• AN TING (9/5): 地點不錯，交通方便，住宿整體環境及設備都很棒 - 整體環境清潔乾淨，該有的設備都有 沒有特別不滿意的地方，倒是床頭插座設在床板上的小凹槽裡，空間小了一點，我的充電器尺寸稍微大一點就沒辦法順利使用，一般標準小型的充電頭沒有問題

• Snowball (9/5): Amazing location with lots of space - Great location, close to everything, lots of space and two bathrooms. Very helpful and accessible staff. The washing machine was very noisy making washing at night challenging

• Morua (8/5): - Location was good and the place was clean It has no seating area besides a Japanese style table. That was very uncomfortable for persons who are not use to sitting that way and also inconvenient for older adults. We did not enjoy our time while in the house because of this issue. Need some western style couches

• Antoine (9/5): Bon point de chute pour visiter Tokyo - Ce logement est en fait une maison entière ! Il est en tous points parfait pour 3 ou 4. Le seul petit point négatif malgré sa position centrale permettant d’aller n’importe où dans Tokyo facilement et sa situation dans une rue au calme, il faut marcher entre 10 et 15 minutes minimum suivant le métro que l’on doit prendre.

• Kaylen (10/5): A comfortable home for 4-5 adults to stay in a really interesting area with lots to do nearby. - It was spacious, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable too, and it was so great having two bathrooms. The location was awesome, on a quiet street but close to Kabukicho which was so fun. Right by a 7-Eleven which was convenient!

• Tatiana (9/5): great location and can store luggage after check out - You have the entire home, first and second floor. Have a lot of space for five people perfect. Great location, 15 minutes to main station. Bed frame springy and feels old, only con. but so tired at night so slept fine!

• Daniel (6/5): Average stay experience - Not bad location About 7 mins walk to the east Shinjuku subway.15 mins walk to Shinjuku. 2 storage apartment good for a small family. The noise from the outside can be heard very clearly. Cars passing and people who talked loudly and walked by in the midnight. Beds are cheap, they are not comfortable at all.

• Jenny (8/5): 2-story apt in shijuku - Good first for our family with 2 grown up children. Good location for most needs. The mattress in the larger bedrooms are not comfortable. They make squeaky noise when you roll over.
• Sheyenne (10/5): Exceptional - Big villa, 2 storeys. The beds were big and comfortable, and there was a basin and a toilet on both storeys. There's a kitchen and shower, as well as a washing machine on the 1st floor. Detergent was provided, and there were sufficient pots and pans for cooking too! There's a "7/11", "Familymart" and 24h supermarket nearby for you to buy your ingredients from. There's also a toaster, microwave and hot water flask. Overall very nice place to stay in Shinjuku. There's a bar like 2 blocks away and it can be a little noisy at night, considering the very quiet neighbourhood.
• Niki (10/5): Very please with our stay. Will come back again. - Location! Location! Great quiet neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable beds. Need English instructions for washer. Need a bath mat. We end up buying one from Daiso.
• Farzan (10/5): Perfect stay - Very spacious and great for 5 people. Easy walking distance to attractions and metro. Best place we stayed in all of Japan.
• Kalim (5/5): Passable - The location. We liked the three bedrooms. The downstairs sitting area smelled bad. Like dirty feet. At check in the ac was off and one of them did not work. It took 45 minutes to cool down the place. When we got there it had to be 90 degrees inside. And there were no instructions on how to work the AC or water heater or washing machine.
• Ding (10/5): Excellent, kids like it. - A 2-story house makes it really convenient for a family. People who woke up can go downstairs to eat and watch TV and work on their computers. The other people can sleep upstairs in the 2 bedrooms without being disturbed. Kids loved the 7-11 store right at the corner. It was a little confusing. The taxi driver couldn't find the exact location. Good thing the host picked up the phone after a few tries. We got to get to the reception desk across the street. If it has more closets it would be perfect.
• Andrew (7/5): Great location as an introduction to Tokyo. Self catering & great to wash & dry our clothes. - Self catering. Washing machine & dryer. 2 toilets. Easy walk to Shinjuku station. Reasonably quiet street. Lots of eateries & shops within walking distance.
