• Marlous (10/5): Met de hele familie genieten in en van Malaga - Het huis is heerlijk ruim, gezellig en met allemaal gezellige plekjes waar je met meer mensen kan zitten. Alles is op loopafstand, al is t wel een klimmetje…ideaal Dat t altijd te snel voorbij is zo’n vakantie, maar daar kon t huis niks aan doen
• Amal (10/5): Excellent villa - Excellent location, right near beach and local supermarket. Beautiful house with an amazing swimming pool that our family loved. Lovely host who gave us great recommendations to eat out. No car needed as bus stop nearby which takes you into the centre Nothing! We cook a lot so perhaps more big serving dishes but it was a perfect stay!
• Erik (10/5): - The pictures don't lie, it's very well equipped and comfortable. Moises is very service minded, and provides above and beyond, he is constantly on top of the maintenance of the house, it's beautiful. And it's got a nice glimpse of the sea. I warmly recommend you reader to stay here. It's close to the beaches lining the coast with many restaurants, homemade ice-cream, good coffee and a grocery store close by, just down the road. The fridge downstairs is a bit noisy, but it can be turned off :) comfy to have it!
• Justinas Priedytis (6/5): Nice and well equipped villa, but issues with ants and an unpleasant sewer smell affected the stay - Nice villa, good location. Nice villa with good potential, but unfortunately our stay was affected by many ants in the kitchen and an unpleasant canalization/sewer smell in the bedroom and living areas. For the price, cleanliness and comfort should be improved.

• Sigridur (10/5): A wonderfull stay for a family of twelve. - Everything was excellent and served our needs; a family of 12, grand chidren, children and grandparents. The house is fabulous and clean, with everything you could possibly need. Moisès, the owner, did everything to make the stay enjoyable and something to remember. His information given beforehand was also a great asset. The house itself, the outside area, with pool and barbeque facilities, everything suited our needs perfectly. Can definitely recommend a stay in these wonderfull settings and the beach only a few steps away. Everything was according to our needs.

• Lars (8/5): Was echt een prachtige vakantie!!! - Het lag dicht bij het strand, en de villa was van binnen heel mooi en had all faciliteiten. Het zwembad was mooi en we konden als een groep gezellig met ze alle bij het zwembad zitten. Daarnaast was de host Moises top, hij stuurde veel tips door en konden altijd bij hem terecht.

• Julie (10/5): Exceptional - We loved the Villa and its layout.So clean and beautifully decorated and designed. As a family of 11 people ranging from twins aged 6 months to grandparents in their 60s there was space and privacy for all. Just perfect! Our host Moises was helpful and informative and on hand whenever needed. The pool area was just perfect for family fun and sun. Close to supermarket, shops, restaurants and the beach and only a short bus ride away into the Old Town of Malaga. We had a fabulous family holiday which we will definitely repeated. So glad we chose this villa and so delighted to have had such a generous host. We will be back! Transport from the airport couldn't find the address. A bit of a hassle with 3 children under 2 years old but we got there in the end thanks to Moises!
• Peter (9/5): The property and location was great for our group of 10. - We loved the location. It was right near Pedregalejo -close to the beach and great restaurants. It was really handy to a supermarket and public transport. It worked well for our group of 10 - a great pool area , plenty of bathrooms and space. Moises was a great host - very communicative and readily gave information and tips about the area. There were a couple of minor leaks that Moises is attending to but they didn’t affect our stay.

• Martha (10/5): Perfecto! - Beautiful, spacious villa, located in an ideal spot close to the beach and restaurants. Just a short taxi ride or bus into Malaga centre, which is well worth a visit. Moises, the host, is extremely helpful. We couldn’t have wished for more all round. Nothing!
• Jawahr (10/5): Outstanding house with a wonderful host. - The host met us and welcome us. Shows us around and explain everything in details. Pillar’s decorated the house for my daughter’s 12th birthday, which is very thoughtful. She answered our questions and sent us a lot of tips and suggestions on where to eat dinner and where to go. My children love the swimming pool and spent a long time there. The beds were comfortable and the house furniture is beautiful. The house was extremely clean, and smells very nice. The kitchen has all the items you need to cook and eat. There was a coffee machine similar to the barista one, but easy to use, which was great for someone who loves coffee. The beach was 5 minutes walking from the house. The bus stop is a few minutes walking from the house that takes you to the historical area. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely come back again. Everything was extremely nice.

