• Fernando (10/5): Séjour parfait à deux pas de Berat - Logement qui a largement dépassé nos attentes. La villa est spacieuse, très confortable et parfaitement équipée. L’hôte a été particulièrement serviable et arrangeant tout au long du séjour. Tout s’est déroulé à merveille. De plus, le logement est idéalement situé, à moins de 10 minutes en voiture du centre de Berat. Je recommande sans hésitation et reviendrai avec plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour. Aucun. Tout était parfait, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Mention spéciale à Elvis notre hôte, accueillant et disponible au moindre problème. Nous conseillons cette villa à 100%. Rien tout était parfait. Il manquait juste un micro onde mais cela n'empêche pas le confort.

• Lorraine (9/5): - We stayed in the older of the 2 properties which was charming. It has panoramic views over the surrounding countryside. There are plenty of sunloungers around the pool and the outside space was very relaxing to gather round. There is a small grocery shop 2 minutes walk away with delightful staff. Elvis was so helpful responding very quickly to any messages. He gave us some good recommendations locally and for takeaways since we arrived quite late to the villa.

We stayed at the older house that had a nice clean pool with the best view over Berat. You do need a car to go in town but you get the privacy of being in your own house with all the facilities you need offering a great experience! The only thing that was inconvenient were the wasps that were coming outside when we were eating. The rest was all great and the staff very kind with all of us.

• Sofie (10/5): Fantastisch !! - Superhost Elvis stond ons op te wachten bij de accomodatie. Samen met hem rondgang gedaan van het huis. Huis (nieuwe villa) is van alle gemakken voorzien, super afgewerkt en vooral heel mooi! Elvis hielp ons heel goed met restaurants en thuisbezorgingsfaciliteiten. Zwembad fantastisch voor ons en de kids. Niets!

Hard to capture the beauty of the property and the views from every part of the house (endless floor to ceiling windows), the huge garden/terrace area and the stunning pool. It is a dream house and Elvis is a brilliant host. If you are visiting Berat and/or the surrounding area, stay here. Just do it. That we only booked 1 night

Manager of this villa no words to describe you Boss. 1. when you are in Villa Palma let manager manage everything like taxi, food, medicine anything you need it happens in 2-10 minutes. Just text or call and it happens so fast. 4. Cleaning is in topp. Overall you’ll never find place, service, people and managers like this place. Feels like family. Words are just small to describe Mr. Elvis. And and and obviously we will be back again😊

The new villa is absolutely stunning — spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail in the interior gives off a true sense of luxury, without losing the warmth that makes you feel at home. The pool area was a highlight — clean, relaxing, and with a fantastic view of the surrounding hills and city. What I appreciated most was the combination of comfort, aesthetics, and value. It’s rare to find a place that offers this level of quality at such reasonable rates. I’ll definitely be coming back again — and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Berat!

It's perfectly located (when you have a car) to explore the old town and region, and with an amazing local restaurant just nearby as well as a supermarket for all your needs. We absolutely loved out time here and are only sad we didn't stay longer! Next time we absolutely will :)

Very comfy, good AC, super pool and gardens (we loved all the pet 12?15? tortoises and rabbits as well as Toby the cat). Villa well equipped and huge, amazing views of mountains and berat castle. Looks even better than the pictures. (A 2nd bedside table would be good!) everything else great.

From the moment we arrived, we were completely blown away by the sheer beauty of the property. The villa is immaculately clean and, remarkably, looks even better in person than in the stunning photos. The spaciousness of the villa is truly impressive, providing plenty of room for relaxation and enjoyment. Every corner of the home exudes comfort. The expansive grounds surrounding the villa add to its grandeur, offering ample space for outdoor activities and leisure. One of the highlights of this villa is the magnificent pool. It features colorful changing lights that create a magical ambiance in the evenings. We spent countless hours swimming and lounging by the pool, which quickly became our favorite spot to unwind. The barbecue area is an added bonus, perfect for enjoying delicious meals al fresco while taking in the serene surroundings. The villa's location is also a major plus. Being so close to Barratt made it incredibly convenient to explore the local attractions and amenities while still enjoying the tranquility of a private retreat. In summary, this villa is an absolute gem. It combines luxury, comfort, and breathtaking beauty in one perfect package. We were truly stunned by this property and can't wait to return. If you're looking for an unforgettable getaway near Barratt, this villa is the perfect choice!

Big balconies and spectacular views. Elvis is the best host you could wish for-kind,polite, helpful and brought us even fresh fruits in the morning as a gift and helped with our luggage-we felt very welcomed! There's great traditional restaurant in walking distance and also grocery shop-you have everything nearby. Berat center is in short drive. I suggest to stay at least 2 nights in villa, so you can enjoy all the amenities and great opertunities it has with no hurry :)

Host is very friendly even gave us some fresh cherries and wine upon arrival. There are five bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen with sufficient amenities, large living area and a nice pool area with BBQ, turtles and a kids playground. On top everything is spotless clean. Easy choice when spending time in Berat (5 min drive) Nothing to complain

Elvis was an incredible host (bringing us freshly grown fruit in the mornings, arranging taxis and being available for any queries). Thank you for a brilliant stay! There were a few leaky plumbing issues, and the sound of woodworm could be heard in the upstairs bedroom next to the bathroom. Also, a local cat became a nuisance during our stay (trying to enter the property and begging for food).

• Kay (10/5): A beautiful holiday home where there is always a friendly welcome from Elvis and the team - Villa Palma is one of the loveliest places we have ever stayed. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable, and is located in a friendly, safe community just outside Berat (walkable if not too hot). Elvis maintains the gardens and pool to a very high standard, and is incredibly helpful, friendly and generous, sharing delicious products from his garden with us. For animal lovers, there are rabbits and tortoises, plus a charming local cat who likes to visit and relax by the pool with guests. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. -

Gated off, private parking, supernice pool and plenty off space inside and outside. The views are spectacular. sunset with Berat and mountains in the back from your own private pool or outdoor space. We were here for 2 night hut could have easily spend a full week here. Elvis the onsite manager is a legend. Helped us for everything. We joined him and his family for coffee in the nearby cafe and small shops close by provide the rest. I would whole hearthly recommend going here for a family or friends! Best stay in Albania by far. Nothing.

Villa is located on the hill so it has a beautiful panoramic view that we really enjoyed seeing in the mornings when the sun was rising and while we were eating breakfast on the nicely set area near the pool. The property over all has everything you need and if not than amazing host is really nice and helpful. We liked everything.

We only stayed for one night but there’s everything you need for a longer stay, like air con, fully fitted kitchen, washing machine, laundry rack, bbq and some bits for children. Elvis was very accommodating and brought us some fresh fruit in the morning. There’s a beautiful view of Berat, and there were some small shops, a cafe and a restaurant nearby. Also, the neighbours’ cat hung out with us all the time and there was a family of tortoises in the garden! Nothing bad to say!
