• Asaf (9/5): Perfect apartment with all amenities, sleeps six comfortably, and responsive owner. - The apartment was perfect for us—it had everything we needed! Plus, we had a car, so the location was fantastic. It comfortably sleeps six people, with four adults and two kids. And the owner was super quick and easy to talk to. Nothing, highly recommend

• Glauce (6/5): Nice kichen, fit for purpose. Could have chosen a more cosy house for the same price. - 3 rooms, nice location if you have a car. Well equipped kitchen. Too many stairs, queen beds where it would deserve king beds. No spare sheets or blankets left in the house. Bathrooms are outside the rooms. Messages from host has some advice with an implicit fine if you do not comply with some guidance. (E.g about the gate remote control, if you forget to leave in the table and do not send a picture we will charge $50 to issue a new one) It is definitely not wam reception, the way they communicate. Views are not so iconic as advertised.

• Jesslin (9/5): - Very nice and clean apartment, friendly staff and convenient to place of interest. Only things lack of is a full length mirror , hope the owner can install one as soon. For parking not so friendly for a big wagon . We were lucky to ask for help with the neighbors 38 to exchange parking lots with us . If not with the big car we are unable to park in the lot that given to us .
• True (7/5): Great location and hosts but facilities need an upgrade. - The location is great, layout is nice (2 showers + 1 bathroom without a shower) and it is nice to have a garage. Hosts are friendly and helpful. Go to the bodega down the street and meet the owner, Nelson. Great guy and an honest business owner. Lots of great restaurants in the area, especially if you like Korean food like we do. You will be safe here. The facilities need an upgrade. Pots are old and scratched. The floor needs to be redone--loose boards on the main floor. A fresh coat of paint in some of the rooms. One of the beds is bowed in the middle--needs a new mattress. Garage is dirty and the floor in the apartment wasn't very clean when we arrive. With some care, this would be a fantastic place.
• 19Marc69 (8/5): - Als Familie ausreichend Platz, schöne Zimmer und schöne Badezimmer. Dachterrasse bei schönem Wetter sehr angenehm. Die Lage in Koreatown ist nicht die beste. Umfeld nicht sehr sauber und keine schönen Häuser.
• MARC ANTOINE (10/5): - Logement idéalement placé, afin de rejoindre nos différents lieux de visites sur Los Angeles. Il y a facilement de la place pour se garer sur place dans le garage ou dans la rue. Le quartier est calme. Les supermarchés pour le quotidien ne sont pas loin non plus. La disposition du logement sur 3 niveaux offre tout le confort souhaité pour un séjour de 8 jours sur place. Il est spacieux et les équipements sont de qualité. Chaque chambre dispose de sa salle de bains avec douches et WC et de son dressing. La cuisine est bien équipée, et la disposition en cuisine ouverte sur le salon est parfaite pour partager les moments de vie. Le Logement était propre à notre arrivée, les lits faits, le linge de maison ( Serviettes) prêt. Les machines à laver et sèche linge ont été testés et appréciés. Logement à recommander pour des séjours plus ou moins longs sur L.A. La taille du bar ne permet pas d'y manger à 6. Mais il y a la table du salon qui permet d'y remédier.

• Valentina L. (9/5): Gran lugar para hospedarse si quieres hacer muchas cosas en Los Angeles. - La ubicación es perfecta porque está en el corazón de Los Angeles. Muchas vías de acceso cercanas, restaurantes, etc. La casa es muy cómoda y agradable. Las camas rechinan un poco y el sonido puede molestar. Pero en general es un gran alojamiento.

• BOANDBOBO (6/5): - The location is very good and the house is spacious. First we did not get the house we booked due to some personal issues of the previous guests who could not vacate the house. The house we got was given to us as "an upgrade". The landlord provided us with the wrong code to access the house so it got a little stressful late at night but finally got solved. The house had absolutely no views of LA. The interior was unfortunately quite run down lacking maintenance. Toilet paper holders had been ripped off the wall and not replaced and the same for towel racks/ hangers, a number of bulbs were burnt, mosquito nets were either half hanging outside the windows or had just fallen. Walls and doors were heavily stained. We got 1 only towel per person, no floor mats nor floor towels in the bathrooms either. In conclusion the house does look like the one in the pictures but 5 years down the line with no maintenance and honestly rather cheap furniture. "Good from far but far from good". Finally, the house faces another similar house just a few meters away and the guests to that property were on serious drugs and spent the whole night until 5 am screaming and partying in the courtyard. All this would not have happened if we stayed in a hotel where you can call the management. So I'm afraid I would not recommend this property unless it undergoes serious maintenance.

• Tanja (8/5): Super - Es war eine tolle Kommunikation und der Vermieter hat uns eine alternativ Wohnung angeboten, da diese Wohnung wohl ein technischen Defekt hatte. Die neue Wohnung war aber wirklich gut und wir konnten uns nicht beschweren. Wenn ein Problem oder Frage war wurde direkt reagiert. Die Gegend war ok.

• Alina (10/5): Es war alles perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt in Hollywood! - Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer guten Gegend. Zudem hat man eine Garage in dem man sein Auto parken kann. Man erreicht den Hollywood Boulevard super schnell mit dem Auto. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war super schön & alles sehr sauber! Es war rundum alles super. Man muss nur aufpassen mit einem großen Mietwagen, da die Einfahrt recht eng ist.
• giovanni (8/5): - La casa è molto bella e ha tutti i confort Non mi è piaciuto scoprire, dopo che Booking.com mi dice che il totale per 1 notte è di $134 e ritrovarsi a pagare quasi 380, soprattutto x il costo pulizia scritto in piccolo e aggiunto dopo. Se si pagano 200$ di pulizia, ci si aspetta di trovarla davvero pulita, invece c’era polvere in diversi punti, in particolare, sulla struttura del mancorrente delle scale. La casa è un affare se davvero rimane il costo di 134$ e facendo almeno una settimana, ammortizzi il costo di pulizia finale. Per un solo giorno, per quanto sia bella la casa, se non hai la macchina, è una zona bella, ma non c’è nulla. A pari prezzo, ho soggiornato a Santa Monica a 2 block dal pier

• Rahim (7/5): Clean house with comfortable beds but untidy neighbors who share the yard - Clean house, large bedrooms and bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen Only 1 small sofa in living area. Neighbors smoke marijuana all day and the smell enters the house plus they don’t pickup after their dog and dog poop is all over the back yard.

• Olivier (8/5): Appartement spacieux et confortable situé dans un quartier calme. - L'appartement est très confortable, spacieux et convient parfaitement pour 6 personnes. Il est très bien situé pour les visites concernant Hollywood. Pour encore améliorer le séjour, il serait bien que la vaisselle pour le quotidien soit plus fournie: 6 verres, 6 assiettes et 6 tasses c'est un peu "cheap". Pour le confort du sommeil, un peu d'huile dans les charnières des portes des chambres et salle de bain serait le bienvenu ;-)
