So, buy whatever you may need before arrival to the apartment.

• Maarten (1/5): Geen aanrader - We zijn vertrokken Foto kwamen niet overeen met wat we aantroffen op locatie. De villa zou 2 slaapkamers hebben maar dat was niet zo. Grote bed stond in de woonkamer en had geen afsluitbare deur. De dekens waren muf en vochtig alsof ze vanuit de wasmachine zo in de kast waren gelegd. Ondanks dat we er niet geslapen hebben moesten we toch voor 1 nacht betalen.
