• Mark (10/5): I could live here! Apartment was very comfortable. - The apartment was absolutely perfect and better than we expected. Every detail, every thing that was available… Top notch! Very well stocked. Top of the line appliances. Great showers. And Mari was truly amazing with communication and hospitality. She responded almost immediately and helped arrange porters for our luggage…well worth it and highly recommended…as well as transportation. Rooftop was a bonus. It was fine for us but if someone has mobility challenges probably not a good choice. A lot of stairs. If no challenges, not an issue.

• Stuart (10/5): The best place we could have chosen - classy and perfectly located - with the best host we could have wished for. - This was the best place we could have chosen for our family stay in Dubrovnik Old Town. The property was perfect with every need anticipated and catered for. Even beach/swimming towels had been provided. Everything was of the highest quality and cleanliness standards. The rooftop terrace was a delight and quite unique to this property. It was very close to the city walls and you felt nestled in the Old Towns charm and history. The final mention goes our host Marijana. From the point of my booking, to arranging transfers, greeting and guiding to the property and check-ins to make sure everything was okay - the care and service was second-to-none. The best we have ever experienced; and made sure our holiday was great. Thank you. Everything was brilliant. There was nothing to dislike.

Incredible position in the Old Town, next to the wall and marina with views of these from the top patio. It did not bother my family, but if you are older and have a problem with walking up stairs, or have young infants, there are three stories plus the rooftop terrace, which was perfect, but all have stairs between every floor.

• Karen (10/5): A true gem - roof top terrace & Exceptional Concierge - Rarely have I found a place with such consistently exceptional reviews: it’s all true. Being able to be in the old town after the tourist masses leave is an extraordinary experience. This property is literally a 5 min walk from everything and still tucked away so it’s quiet and tranquil at night. The best gelato in town at Gianni’s is around the corner and there is a great coffee place downstairs. The terrace is a real luxury. Kitchen is exquisite, has everything you need and more( including a variety of tea, espresso capsules, spices and honey) , the air conditioning works very well, beds are comfortable and showers excellent . The magic of the place is Mare who helped us with all birthday celebration needs and bookings . Thank you Mare. A true gem. -

Mare was there to greet us and show us around the apartment, which was extremely clean and well appointed. The spotless apartment was very tastefully decorated and we felt right at home during our stay. Mare also gave some excellent recommendations for eating out and the choice for our wedding anniversary meal was perfect. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

The property was incredible, it was so well appointed, the host had thought of everything a group (or family) could need while travelling. It felt like a welcoming home (not a rental property). I would highly recommend this and would stay here again in a heart beat.
• Mary (10/5): IDEAL location and host - PERFECT location for exploring the Old City, and relaxing after walking all day. The host was more of a concierge! Marijana met us personally when we arrived, ensured all our questions were answered and stayed available throughout our time in Dubrovnik. She organized tours and transport, even offered to check with a local gallery owner to confirm details regarding shipping a painting we purchased. Marijana and Dario were definitely a highlight. The apartment was perfect for us, we appreciated the washer and dryer as this was the second week of our trip. Kitchen has thoughtful extras like nespresso pods and extra dishwasher tabs. The rooftop terrace was truly exceptional, we enjoyed morning coffee and evening happy hour there, sunsets were spectacular. It wasn't clear in the description that there are three sets of rather steep stairs in this property, to access all the wonderful amenities. For us this was not an issue but people with mobility or knee issues would do well to be informed.

It is furnished and equipped to an extremely high standard ( SMEG appliances, bathrobes, Rituals toiletries ) like an upmarket hotel. The location is perfect and the view from the rooftop terrace is incredible. It is in a very quiet yet central location and there is no noise at night. Lots of local places to eat and drink, a real oasis in the heart of the Old City. It is spotlessly clean and the communication with the agent was outstanding. Transfers to and from the airport and a porter to drag your luggage across the old city can be arranged and are highly recommended for stress free travel. Would have been nice to have some written information in the apartment about recommended restaurants and cafes.

A lovely, comfortable well equipped apartment in great location. Our host gave us lots of useful tips for places to eat and answered all our questions quickly. All in all it was a great experience. Just a couple of things such as some bottled water might have been helpful, although there was lots of other things provided so I'm searching for something to add here!

After settling us in to our home away from home she personally escorted us to a lovely restaurant for lunch, which we returned to several times during our stay. The home is immaculate, has everything you need and the roof top terrace is a real treat! Cannot recommend more highly!

Beautifully appointed, comfortable beds, fantastic shower, perfect & quiet location and the roof terrace WOW!! Breakfast and evening drinks with a harbour view. Our host Marijana was brilliant and made such a positive difference to our holiday. Communication was so easy and prompt. She went out of her way to help us with transfers, information & recommendations. This continued for the second part of our holiday when we had moved on. Thankyou Nope nothing.

• John (10/5): Fabulous stay in the Old Town. - The villa is a lovely property ideally located in the Old Town (close to the action but far enough away not to be disturbed). The roof terrace is a bonus but overall the villa has fabulous facilities. Our host also booked transfers to and from the airport, and a boat trip which was a highlight. Being in the Old Town adds to the experience as you can get to see it without the crowds - early morning. Nothing I could fault with the villa.

• Mary (10/5): Beautiful villa, comfortable and relaxing!! - Mare met us to get us in and show us the property and answer any questions. Door code was great as no keys to keep track of. Beautiful villa, exceptionally clean and comfortable, large bedrooms and bathrooms and a fantastic rooftop deck which we used daily. Kitchen set up was better than my own home. Loved being so close to the local sights while also having the quiet escape to the busier part of old town.
• Neil (10/5): Wow - What an amazing home in old town. We were met by Mare, our host, when we got out of the taxi, she led us to the house and was so friendly and accommodating. As soon as you enter, you can tell the house has had no expense spared, on the ground floor is the first bedroom with en-suite, both beautifully decorated and equipped with anything you may have forgotten to pack (including toothbrush and hair straighteners). The stairs lead you up to the next bedroom with a bathroom across the hall, again really well decorated and classy. Next level up is the shared living area with dining table, comfortable chairs and a very well equipped kitchen. There are games and books as well as local guides. On again to the roof terrace and there aren't enough words to describe what a bonus this is. You can see the walls of old town and it's an absolute sun trap. I really cannot fault anything about the property, or Mare as she kept in touch during our stay making sure we had what we needed and offering recommendations. If you're going to Dubrovnik, do yourself a favour and choose Mare's apartment. Nothing to dislike at all.

We really felt as though we were staying in the best villa in the old town. Sitting enjoying the sun and escaping the bustling old town on the private terrace was extra special. The villa is decorated to a really high standard and feels really luxurious, everything was very clean with quality bedding and a very well equipped kitchen including a coffee machine. Daniella was so helpful with advice and tips on places to visit and things to do, and she was always on hand whenever we needed her. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Dubrovnik.

• Thomas (10/5): Amazing stay- would not change a thing - This was honestly one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. the location is amazing with immediate access to the wall out of the door, easy access to food and 5 minutes to walk to Ploce Gate. the unit is newly renovated and even had washer and dryer. The rooftop terrace lends a view of the harbor and the wall and is a great place to hangout- we found ourselves relaxing on the terrace often as the view was honestly better than most bars/restaurants. i would definitely book this unit again in the future. not a con but more a note- the top floor stairs onto and the rooftop terrace itself can be a little dangerous for kids if they like to climb- we had a 3.5 yo and she was fine we just told her not to climb anything.
