• Daniel (10/5): - Wir sind sehr glücklich gewesen. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal für uns gewesen. Kommunikation erfolgte per WhatsApp und auf Fragen wurde sehr schnell reagiert. Die Wohnung ist echt schön eingerichtet, da fühlt man sich wohl. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, schönes Badezimmer, bequeme Betten. Parken kann man 30m entfernt. Dazu jede Menge Platz im Freien (Balkon und Außenbereich). Direkter Zugang zum Fluss. Hier fühlt man sich wohl und kann einen Entspannungsurlaub machen. Für uns war es die teuerste Unterkunft des Urlaubs, aber der Preis ist noch okay, da man einiges geboten bekommt. Es ist sehr hellhörig im Haus.
• Alex (7/5): La maison et les différents espaces sont très agréables si vous souhaitez être au calme même s’il y a quelques défauts. - L’espace intérieur plutôt confortable, un jardin au calme et une jolie vue et un bord de rivière très sympathique pour y passer l’après-midi. Le jardin était peu entretenu, il n’y avait pas de bois pour le bbq. Le manque de rideaux dans la mezzanine avec les 3 lits est assez problématique car le soleil donne directement sur les lits très tôt le matin et chauffe beaucoup, les grasses matinées sont à oublier. L’arrivée dans la maison n’est pas très accueillant avec des maisons délabrées aux alentours et des déchets dans la nature ainsi qu’un rez-de-chaussée de la maison encore en travaux qui est un peu perturbant quand vous franchissez le portail. Une autre maison donne directement sur le jardin et vous avez un peu l’impression de déranger si vous restez un peu tard à discuter dans le jardin. Enfin, les photos présentées sur booking ne sont pas totalement représentatives de la réalité.

• Jan (10/5): Lovely, well-situated vacation home - The location of the house is great. The warm springs in Permet, the old town of Gjirokaster and the beautiful Peshtura waterfall are all well within reach. The house is spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The host Lusien is kind and quick to respond. We really enjoyed the mountainview.

• Santiago (10/5): Relaxing spot for your ideal vacation - A very unique villa with a cozy & interesting design inside and a very peaceful background at the garden providing a panoramic view and relaxing atmosphere by the river. We loved being here and enjoying the professional barbecue standing at the garden. The host was extremely helpful and understanding. The villa was easy to find by the instructions the host gave. We had fun and enjoyed our stay. We absolutely will come back.
• Daniel (9/5): Superb - Situated close to Tepelene, great place to make small trips to the surrounding area or just to relaxed Tepelene. House is well reachable by car, on foot it's a 2,5km walk from town. Great communication with host. Nice view to beautiful river valley

• Louise (8/5): beautiful location, with a little bit lacking overall, especially for the price. - the location was amazing and the private beach very stunning. this isn’t a two bedroom property. there is one bedroom and a lovely maisonette with three beds, but there are not two separate bedrooms. it caused us some issues as we were staying as a family with a friend. the property was the top floor of a villa with the bottom floor was a building site. for the money charged I don’t think this was very representative.
