- Shashipal (10/5): Clean place, great host ! - Hong has been exceptional host! Helpful and accommodating, provided us with guidance on good eats around the area, convenience stores and supermarkets. Some the little things that the host, Hong did really made this stay a great place. Thank you. The house is a good size for a family of 8, maybe even 10! I would not say it is a dislike, there are 2 routes to train stations and one route maybe is uphill and maybe tougher to do for seniors.

- Krishna (9/5): Great host. Excellent property, clean, well-supplied. - A lot of space for four of us: multiple bedrooms, kitchen, dining, upstairs, downstairs. Gadgets: washing machine, supplies, airconditioner, utensils, etc. Very clean. The property has two bathrooms (one smaller). The walk from subway is uphill ... takes about 7 minutes.

- Kong (10/5): Exceptional - House owner very friendly and attentive. Our family trip consist of 12 person with elderly person. Very thoughtful and helpful arrangement was provided. House was very clean with all the convenient facilities. We having a good stay and memorable moments. Highly recommended for big group travel.
- Panayiotis (10/5): Exceptional - Hong Villa was outstanding. Considering how hard it is to find accommodations for a large group in Tokyo, we couldn't have asked for anything more. We stayed here for 1 week and it was very comfortable for our group of 11. The house is clean, well-stocked, well-maintained, and has a comfortable layout. Every room has an AC which was nice given how humid it was in June. The host is very responsive and went out of their way to help us with our questions. Take into account that it's 45 to 75 minutes away from most attractions by public transportation. I don't consider this a negative because the quiet neighborhood location gave us an opportunity to retreat away from the hustle of Tokyo in the evenings. Tokyo is spread out so you would be spending a lot of time on the metro anyway. It's just something you have to take into account and plan your day accordingly.
