• Alejandro (1/5): Decent properties, bad customer service! - The location and size (number of bedrooms and bathrooms) were fine, adequate for a traveling family. Our check-in was on the day when Hurricane Ian came into Orlando. Despite this, our contact at the property, a lady named Tina, refused to give us the access code until check-in time at 4:00pm, claiming that the cleaners were not done yet. And when we were finally able to get into the property, it was obvious that it had not been cleaned at all. We complained to Tina and after about an hour, she moved us to another property, which was clean and everything the other one should have been. I emailed Tina and asked for a refund of the cleaning fee, since a clean house is not what we found. Even though she moved us to another property, the damage had already been done. Everyone was soaking wet and coughing, especially my 85-year-old mother whom we had to help transfer in her wheelchair from the car to the house in the middle of torrential rain and hurricane force winds. I think this lady should have taken the storm into account and either give us the code early or move us to another property. In the end, the company refused to consider my request for a refund of the cleaning fee. If you are like me and you value good customer service above everything else, I would stay away from these people. There's just too many other places to stay at in Orlando to have to deal with this.
• Priscilla (9/5): 15 miles to Disney - Home absolutely beautiful. Privacy was key. All the rooms were nice. No bbq grill, but was able to get permission to buy one and use it on grass. Must bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. 1 trash bag daily. Recent rain made heated pool cool. The heated pool is warm in morning and mid afternoon. Late night it cools down.
• Sydnei (7/5): Great house, host has some room for improvement - Large house with great amenities for the whole family including air hockey, basketball, gaming system, pool table, screened in pool and hot tub. All beds in every room were very comfortable with clean sheets. Closets were stocked with hangers. They supplied plenty of fresh clean towels for every guest. Excellent location in close proximity to Disney, Walmart, gas station, restaurants and Starbucks. Really in a prime location if you have a car. We were able to pick up souvenirs, food and drinks basically right across the street at Walmart. Super convenient. The back patio was really amazing. Huge dining table with room for everyone to dine al fresco. They also have some great lounge chairs to sunbathe on. It was nice to have the pool fenced off to keep the kids out of the water while we were just hanging out having dinner. I never worried about my children's safety. We would definitely stay here again! I didn't like being texted multiple times by the owner. It was very scammy when they texted me demanding an additional deposit. They didn't say who they were or any booking details. I later received an email with the same demand, which at least had the booking details. They also required the ID of everyone that would be driving to the house. I sent three IDs(via email) which they claimed not to receive. They text me to tell me they wouldn't give the door code until I sent the IDs (they also said this about the additional deposit). So I text the IDs to them as well, only to arrive at the neighborhood and have the security guards tell me they didn't have my ID. This led to a very uncomfortable call with the owner. When we finally got into the house, we found the floors to be very dirty. Our feet were black from walking around barefoot. The couch and kitchen chairs had crumbs in the cracks that were visible when you sit down. The pool and spa were also in need of a good vacuuming. There was a ton of sand on the bottom. I also didn't know they only supplied one roll of TP per bathroom and only one dish soap packet. There was nothing in the kitchen to scrub dishes with. We found dirty dishes and silverware in the cabinet, which I assume is due to the fact that folks before us also couldn't scrub. While the host did email the house rules, there was no binder on site with wifi info or check out info. That would have been really helpful. All in all, I think the host mainly needs to work on better communication. It was really frustrating being contacted so many times or having to get in touch with them. It should really be seamless after payment and it just wasn't.
• Kevin (9/5): wonderful property. Would recommend to anyone looking for large affordable accommodations close to Disney. - The property was wonderful and well maintained. Pool was in need of a cleaning. We ultimately did not use it so it was minimal impact on our stay.
• Lee (10/5): Exceptional - The beds were Really comfortable and the location was convenient. The highway walmart. Disney World was were close. The patio door lock was broken so there was always someone staying, to make sure nothing was left unattended