• Frank (10/5): Lovely vacation isa beautiful house with large family. - Wonderfull and well maintained house with great attention to details on a mountainside. It is well sheltered from the wind and it has a sunny garden. We were with a family of nine. We really enjoyed this beautiful house, the lovely garden with swimming pool, the beach and all the great food in the area. The host Moises is very attentive and helpfull. He even got my disabled father a wheelchair so he could join us strolling down the boulevard. This would not have been possible without a wheelchair so we are really thankful and grateful. Pool is very clean with salt walter and the kitchen and outdoor kitchen were lovely. We really loved it here. Nothing.We loved everything.
• Sylke (1/5): Bad - Attention! Noisy building site and no rest possible. Unfortunately, the house and the care did not live up to the previous good reviews and we had a ruined vacation. The construction site right next door made it impossible for us to stay in the house from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5.30 pm. The noise from jackhammers, circular saws and clanking metal rods from right next door really got us out of bed in the morning. The building site has certainly been there for several months and unfortunately we were not informed before our arrival, on the contrary, we were charged €350 for the pool heating on arrival for a pool that we couldn't use at all during the day because of the building site. In addition to the noise, it was very unpleasant for our daughters in particular that the construction workers could see almost the entire property from above, making it impossible to use the sun loungers and pool due to the noise and lack of privacy. All attempts to find a fair solution with the landlord failed. We feel cheated as the landlord knowingly rented this house to us despite the building site. We have few vacations a year, have paid a lot of money for flights and needed to relax. We did not find this here, on the contrary, we flew home very annoyed, stressed and not relaxed. This house is currently NOT recommended, we feel cheated.
• Susan (10/5): We had a great stay! - The property was beautiful and well-maintained. Moises was available whenever we needed him, and helpful in answering any questions we had before, during and after.
• Renáta (10/5): Exceptional - The location was excellent. If You do not plan to have trips outside of Malaga then you do not need a car. Everything is walking distance. Lots of excellent restaurants in the neighborhood. The house itself is very clean and very nicely furnished. We were two families and we all had our private space. In addition you have the big dining room which is nice if you like to have some nice evening together. We asked for pool heating which was a very good idea as the sea temperature was not as high at the end of October, beginning of November. Moises, the host is very welcoming and friendly. Very easy to communicate with and he is very helpful if you have any questions. If we go back to Malaga we will definitely stay at the apartment of Moises. Nothing
• Laraine (10/5): Just fabulous - Wonderful location near beach,restaurants, bars and supermarket. Short bus ride into Malaga center. Bus stop closeby {cost 1.4 euros one way} The owner made himself available if we needed anything. He left left plenty of toilet rolls, coffee, tea, dishwasher tablets and explained how everything worked. It has a filter water supply in the kitchen so we did not need to buy water. It had a small drinks fridge stocked with water,beer, soft drinks all for our use. There is an outside kitchen with barbecue and gas hob,sink and worktop. You can have the pools heated at a cost of 35 Euros per day. We did because it was october and well worth paying the money. There is off road parking if you use a car. The 3 double bedrooms all had en suite facilities. The 2 single bedrooms shared a bathroom. There were an additional 3 toilets. The 2 single bedrooms had been redecorated since the photographs on the website were taken. Neighbours had dogs which barked but not continually. There were a lot of mosquitos which we think was caused by a small gold fish pond at the back of the property. Only 1 en suite had a door, the other 2 opened directly into the bedroom. One of the double bedrooms is separate from the main house near the pool but that was not a problem for us. We had 2 children with our party who stayed in the main house.
• Michael (9/5): Everyone in our party enjoyed our stay very much! - It is a very nice villa with all the conveniences one would expect. Very clean, plenty of room for everyone, kitchen stocked very well with tableware and cooking equipment. Nice sunny saltwater pool and outdoor areas with plenty of seating and large table, gas grill. Sea view from the balcony. Privacy and security also good. Bus stop nearby, grocery store about 100 meters away, beach about 200 meters away with promenade, bars, restaurants. Everyone in our party enjoyed our stay very much! Nothing worth mentioning.

• Alan (10/5): Exceptional - Moises the owner was wonderful, really attentive and went out of his way to be helpful 10/10, great location, great access to beach and restaurants and super easy to get into town centre. Finally, the Villa had lots of the essentials (bin bags / toilet paper / coffee / dishwasher tablets etc) so did not need to worry about any of that which was really thoughtful. Nothing with the Villa, one of the neighbours had a dog that liked to bark at times but it settled down at night I guess when the owners come home
• Jan (9/5): Comfortable, beautiful house - Beautiful house with all mod-cons. Spacious, well decorated with a very well equipped kitchen and a BBQ outside near the pool. It was so easy to make meals, that we stayed in most nights and enjoyed cooking ourselves. There were 3 large double rooms, each with its own shower rooms. Also 2 single rooms with a separate shower room. Powerful showers with plenty of hot water. There was lots of seating around the pool and a table to eat around in slightly warmer evenings. We enjoyed using the pool, a little chilly but no problem. You can pay for a heater but we didn't. The owner was very helpful and friendly and explained everything we needed to know, including recommendations for restaurants. The house is close to the seafront with lots of bars, restaurants and a Carrefour. All in all, a relaxing and luxurious place to stay. Not much, lots of dogs barking around the area at night. Aircon helped to keep out the noise. Bring bug spray, there were some biters around the pool.

• Mariella (9/5): Very relaxed - The size of the house is very good. All 4 of us could hang out somewhere. We all had our own good sized rooms. Our teenager had the downstairs area all for herself, bedroom, bathroom, tv area etc. The kitchen was very good and all was there. We bbqed a few evenings weil hanging out at the pool side. Next time we come with friends as there is enough space for 2 families of 4. All was very good, the only down size I can think of where the mosquitos 😖 but thats nature.
