Good location for a large family with station nearby We struggled a bit with getting the heating on in each room but sorted eventually. Good kitchen dining space.

• Sonia (9/5): Was a great stay, had to walk a bit to get to the main area of Shinjuku but wasn’t a big deal. - The rooms were of Decent size, it had x2 toilets/bathrooms, the actual apartment itself is tiny (expected in Japan though). Good exercise but.. stairs!!

• Jeanne (8/5): Nice location in Shinjuku with parking - Villa has a parking lot right at the entrance, very convenient. There are 2 separate WC and 2 separate shower rooms so great for us with 5 travelling together. Villa is generally very clean and convenient. Noisy next door as there is a business and they start early at 7am so sounds of racks clanking and glass bottles knocking each other with trucks in and out right at the other side of the wall makes it difficult to sleep in past 7am. The sink in the toilets only has cold water and it is too cold to wash up and we have to wash up in the morning at the kitchen sink.

• Andy (9/5): - Location was great, clean and modern. Unfortunately the owner forgot to email us the key 🔑 ID to enter the premises, it was only luck that a neighbour saw us stranded at the door and rang the owner for the key ID.
• MIHO (10/5): ファミリーやお友達数人に最高です - とても広く、のびのび出来た事。 お風呂も広く浴室乾燥も有ったので洗濯させて貰い乾燥も使わせて頂きました。 シャワー室も有ったのでシャワーが好きな人はシャワーを使い、お風呂が好きな人はお風呂に入り入浴が混む事もなくて良かったです。 兎に角感激です。 一人床にお布団を敷いて寝ました。 腰が痛かったようなのでもう少し厚めの敷き布団が良かったかな。

• Cristina Isabel (10/5): 100% recommended for groups of 4+ people - The House was super spacious (not common in Tokyo), with 2 full bathrooms, and had absolutely everything we needed (all kitchen appliances, toiletries, hair dryer, even a washing machine). Shinjuku was a lively neighbourhood, there’s convenience stores 5 min walking (7eleven, FamilyMart) and bus and subway stations also 5-10 min walk. Asami was very responsive at all times and always kind and helpful. I recommend this place 100% for groups over 4 people. There was a bit of noise from the street early in the morning, but was only heard from the room in the bottom floor. Other than that, the place was perfect!

• Chandrani (9/5): Great location and very comfortable stay in Tokyo - Great location, check in was smooth. Communication was great, host kindly allowed us to store our luggage earlier. Lovely clean home with all the amenities included. Accommodated our family of 8 comfortably. Two bathrooms and two toilets are rare in Tokyo so this was definitely a key deciding factor for us. The WiFi doesn't work on the ground floor

• Monica (8/5): Very good - Location is very good. Short walk to train station. Townhouses are very clean. The hand rails at the stairways are very thoughtful and handy for elderly going up and down. Nice and quiet area and good for groups travelling together. We had 13people and stayed in 2 villas. One of the villa, bathroom sink only has cold water. This makes it very cold to wash up in the mornings and this was only autumn when we were there. We end up using the kitchen sink.

• Coffee (8/5): suitable for group travellers - Most of the rooms are clean. There are 2 bathrooms that is suitable for group travellers. There are stains on the bedsheet of one of the room. Other rooms are clean though.
