• Merja (8/5): - Sijainti oli erinomainen. Asunnot olivat uudet ja siistit. Viesteihin reagoitiin ripeästi. Hinta-laatusuhde oli hyvä. Keittiötarvikkeita oli tarpeeksi.Vuoteet olivat erinomaiset. Esittelyssä ei käynyt ilmi että huoneisto muodostui kahdesta huoneesta, jossa toisessa huoneessa oli keittiö ja wc sekä kaksi sänkyä. Sinne mentiin toisen makuuhuoneen läpi. Välissä oleva ovi ei mennyt kiinni. Wc:ssä oleva lavuaari oli puutteellisesti kiinnitetty ja heilui. Pelkäsimme että se kaatuu jossain vaiheessa.

• Oleksandra (10/5): Чисто і комфортно. Дуже приємна господиня👌🏻 - Хороші апартаменти. Достатньо місця, близько до пляжів, але не настільки гучно як на береговій лінії. Поруч із віллою є супермаркет і купа закладів харчування на будь-який смак і бюджет.Маленька затишна і повністю облаштована кухня на якій було просто все для готування. Дуже приємна і щира власниця. Чисто, підходить для тривалого перебування. Територія закрита, є пральна машинка, що є великим плюсом. Біля кожного номеру є своя сушарка для одягу. Біля номеру є своя власна тераса де ввечері зручно проводити час. На території ще є бесідка де можна зібратись посидіти компанією. Раджу цю віллу для відпочинку і наступного разу як приїду обовʼязково орендую ще раз 🫶🏻 Мінусів перебування не виявлено

• Simonpaolo (10/5): - Casa piccolina ma organizzata in maniera impeccabile.La casa si trova in una zona strategica al centro di tutto, dove in 1 minuto c'è la movida di ksamil ma posizionata in una traversa dove godere della tranquillità. La casa pulitissima, i padroni di casa ci hanno fatto trovare acqua nel frigo e una bottiglia di vino di benvenuto.Se dovessimo tornare nuovamente a ksamil non cercherei nulla di diverso. Nulla.tutto perfetto

Là location à été très dure à trouvé même le taxi nous a laissé proche mais nous avons dû demander à plusieurs personnes qui ne connaissait pas heureusement un monsieur d un hôtel voisin à téléphoné pour que la dame vienne nous chercher Pour info la location est juste dans la petite rue ou se trouve le resto traditionnel typique albanais il y a aussi une super marché qui fait l angle la location est au fond de cette petite rue
• Monica (10/5): - Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés mindenhez közel a parthoz, az éttermekhez, bolthoz. A házigazdának külön egy nagy nagy 10 pont mindenben segit, kedves, mindent megmutat utba igazit. A szóba elég nagy, egyik egy dupla ágy másikba 2 szimpla, konyhába van minden egyedül a mikrot hiányoltam. Külön kérésre minden illat mentes volt allergiás vagyok az édes illatokra. Voltak hangyák pedig befujta őket mielőtt jöttünk de jövöre viszek én hazai hangyairtót. Amugy ez nem az ő hibája hangyák vannak.

We met Nicolaos, the owner and host, who was super friendly and helpful. Free parking was a big plus. We’d definitely come again!

Objekat je lociran u samom centru Ksamila i blizu plaze. Vase je samo da odredite da li cete krenuti do plaze kroz kapiju levo ili desno. Kao sto je i navedeno najbliza plaza se nalazi samo 250.metara od apartmana. Dvoriste sa prelepim cvecem i.parking mestima za svaki apartman odmah ispred ! Sa ljubaznim domacinima je komunikacija veoma laka, Apartman je VEOMA CIST I SA UDOBNIM NOVIM LEZAJEVIMA ! Jos nesto moram reci ! BILO JE KRATKO ALI VEOMA SLATKO ! MALO VREMENA CE PROCI I MI CEMO PONOVO DOCI ! Boki i Oki, Roki i Zoki Za ovaj objekat prostor za opisivanje necega sto vam se nedopada NETREBA DA POSTOJI a treba dodati opciju za ocenu vecu od 10. !

