Guest Reviews
- kiyomi (10/5): のんびり過ごせました! - 駅から近く、オススメの飲食店も美味しかった!
3階の窓からスカイツリーが見えます 特になし
- Bianca (9/5): -
- Steven (8/5): - The facility are complete and have everything anyone could need Sadly the air con in the lower bedroom keeps turning off so the first floor is really cold. Even colder than outside…
- Konstancija (8/5): We had really nice time and it suited our needs. The goat was amazing - Very local area
- June (5/5): Nice beds - The convenience store is near by.
Beds are comfortable.
TVs have a lot of options. Stairs are vey tiny.
The loft didn’t have an air conditioner.
No dryer and we have to use their bathroom heater for drying clothes and took forever to dry clothes. When we are drying clothes in the bathroom we could not use it.
- Timotheus (8/5): -
- Ayuningtyas (9/5): -
- Samy (10/5): - Parfait
- Thomas (8/5): A good apartment where you can spend your off time from visting Tokyo. - We used the house as stay befor leaving Japan. It was a nice house. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Busses and trains were in walking distance. Due to the fact that the house is right next to a main road, It was very noisy with open windows. With closed windows it was ok.
- Aloysius (10/5): - Very typical Japanese area, easy access to the rest of Tokyo by train.
- Christian (9/5): -
- Sunaree (8/5): Small but nice - A very nice and clean house.
- runa (7/5): 微妙 - きれいだった ゴキブリでた
全体的に清掃状況が悪い
特に食器類が汚い
- Inez (6/5): - Beds comfortable, shower was hot and spacious. Fridge was large enough. Washing machine and dryer worked well. Close to train station 15min walk and plenty shops. 7eleven, family mart and Lawson. The space was far too small for 4 adults and 2 children. Kitchen located on the 2nd floor, which was very cramped for 6 people. Steps quite steep to manoevere. No toaster, no bowls( very strange for japanese cuisine)only 2 fry pans to use for any cooking. Bath towels too small and had a terrible smell.
Ground floor bedroom has no space to move between beds making it very awkward.
- Agnieszka (7/5): Good -
- Kerie (10/5): Fabulous - Beautifully put together with everything you needed.
- Norhaliza (10/5): Exceptional - Center of city Only 1 bathroom to take shower
- Kyoko (8/5): Very good - No one interrupt us. Close enough to the train station. There were enough towels, and the wash machine was very helpful. The special fun for dry washed clothes in the bathroom was very helpful. Rooms were very small and there was no space to open the luggage. The air conditionings were too noisy and the washlets made noise and slow. There was not enough space to hang all our clothes after washing.
- Nur (8/5): Clean, peaceful and convenient - Very clean and enough space for all of us. It has all the facilities for us to stay comfortably and quite near to the station. And quite convenient as across the road, there’s lawson. It’s a peaceful town too.
- John (10/5): Very clean - Very clean and homey.
Walking distance to railway station. Close to all attractions of Tokyo. A bit noisy from the road.
- Julius (8/5): Very good -
- Meleana (9/5): Superb - This property was very handy to the Hirai train station. It was very modern and clean. Keypad entry was very handy. The property had everything we needed. The master bedroom had plenty of the space but the other room was very tight, but we were only there to sleep so it wasn't a big issue.
- Krit (10/5): Exceptional - I love everything about this place, and accessible to everything. It's quite far from downtown but worth the price The instruction about the key was a bit confusing but it was okay
- Paulo (10/5): Really good, we will return when we come back to Tokyo - Clean and cozy None
- Tim (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ruth (9/5): Great place and location, just needs a little extra attention. - The location was great, just round the corner from the train station.
Really nice place, quite compact but lovely having the separate 4 floors. Only 4 of us stayed there for 5 nights but would have struggled if there was more if us.
Fab shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided along with slippers. It didn’t seemed to have been cleaned. The table in the kitchen had grubby marks all over it and the breakfast bar had cup rings. All of the marks wiped off really easily. The saucepans had dirty lids.
In the double room the wooden headboard and pull down flaps had lots of dust on/in them.
In the ground floor room the only storage is under the beds, we only had 1 person staying in there but would have been a struggle for 2 people.
The room at the top of the house has a window with no blind, the street light shines right in the room.
