• Samantha (8/5): The location was a great escape giving us a place to decompress after busy days running around Tokyo. - Loved the location. The cedar steps up to the door smelled fantastic. The apartment could use a little refresh on inside but was definitely clean, comfortable and had most of what we needed.

• Holger (9/5): Superb - - perfectly located at a relatively quiet spot right next to the centre of shibuya (5-10 min walk) and the Yoyogi-park. Near multiple train and bus stations (and the public transportation in Tokyo is close to perfect). - many affordable restaurants with very good food in close proximity. - enough space in the apartment for 4 people. - large shower cabin with good water pressure. - washing machine and dryer. - could have been slightly more clean, but it was ok. - The patio is nice but needs more care to make it a more pleasant place.
• Lea (8/5): Very good - The location was extraordinary! 10min walk from shibuya station, 5 min walk into the heart of shibuya and it feels like you're not even in the city anymore once you enter the building! Very nice communication via booking.com You have to be lucky with your neighbors, since its 2 rented buildings next to each other. Our neighbors were very noisy at night. It was also not cleaned very thuroughly. There were stains in the drip tray of the kitchen, a lot of dust, especially in the corners of the rooms and on the floor strips. Also the drier was dirty and the lint tray wasn't cleaned, even though it says "clean before and after each use".

• Natasha (3/5): Poor - Location. Washing machine. So dirty!! Also, we were not able to check in at arrival as the ‘cleaner’ was there. The cups & utensils were dirty, and the place overall needs a good scrub!
