• Bree (8/5): A comfortable place to stay close to an easily accessible train station. Would consider staying here again as it worked - The cleanliness and the prompt informative answers to any queries was a highlight for us.
• Hideyuki (2/5): - ソファではなく、１人１人の寝室とベッドがあった点くらいです 私が寝た部屋の一階の入って直ぐ左の部屋のエアコンの効き(暖まり具合)が悪く、何回も時間を経たずに自動消火(オフ)になりました 原因がリモコンのおやすみタイマーではないと思われ、フィルター等のメンテナンスを怠っての異常と思われます また、バスローブや浴衣等の寝巻き着がなく、掛け布団のみでベッドの中も寒かったです 更に大変使い勝手が良くなかったです 具体的には、テレビやお風呂、冷蔵庫等のリビング的な部屋が２階にあり、トイレが下の階にあって何回も階段を登り降りしました 今流行りの貸し物件の有効活用や無人対応の素泊まりは理解できますが、一泊だけなので台所機能は求めていません ただ、都心なのに近くに飲食店もコンビニも無かった事、台所があっても惣菜を買えるスーパーマーケットが無い事も事前に伝えて欲しかったです それと、当初の料金にプラスで10%(東京都の宿泊税かな❓)と清掃料金で別途一万円がかかっていて、それであるならば初めからその別途料金と総額料金を明示して頂いた上で、他の宿泊施設やアプリと比較して選びたかったです

• AndyWana (9/5): A gem of a stay in Takanawa - Good sized for Tokyo standards. Modern and accessible. There's a great daifuku place nearby that had been visited by the Emperor and Empress. Supermarket and large Matsumoto Kiyoshi within walking distance. Quiet neighbourhood is great for families, felt like a local.

• Yoshie (1/5): よくない - 特にない 入室すると、2階の部屋からの異臭がひどかった。玄関前のゴミ箱のゴミが回収されていなかった。異臭に関する連絡は、当日のチェックイン直前で、対応が遅すぎる。そのため、旅行の計画が大幅に狂ってしまった。
• Jacqueline (7/5): Basic but fine for a few nights - Plenty of room for our family group of 4 adults (not recommended for 6), good kitchen area and bathroom, basic but absolutely fine for a few nights. Close to an underground station. Fast communication with host. Cheaper option than 2 hotel rooms. Very complicated check in and uploading information and passports online didn’t seem like the safest thing to do. Not the easiest place to find. Freezing cold when we arrived and we struggled to get the heating working but host was prompt and helpful. It was on a very small residential alleyway so we felt we had to be extra careful to be quiet, although we didn’t actually see anyone during our stay.

• Hamish (7/5): Great little place to stay in Tokyo. Close to train station which is 20-30 minute ride from most tourist locations - Close to train station There isn’t any sitting area apart from dinner table due to bed in living area
• Heiko (7/5): Good - Small but presumably quite authentic little house. Ok to sleep with a family of 6, but tight and limited privacy. Easy walking distance to metro. Washing machine was very useful. Wifi worked pretty well. The rooms are smaller than they appear on the well done pictures. The complete house needs some deep cleaning. Floors, corners, curtains and window frames were dirty and dusty. On the lamp above the eating table there was a thick layer of dust. Kitchen equipment was a bit limited.

• Josefina (7/5): Ok value for money - Well located and clean It was freezing when we arrived, like it had not been heated in weeks. No luggage early allowed. Overall ok but not extremely friendly
• Cliff (7/5): Very cosy, lovely. - Being so close to the subway was great. The stairs were very tight. The toilet was down stairs and the bathroom was upstairs.

• Nicky (8/5): Really enjoyed our stay, would recommend and would return. - Lots of space. Huge apartment for Japan. Really quiet neighbourhood and lovely neighbours. Great location. Easy walk to metro. Restaurants, chemists, supermarket, convenience stores and shops all within easy walking distance. Needs a deep clean. A bit dusty.

• Simon (9/5): Walking distance to the takanewa gateway, use a JR pass to access everything - Quiet location, please be respectful of the locals, don't roll your baggage, carry it. We caught some dirty looks from the neighbors, not because we were loud, but perhaps visitors before use were not so considerate.
• Tim (4/5): Disappointing stay - overpriced and won't return - Thankfully a smaller train subway station was not too far away and a couple of convenience stores in opposite directions. Liked that it had more than one bedroom but the third bed was in a common area so not much of a plus. The location was very inconvenient- distant from major stations, nothing much in the way of shopping and/or restaurants. It was more than a mile from a major station that we walked with luggage. The gps sent us down a narrow staircase walkway... of course we could have got three taxis to carry the four people and five large bags but ~ ya no thanks. The accommodations were very dated and many things were either not working. Lights out, washer without a dryer, lack of tissue paper or paper towels. Dusty in quite a few areas, no air cleaner...

• Benjamin (10/5): Quiet residential area stay! - Nestay Villa Tokyo Takanawa was a very comfortable stay for my family and I. Location was within walking distance of the nearest station, retrieving the keys was relatively easy, although the check-in process required filling out information on a web form, which I think is standard in Japan. Area was quiet, wifi worked well, beds were comfortable, and there was hot water in the shower.

• Mina (9/5): Superb - Spacious layout. Useful place to stay for long time and with family. Not much space to dry clothes. Recommend to have at least minimum cooking oil and salt etc. Need to buy everything if need to cook.
