• Petrisor Lucian (10/5): Locatie minunata, gazda amabila. Un loc in care vom încerca, cu siguranță, sa revenim! - Vila deosebita, amenajata cu gust, ideala pentru doua cupluri. Vila dispune de toate dotările si are tot ceea ce este necesar la bucătărie. Gradina este minunata, atent îngrijită, cu acces la barbecue si jacuzzi. Gazda noastră, Giulio, a raspuns la toate solicitările noastre. Locația este ideala pentru turiștii care călătoresc cu mașina, dar doresc sa evite accesul auto in Roma si pierderea de timp in trafic. Deplasarea cu trenurile regionale si apoi cu metroul este, in mod cert, mai rapida si mai comoda. Nu au fost probleme, totul a fost minunat!

• Martin (10/5): Fantastic Italian getaway! :) - A tremendously fantastic place to stay. Just a 20 minute drive to Rome, a 20 minute drive to lake Bracciano (which is gorgeous btw). Warm and polite hosts, made us feel immediately welcome. All amenities were as advertised - fully functioning kitchen, large living room, great bedrooms, 24/7 hot-tub, bbq & stone pizza oven in the garden. We really loved everything about our stay. And the best bonus feature - a friendly house cat who occasionally dropped by for some pets and purrs. Loved it. Everything was great. Nothing to complain about.

• pauline (9/5): Very nice week at the Villa Rubio, perfect house and garden - Perfect house with the kids. Incredible terrace and garden to enjoy every time of the day. Jacuzzi perfect! House very calm surrounded by gardens.
• Alex (9/5): Excellent stay and very good hospitality from Giorgio . We had family over and had barbecue dinner with 10 people . The - Property is nice and spacious , well decorated with taste. Jacuzzi and grill facilities a plus . Just one thing, the knives in the kitchen were not so good for cutting veggies and meet from the barbecue . New knives would be good .
• Julie (7/5): Beautiful decor and design but a bit run down - Beautiful design and decor. Main bedroom smelled of smoke and the whole place was a bit musty. Needed a bit more maintenance eg tap in ensuite was moving (not fixed properly), shower drainage did not work efficiently so bathroom got flooded.

• Naomi (10/5): Wonderful! - A real hidden gem! Beautiful surroundings and some special touches offered by the host including a bottle of wine. The host’s brother was so incredibly kind and really made our stay wonderful. He provided us with some fresh produce from the vegetable patch and drove us to a local supermarket to pick up some supplies. He even waited for us and drove us back and also dropped us at the local train station when we were heading off into Rome. On one occasion, he took us on a little tour of the historic castle and surrounding area whilst providing us with a details account of the local resistance to the German occupation. There were no restrictions on the use of the hot-tub which we have experienced in other properties. Quite simply, nothing was too much trouble and we would recommend this property to anyone! Finally, thank you again for accommodating a late check out! I would suggest that the downstairs bathroom is turned into a wet room and a small toilet and sink installed upstairs. Currently, the upstairs room has no en-suite and the bathroom for this room is down a spiral staircase and has a really tiny shower. It’s the only downside to the property but we would still stay again!
• Gabriele (10/5): Very kind host, lovely property and very comfortable weekend. Perfect as a base for seeing Rome, or hanging out locally. - Clean tidy and to a high standard. Could have used a bit more storage in the main bedroom, but this is only a very small improvement
• Jo (10/5): Exceptional - George & Georgia were both super welcoming and explained how things worked. They were lovely people. The property was beautiful, very clean, tidy and they even left a bottle of wine and water as a welcome gift. There was nothing we didn't like.

• Doreen (10/5): Exceptional - The house is just perfect. A big garden with whirlpool and lounge corner. A use Terrasse with a table to eat. Inside the furniture is so nice, everything is just so nice. The bedroom and bathroom is completely new, super comfortable and very modern. We had a wonderful time just 30 minutes away from Roma. Our 2 cats had a lot of fun in the garden and there was a fence around the house. We important for cats and dogs :) We will come back :)
• Mojgan (10/5): Beautiful villa, wonderful owner and enjoyable time in Rome. - This villa is so beautiful and comfortable to stay. If you want to relax and enjoy the nature around the Rome, this is the place. This place is very clean and beautifully landscaped and designed. The host, Giorgio and his family were absolutely incredible people. They accommodated all the needs and were extremely helpful to maximize our joy while staying. Our stay was a very memorable. It was a little far from Rome center, however, site seeing in Rome was doable.
• Sveinn (10/5): Very good and wonderful. - The barbecue, hot tub and breakfast outdoors. Coffee machine did not work with all the types of coffee bags. Minor issue.

It was spacious, open and had an incredible outdoors area with great views and a jacuzzi. Perfect place to stay to enjoy the outskirts of Rome and relax in peace.