• Alexander (9/5): - Es ist sehr zentral in Ksamil. Es ist sehr gepflegt. und gut gelegen, allerdings war es leider recht laut durch die Lage an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Zudem war es im Inneren eher dunkel – besonders die Küche, deren Fenster direkt auf eine nur etwa 15 cm entfernte Mauer zeigt. Dadurch benötigt man auch tagsüber künstliches Licht. Badezimmer sehr klein.

L'appartamento è pulito, moderno e completamente ristrutturato: infissi nuovi, zanzariere, asciugamani freschi di bucato e un asciugacapelli perfettamente funzionante. Gli arredi sono nuovi e ben curati, in stile contemporaneo. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: in soli 5 minuti a piedi si raggiungono le spiagge e le due vie principali di Ksamil, che la sera si animano con musica, locali e un’atmosfera festosa. Il monolocale è climatizzato, cosa molto gradita nelle giornate più calde, e il proprietario è stato estremamente disponibile, attento e sempre pronto a rispondere a ogni nostra esigenza. Consigliatissimo! Se torneremo a Ksamil, non avremo dubbi: sceglieremo di nuovo questo monolocale. 🇬🇧 Review in English: We stayed in this 30 sqm studio apartment as a family of three (two adults and an 8-year-old child) and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, modern, and fully renovated: new windows with mosquito nets, fresh towels, and a working hairdryer. The furnishings were stylish and brand new. The location was absolutely ideal: just a 5-minute walk to both the beaches and the two main streets of Ksamil, which turn into a lively and festive area in the evenings with music and lots of local venues. The studio had air conditioning, which was a big plus during the warmer days, and the owner was incredibly kind, attentive, and always available for anything we needed. Highly recommended! If we ever return to Ksamil, we will definitely stay in the same apartment again. 🇮🇹 Recensione in Italiano: L’unico piccolo aspetto migliorabile è il bagno, un po’ piccolo, con la doccia molto vicina al water, ma comunque funzionale e pulito. 🇬🇧 Review in English: The only small downside was the bathroom, which is a bit compact, with the shower quite close to the toilet — but still clean and functional.

Very clean inside and outside, full and very good equipped kitchen, good size terrace (our room was a corner room) where you can sit outside and relax. Shower didn’t have a door or curtains so water goes everywhere but easy fix, bathroom is small so we dried it fast with a towel

• Youssef (9/5): Un établissement très propre avec des hôtes très accueillants dans un environnement malheureusement trop bruyant. - La mosquée est à 5 min environ. L’hôte était très gentille, de même que son enfant qui gère la communication en anglais. Me diriez-vous comme la plupart des albanais qui sont très accueillants. Il y a suffisamment de place pour garer sa voiture dans la villa. La plage est à même pas 5min également . Malheureusement toutes les plages de ksamil sont privées (elles sont reparties en petites parcelles avec chacune des proprios, lorsqu’il y a du monde ça ne m’étonnerait pas que vous soyez entassé ) L’établissement est bien placé mais malheureusement il y a des bars à proximité qui font énormément de bruit, vous les entendez une bonne partie de la nuit. Ce qui va suivre n’est pas propre à l’établissement mais on le poste ici afin que vous puissiez avoir la totalité des informations. Ksamil semble avoir été touchée « négativement » par le tourisme. Toutes les plages sont privées, construction sur construction, trop bruyant. Pour ceux qui ne sont pas « des fêtards » passez votre chemin c’est mieux. L’albanie doit avoir des régions qui sont restées « naturelles ».

• Pokšajová (10/5): - The apartment is very nicely and modernly furnished with everything you need for your stay. It is located in the center of Ksamil, where you will find not only restaurants, but also shops, and all the beaches are a few steps away. The owner is absolutely wonderful, she advised us where to go, what to see and most importantly how to enjoy a few days in Albania. I definitely recommend it, when there is an opportunity, we will be happy to come back here 🙂 Everything was perfect :)
