You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of MYR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please be informed that the villa does not accept third party credit card payments. You will be required to kindly present a photo identification and the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel. In the event that you do not have the credit card used to make the booking, you will be required to make full payment on the credit card that you have in your possession. Charges on the previous credit card will be refunded within 14 working days. Smoking includes tobacco cigarettes, electronic cigarettes (vape), cigars, pipe tobaccos, cigarette leaves (rokok daun), bamboo pipes and waterpipe smokes (bong, hookah/shisha and mouassal) is strictly prohibited in The Townhouse. Tenants are permitted to smoke on the front porch and outside deck of ground floor only. Due to the danger and risk of fire, smoking* is not permitted on balconies of the first or second floors. Should a tenant smoke inside the house, rooms and living areas, they will forfeit their deposit and subject to a cleaning fee equivalent to one nights room charge at the prevailing rate.
