• Jana (7/5): - Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Es war perfekt für meinen Hund durch den eingezäunten großen Garten.Der Aufenthalt war für jeden von uns ein Erlebnis und wir würden immer wieder gerne dort ein paar Tage Urlaub machen.In ein paar Minuten erreicht man sehr viele schöne Plätze wo man die Ort gut erkunden kann. Zu Fuß erreicht man in ein paar Minuten ein sehr sehr gutes Gasthaus mit einer sehr freundlichen Bedienung und sehr sehr leckeren Essen.

• Licu (6/5): - The vila is located in a quiet village near Prague, there is a garage for parking. There is a lot of space. Fireplace was nice. Wished we did not use it for heating and only for atmosphere. There were 4 beds for sleeping, adequate temperature we had only in 2. When we arrived, there were 16 degrees Celsius in the living room (due to a malfunction to the heating system) and managed during the whole stay to rise it to 20 maximum with the fireplace. Generally it was not a comfortable stay due to this given some of us needed to sleep in the living room and we also had kids. The kitchen, hallways and bathroom were always cold. While I understand malfunctions can happen all the time and are temporary it affected our stay and general mood. Did not feel the owner empathised with that as they tried more to rationalise and dismiss rather than take responsibility. They offered a discount of 10% for the next stay for the inconvenience which I refused. I asked for a discount for this stay as I considered fair given we did not have the conditions we paid for (for a 4 stars stay) and I was generally ignored and just given (sometimes even contradictory) arguments.

• Rudolf (10/5): - A képek és a valóság fedi egymást. Ház szépen berendezett. Kényelmes és tiszta. Családi pihenésre kifejezetten alkalmas. Minden megtalálható a házban amire az embernek szüksége lehet. A konyhában hatalmas hűtő, mosogatógép, tányérok és fazekak. A nappaliban kényelmes kanapék televízió. Kisgyerekkel érkeztünk, odakint hűvösebb volt az idő de a ház kiválóan fűthető. Garázs is rendelkezésre áll ahova akár kettő autó is befér. Az ágyak kényelmesek. Csendes nyugodt környéken van. A házigazda bármikor a rendelkezésünkre állt, de nem volt tolakodó. Telefonon tartottuk vele a kapcsolatot.
• Christine Chloe (9/5): We had a comfortable and pleasant stay - The jacuzzi and a beautiful and spacious master bedroom The smallest room upstairs should have a mirror or wardrobe and the downstairs bed room connecting to dining should have a door for bedroom
• Olivia (10/5): Absolutes Schmuckstück - Super sauberes Haus. Sehr viel Platz und ein wunderschöner Garten mit Grill und Teich. Sehr gepflegt. Die Bus- und Bahnverbindung nach Prag Innenstadt war ebenfalls sehr schnell zu erreichen.

• JS (7/5): - Zeer ruime woning en lekker rustige omgeving in gemoedelijk dorpje Bij aankomst en vertrek het contact met sleutel houdstermaatschappij. Geen communicatie mogelijk, ivm taal. Geen Engels of Duits. En er was echt niet schoon gemaakt en smeriger muren.
• Aleksa (5/5): We paid 2000eur +150eur deposit for our stay, only to be forced to sort out trash by hand later on. - The location was ok quite decent i have to say the garden was nice as well comfortable for grilling and having fun in it. We were about to give this villa a 8-10 rating before the incident on the last day. when we first entered the villa, we were given a whole book worth of instructions, where it told us to sort out paper, plastic and glass separately due to recycling. the lady also told us to sort out food wastes into the composter in the backyard. we also paid a deposit of 150eur that was meant to be given back to us after our stay. now i am gonna be honest we didnt uphold the trash sorting entirely, but we tried our best in the end to get it right. that was entirely our fault and is more than fair. what pissed me off was that on the last day when we were checking out, the lady refused to give us our deposit because we supposedly didnt sort out the trash properly. the problem being that we threw aluminum cans into the general waste. she asked us to sort it out by hand, like what? we paid 2000eur for our stay only to be forced to sort out trash by hand to get our deposit back. absolutely humiliating, embarrassing and unacceptable. after we pointed out in the friendliest way possible that we were never told to sort out aluminum and that we are refusing to do it, she started getting defensive, telling us to stop joking with her, saying we never saw recycling for aluminum - which i personally actually havent. after a bit of commotion we decided to finally sort it out, because we werent about to leave the 150eur deposit to them. after that she referred us to where there are trash containers for aluminum. so we went there, but there were none. there was only plastic and paper. now where were we meant to leave that trash since we couldnt take it back to the villa? either way, i do not understand what youre meant to use that trash can for, since you cant put paper, plastic, glass, aluminum, and food wastes into it. What we also didnt appricate was the manager of the house invited themselfs inside without any heads up no warnings.
• Viktorija (8/5): The house itself was great. Big and comfortable. However the owners service was a huge problem. - Big house, everything was there. The dishes, towels, grill, garden. We loved the house. The owner of this house couldn’t speak english AT ALL. We only speak russian, english, lithuanian. We tried to communicate to her with translate but she only talked in her own language. It was very difficult to ask anything. However when we texted through booking as we understood we talked with a different lady who can speak english. Well it was a little mess.
• Jiri (10/5): Unexpected bonus - Beautiful and large garden with everything you could want for an outdoor party - You cannot even imagine how good and what quality of accommodation this villa offers. Such comfort and private life is hard to found on booking,com. This is something extraordinary. It would be helpful if the washing machine was connected to the water line and drain

• Irena (9/5): Superb - Beautiful house with lots of space and a BBQ in the garden. I really liked the amenities we had everything we needed and the host was always available to answer any questions we had. There is a lovely jacuzzi in the shared bathroom, however it can't be filled to the top and meant that it was impractical
• Johnny (4/5): Proceed with caution - comfortable beds spacious nice garden quiet area clean suitable for a family with older kids our kids enjoyed the spa bath Well equiped kitchen Contrary to what is portrayed in the ad, the landlady speaks zero English whatsoever. This made check in and check out very tense and frustrating and many of the features of the house were missed, such as the rolling exterior shutters to keep light out. Many of the fixtures in the house were broken or badly worn. Eg shower mixer, door handles. The washing machine is very small and impractical for anything more than socks and undies. As a result we needed to go to a nearby laundrette to get our washing done. There were cats on the property that were not mentioned. Sadly I am allergic to cats. the cats are kept outside so this was not such an issue. We were asked to feed them however. We needed to pay for both the accommodation and the security deposit in cash, which was the first time we needed to do anything like this using booking.com This led to a problem on checkout where the landlady said that we had damaged the vegetable crisper drawer in the bottom of the fridge. We didn’t even use that particular drawer and some of our money was withheld as a result. With no way to communicate we had little recourse. Lastly, it’s a mission to get into central Prague from here. it involves bus train combo or bus change bus. Not quiet the chilled out time we were hoping for.
