• Akane (10/5): 最高！ - ペット同伴可なのは非常に助かりました。ペット料金は犬1頭につきチャージがかかるので、連泊してもペット料金は変わらずお得に宿泊できました。犬のグッズ（ゲージ、フードボールなど）はありませんが、犬を飼っている方ならご自身のものを持参されると思うので問題ないと思います。大きな道路から少し入った住宅街にあるので静かだし、冷暖房、テレビ、バスタブ、キッチン、大きな冷蔵庫、洗濯機もあり、とても快適です。また、チェックインからチェックアウトまでオンラインで完結するのでとてもスムーズでした。 1日500円のお得なコインパーキングが近くにありますが、駐車場が付いていると尚良かったです。車から荷物の搬入出は宿の前でできるのですが、道が狭いので大きな車は駐車場から運んだほうが良いかも（駐車場から徒歩2分程度）。

• serafin (8/5): Spacious apartment with almost all the necessities needed for a short stay - Lots of space and separate rooms. Keyless check in 10 min walk from train station and metro station Missing basic ingredients to cook (salt pepper and oil would be enough) We found some airs on the floor. Bring earplugs in case your upstairs neighbours are very active and walk around till late.
• YOSHIYUKI (9/5): 部屋も大変広く、快適に過ごせた。長期滞在向けの施設と思われるので、何かそういった機会があればまた使いたい - 深夜3時ごろの到着であったが、問題なく入室できた。 部屋も清潔で快適に過ごせた 全体的に満足ではあったが、敢えて指摘させていただくと… やはり土地柄あまり治安が良さそうとは言い難い点 周辺に飲食店やコンビニも少なめ 洗濯機は有り難かったが、音がかなり大きく深夜には使えない点 Wi-Fiが5GHzのみ対応で2.4GHzに対応していなかった点（実は2.4GHzが必要であった）
• Ervin (10/5): Exceptional - Very quiet and comfortable. Had all amenities. Location was excellent. Easy to get to mass transit. I would definitely stay again at HANASTAY (KIYOSI) in the future. Overall an excellent value.
• Patrycja (1/5): We did not stay there eventually it is definitely not 9,5 level apartment. - Nothing The apartment was not clean at the time we have arrived, bed sheets were stained and there were some hairs on it as were as on the floor, kitchen table etc. Fridge was molted. We addressed the host but there was not reaction. We cancelled the rest of our stay and lost our money, but we did not want to stay there. The neighborhood is not very nice.

• Barbora (10/5): Cozy apartment in a good location - Amazing little property in a calm quiet area of Osaka The bottom apartment can be noisy. We had some people staying upstairs with a dog that kept running around and playing in the evening and it was very loud. Nothing a pair of earplugs couldnt solve.

• Chiyumi (10/5): Great value for the clean, spacious and private accommodation! - Clean and private. We didn’t have anybody upstairs so didn’t mind the noise like other people mentioned. Felt like home and the coin parking nearby was cheap

Big space which includes living room with kitchen, powder room, shower/bathtub with separate toilet and bedroom. The place is clean and quiet. They provided all the needed facilities including umbrellas. . Metro station is not near, but walkable and flat so no issue to drag our luggages.
• Iwona (8/5): Very good - It was lovely and very clean apartment with decent bathroom and washer. About 10min walk from subway station. Very responsive host. We had some problems with WiFi which host dealt within first 24h however it was dropping frequently on our phones. Very thin mattress, I didn't mind but husband ended up with a backache. Very thin ceiling/walls, we had noisy guest upstairs for couple of nights which was rather annoying when trying to rest or sleep.