- Sam (10/5): The accomodation was lovely and overally we really enjoyed our stay in Japan - I really liked the cleanliness of the apartment as well as the ample amenities and kitchen that was included with the accommodation.
The host was also exceptional with answering questions and any concerns we had.
Our stay was overall a really enjoyable one and I would certainly come back! When we first arrived at the accommodation there was a smell of ammonia in the bottom floor bathroom but we managed to remove the smell after leaving the window open and running the exhaust vent for a few days.
- Margarita (10/5): Interesting place - Convenient location - not far from the station, there are shops nearby. Two bathrooms, modern renovation, an interesting system for drying clothes, there is all the equipment for a comfortable life, for all this equipment there are detailed instructions. We needed luggage scales and the owner agreed to bring them to us, thank you! Despite the disadvantages, the accommodation is good, worth the money, I recommend it. All doors, except the bathroom, are transparent, including the front door. Inconvenient is not the right word for these doors, it was a terrible design decision. The house is narrow, everything in all the photographs is shown correctly, this is exactly the width of the house as it actually is. Because of this, the house is cold and shakes from every car passing by. Very inconvenient dish drainer, no sugar, tea or coffee. But we left ours)
- Marlodieka (8/5): Local feel accomodation for family visitor - The property is clean and quite near train station, the room can accommodate up to 6 people. Its really nice staying here,my family really enjoy the time we spend in the property.Utensils and amenities is provided, memorable place to stay. Its quite narrow so we have to manage when opening our suitcases accordingly
- Yahya (9/5): Superb - The property is very nice and modern. It was excellent for a family with three teenage kids as it provided good space over the 4 floors. The amenities were also excellent and the location was just a short walk from the trains. Having a 24/7 convenience store just across the road was also great. Perfect. No complaints whatsoever.
- Jonathan (9/5): A great place to recover from our long journey to Japan and explore some of Tokyo's highlights - The house was beautifully maintained and had all the comforts of home! I slept in the Japanese room and was quite comfortable up there (though I'm tall and needed to crouch while moving around in the loft;-)
We had some rainy weather during our stay, and very much appreciated the use of the home's many umbrellas! The walk from Hirai train station to the house was manageable, but a bit farther than we had thought. This lovely house is laid out over 4 floors, so we got our exercise!
- Harvey (8/5): Great stay in a good location close to station with comfy beds - Great location, handy having two bathrooms, good kitchen area Advertised as a 3 bedroom villa but one room tiny and the other room was just a loft with a small futon (not even a separate bedroom)
- Ron (9/5): Great, modern house. Great space for Tokyo. The host is very responsive and accomodating - Great space (for Tokyo), near JR train and amenities like grocery stores and restaurants. It is a little far and next to a noisy road.
- Ron (10/5): Exceptional - excellent size and near rail lines. very clean. I would stay here again nearby street is a bit noisy.
- Avi (7/5): Super narrow, no English labels, but ultimately decent stay - Not very far from a train station.
Safe area, although I think most areas in Tokyo are.
Comfortable beds 1. They really need to label things in English. It was almost impossible to navigate around sometimes since there's a lot of tech and it's all in Japanese.
2. This might be normal in Japan, but his house is NARROW!!!, there are basically 3.5 stories, (3 + a mezzanine). but the width of the home is no more than 8 or 9 feet, so pretty much the length of a bed and then a foot - it make is super hard to maneuver around, especially for someone who's not super slender. It is good if you want to stay fit and go down and up the stairs ALL THE TIME
3. There is no dryer, they have a system where you can dry clothes in the bathroom and turn on heating, but in reality it takes hours and hours to actually dry anything.
4. Thank god for Tokyo transportation, but Hirai is not very central. It's not too bad, since anyway you have to travel to most places by transit, but if I had to choose again, Azubujuban for example would have been a lot better
- Nicholas (10/5): Great stay, will definitely recommend - The property is great, it’s a little bit narrow, but the floors make up for it. it’s very clean, and all the facilities are working. it’s a little bit on the far side to walk to this property, about 8 to 10 minutes from the station. But it makes up for it the fact that there is a lot of businesses close by that you can easily access for convenience, stores and food.
- Margarita (8/5): Very good -
