Queremos destacar la amabilidad y disponibilidad del dueño José Manuel, fue un encanto por la flexibilidad del check-in y check-out para que disfrutáramos al máximo de la casa. Lugar para el descanso y desconexión totalmente recomendable 🤗

• Roydo74 (10/5): - Excellent, throughly enjoyed our time here. 5 min drive from Lidl, Aldi and many other supermarkets. Small mini market a 5 min walk from property. Also a couple of pubs and a restaurant which we visited twice as food was excellent. Recommend definitely having a hire car.
• Howard (10/5): If you want a large Villa with easy transfer from Malaga book this one! - This is a fabulous villa and highly recommended. Great hosts. Very nice modern bathrooms. Villa spotlessly clean. Lots of sun awnings/umbrellas around pool. We stayed as a family and ideal for that, games room was fun. We would recommend a hire car as it’s a good walk to the beach. Then you can access a great Lidl for morning bread and the big initial shop - plus local trips to Neja etc. It’s an excellent base for travelling from or chilling by pool. However it’s only a 5 minute walk to a fantastic Italian restaurant La Roima (we went twice) and a couple of bars. Airport transfer approx 50 minutes by car. We needed an Uber as well for return to airport which was only about 72 euro’s No cooking ingredients left to get you started eg salt/pepper. Small point but as I said big Lidl 1 mile away

• jacqueline (10/5): The best Villa holiday - This property is better than the photos, you get an amazing feeling as soon as you come up the steps and are welcomed by the beautiful pool and terrace. The facilities in the villa are extensive, well equipped, spotlessly clean, really comfortable beds and temperature - air conditioning was a god send. The location is spot on if you are looking for something quiet and relaxing, the Torrox beach has everything you need, and is much quieter and cheaper than neighbouring busier resorts. The fresh fish of the day in the restaurants is a must. The owners Jose and Escen are so friendly and on hand to help if you need them. It was my son’s birthday while we were there and they remembered and sent wishes to him. Nothing it was truly perfect

• Cowman (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic 7 night stay as a family of 7. 2 adults and 5 teenagers and the games room was a hit with everyone. Anything you needed was there shops and an Italian restaurant a quick walk across the road. Beds were so comfortable it was a home from home in every sense. Pool was perfect 👌 and Jose and Ascen were very accommodating and lovely to meet, would definitely stay again ❤️

It was our first time in Malaga, and while it was a beautiful place, Torrox Costa was a little quiet for a younger group of people. Isn’t too far from the beach/promenade however.

• Helen (10/5): Brilliant. Very good, clean accommodation. We highly recommend it. - The hosts met us on arrival and showed us around. They were lovely. The villa was perfect. They had even provided hand soap in all the bathrooms, washing up liquid for dishes and a dishcloth, also spare toilet rolls. They had even left bottles of water in the fridge for us! We have never had these things provided for us in villas before. We would definitely go again. The hosts kept in contact in case we needed them. The only thing missing was a safety gate for the interior stairs, but we just moved a cot to cover the opening.
• Mark (10/5): Relaxing and exellent - Jose, was very helpful, welcoming and explained everything and even places to go to, although his English was limited, it was better than my Spanish, it didn't hinder. The facilities were great we could of stayed just there for the whole holiday to relax, there was a bar and excellent restaurant over the road. We had a hire car which means we could go to the beech (you could take a taxi as its down the road), Malaga and Marbella were great trips. The place itself was as it was in the photos and very clean. I would stay again and maybe take my father there. Kids love it. Nothing not to like.

• Vanessa (10/5): Super stay, fantastic memories made in a beautiful setting - Property was exceptionally clean, very well stocked and has everything you need to immediately start your holiday. Both hosts were there to great us on arrival and very kindly offered to drive us to the local shops so we could stock up. This was so helpful as we had not hired a car. There was an information pack, which was a great reference but the hosts were easily contactable for any further questions. Have to shout out Emilio, the taxi we used often who was so responsive to all our texts when booking him. Absolutely super Villa, where we celebrated 2 very special birthdays. Many thanks to the lovely Jose and Ascen 🤗 Toilet paper has to be placed in bins and not flushed.

• Jianhua (10/5): Perfect - We liked everything in the villa, it's spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. The hosts were very warm and helpful. We had a lot of fun in the games room and swimming pool. There is also a very good Italian restaurant nearby and a couple of small supermarkets in the area. We had a fantastic family holiday, thank you again José and Ascen. Nothing we didn't like at all.
• Ansis (10/5): The best holiday house so far! And the best hosts! Highly recommend this property! - Everything about this property was excellent! The hosts were so nice! We received a precise location just upon our arrival, so there was no confusion on getting directions, etc. Ascen and José were waiting in person to handle the keys of the property, show everything around, and answer all questions. The house was perfect and spacious, perfectly organized. We were two families - two adults and two kids each family, but there were no problems with privacy. All facilities were in perfect condition, all equipment was as new. The kitchen was perfectly equipped - sharp knives, lots of kettles and pans, which made it easy to cook for kids different meals at the same time. The house was tidy, crispy clean so far the best holiday home ever! Besides Ascen and José gave very useful directions on the neighbourhood. Restaurant La Roima (5min from location by walk) was the perfect example of local hospitality and delicious food, kids loved pizza. Also, the communication was excellent although hosts did not speak perfect English, still whenever we asked something, the answer was max 15min away.. Crazy Jose even brought a wine bottle opener in 20min, when I just told him I accidentally broke one and would replace next day.. :) To conclude this review I must really admit, that this was so far the easiest stay and communication with hosts ever in holiday houses. And the house itself was adorable! Never had this clean and well-organized house. Thank you so much for perfect holidays Ascen and José! See you next time!

• Tarık (9/5): Nice jose - The facility was very clean, very large, everything was very perfect, he liked it very much, it was comfortable, the dishes you will find inside, Jul, everything was very nice. The only problem is that there are greenhouses soon, because there is a very excessive fruit and vegetable production in greenhouses, there is an excessive fly, that fly is in an uncomfortable situation when sitting on the balcony or outside, and the facility is 57 km from the center of Malatya, so we need a car to get to Mali every day, we need a car.

Very clean, lots of room to put your things, very spacious and it has everything you need. Ascen and Jose are the best hosts you could wish for, even with the language barrier we managed to communicate perfectly. They were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall it was a pleasure to stay at their villa and being their guests. Thank you Jose and thank you Ascen, we are very grateful to meet you, hope to see you again one day 😊

• Callum (10/5): Excellent villa for a large family holiday (young and old), supported by a very helpful owner - Our family travelled separately. My son, his partner and my grandson arrived earlier than planned checkin and were permitted to check in early. Host gave full support and instructions when they arrived. The host was extremely helpful before and during the stay for any questions. There was a minor maintenance requirement, that was immediately dealt with. Villa was excellent for 6 people and a toddler. Full kitchen and utensils. Pool excellent and lovely outside area with cooking and sink area. Need a car, but everything is close with range of stores including Aldi, Lidl, restaurants etc.
• James (10/5): Beautiful villa, superb hosts - The villa was stunning. Very modern, comfortable, spacious with everything we needed to hand. The pool was clean, all rooms were air-conditioned and the surrounding area was quiet at night. Jose and Ascen were perfect hosts; they made adjustments to accommodate all our requests, and pointed us in the right direction for places to eat and visit. The nearby supermarket was small, but had all the essentials, and the restaurant next door (La Roima) was very good. Would definitely visit again.
