• Daniela (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno - Bellissimo appartamento accogliente pulito e con tutto il necessario per una vacanza di più giorni. Parcheggio comodissimo all'interno del cortile.Vicinissimo alle spiagge e al centro di Ksamil ma in una posizione abbastanza tranquilla e lontana del kaos del centro. • Reindert (6/5): - Wij hadden het geluk dat het appartement naast ons niet verhuurd was. Daardoor hebben wij een oké verblijf gehad. Onze auto kon nu achter het hek worden geparkeerd. Als er nog iemand met een auto was geweest dan was er geen plaats geweest. Er is veel rommel rond het huis!! Natuurlijk niet fraai voor een vakantie belevenis. Achter het appartement is een tuin, die voor gasten leuk ingericht zou kunnen zijn, maar helaas het is er een rommeltje met een brandplaats voor afval. De enige airco in het appartement kan het nauwelijks trekken. Echt jammer van alle rommel en de niet aangelegde tuin, want als het een mooi aangelegd tuin zou zijn voor één stel gasten zou het veel potentie hebben.

• Cvete (10/5): Exceptional - The vila Rexhaj is the most beautiful vila in this region. It was the 5 th time to be in Ksamil. I highly recommended this vila. Maybe we will come again in future Maybe one more clima device in the living room

• Marco (2/5): An uncomfortable apartment in the heart of a full scale construction site - Close to the beach trail with good nature relatively unspoiled by umbrellas and restaurants Massive construction taking place on two sides of the apartment, starting at 7:30 am every day with huge machines digging and shaking the duplex (mistitled as a villa). Washing machine broke and left my clothes in detergent water for 5 hours and when it finally opened dumped gallons of water on the floor I had to clean up. Internet was unreliable for digital nomads and cut out for hours multiple times over 15 days stay. Would never stay again

• Eldisa (9/5): Superb - The location is very good and easy access to the beach. the owners are very friendly and easy to contact and respond to any inquiry you may have. the house has a garden as well as a parking area which is difficult to find in Ksamil. You can access the center and all other locations between 10 - 15 min walk. There is only one air conditioner in all the space located at the top of the bedroom which is difficult to keep it running during the night as it bothers you while sleeping. you can open the windows though which ore covered with mosquito nets.
