• Nicole (10/5): Comfortable home - Perfect for a big family, very spacious and a comfy Japanese home Hard to reach out to the owners of the property. None of the numbers worked. Also WiFi was quite slow
• Alexis (8/5): Comfortable, convienient area to stay in. - Close to train stations, stores, pharmacy. Enjoyed having laundry and kitchen. A little dusty. Bathroom has a slight musty smell. Beds have some yellow staining on pillows and mattress toppers.
• Danielle (4/5): Disappointing - i did like that it was nicely clean and didn’t have any kind of smokey smell to it the check in time was very inconvenient. who make a check in time at 1800 knowing most hotels around make you check out at 1000 or 1100. then you make the check out time early at 1000. owner did not even try to accommodate to our family for an earlier check out time. the location was just so far from anything. i wouldn’t recommend to bring with kids. i would never book at this place again
• Luke (6/5): Short stay in a handy area. Normal check in at 6pm is a bit late. In saying that the owner did agree to allow us entry a - Quiet location close to supermarket Sparsely decorated, not enough plates bowls glasses.
• Mrs (9/5): fabulous house, great location, Clean and comfortable - great location near two train stations. Very close to Tokyo Skytree. A supermarket across the road, proper house with three bedrooms, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, grill, it took us a while (and two grown up techie sons) and google translate to workout all the controls for heating, washing, bath, shower, loo etc. Once we had those sorted, everything worked very well. Kitchen was a little short of bowls/cutlery/a big pan but we managed.

• Cordula (1/5): Domani not book this place - The place is a scam and it should be taken off booking com. As you reserve you have to pay immediately and get zero refund. A few seconds later the place suddenly request conditions, that you cannot fulfill if you do not have an internet constantly at your disposal and do not speak or read Japanese: a photocopy of your passport is requested to upload and to fill out a questionnaire in Japanese. iIf you try to call their contact number on a Sunday as was my case no one will answer, and they will only answer during office hours. The person on the line is very unfriendly, hardly speaks English and will only tell you that there is no refund if you do not fill in the documents. Further, no one will meet you at the place and help you in case there is a problem, you only get a code that you have to download again through an app and besides this you are supposed to come only at 4 pm! It seems whoever owns this place will make sure that you will never get into the place and in the meantime your money has disappeared in their pockets. Booking should have never offered this place on it’s website and I warn everyone about this place
