• Intan Salme (8/5): We had a pleasent stay. - The property is spacious. To note its not suitable for elderly and kids as the stairs a bit steep. It offers kitchen utensils and washer but need to bring your own detergent. The location is good as its walkable to silom complex, 7e is located infront of the junction and a lot of small coffee shop. Easy to get grab and less crowded area. We can hear the neighbours walking as they live closed to each others.
• wjanu (9/5): Best kept rough gem of a wholesome apartment stay for family or group of friends - Responsive Clean Well-maintained Stairs is a bit challenging especially with big luggages, so for fellow travellers best to keep the big luggages on 1st floor and bring the essentials to the rooms which start from 2nd to 5th floor. And perhaps adding standing mirror in each room will be a great addition in room amenities 😊 Other than that all marvelous!

• Antonio (10/5): It was a good stay overall. - Location. Almost near to all necessary locations. Just a comment on stairs as it will be difficult to go up to the 3rd floor. Also toiletries should be available inside the accommodation especially for guests for a long period stay. Provided Bath towel can also be improved as it leaves white cotton particles all over.

• Vytautas (1/5): worst travel experience - Unfortunately, this stay was one of the worst travel experiences we’ve ever had. As soon as we entered the apartment, there was a very strong and suffocating smell of chemicals mixed with mold throughout all rooms. The odor was so intense that after some time inside, we started to get headaches and dizziness. Even after days of ventilation, nothing improved — the smell had soaked into the furniture, curtains, and even our clothes. When we returned home, all our clothes still smelled the same. It seemed the chemicals were used for pest control, since we started seeing cockroaches inside the apartment after the second or third day. When we reported the issue to the host, they came to “fix” it but only aired and sprayed the apartment with air fresheners. Later they suggested using additional air fresheners, and after our second message they stopped responding altogether. The apartment looks much worse than in the photos — everything is old, worn out, and stained. There’s visible mold in the bathroom and one bed had dirty sheets. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place until a full renovation and deep professional cleaning are done.
• May (10/5): Overall it was great. - It was very easy to communicate with the host and the responses were quick. We had issues with toilet not flushing and it was fixed within 24 hrs. The location is also pretty great, around 10 mins walk from BTS station. Since we stayed there for 7 nights, one time cleaning service was offered though we didn’t use it. The rooms were cozy and the living room was a really nice space for the group to chill and relax. Although we didn’t use that much of the 5th floor outdoor space, it was a nice area to hang out. When it rained so hard, water leaked from the back door of the downstair living room (we went during the peak of monsoon). The floor can be cold so if you’re staying, make sure to bring the slippers. I also kinda wish there were more chairs in the dining area.

• Celine (8/5): Super Lage, wir kommen wieder! - Die Lage ist super da sie sehr zentral ist, man hat viel Platz als große Gruppe. Die Unterkunft ist modern gestaltet. Der Host ist super und hilft bei allen Fragen weiter. Preis-Leistung absolut Top! Es ist sehr hellhörig

• Eugen (4/5): Leider enttäuschend. Nicht empfehlenswert - Die Lage Die Unterkunft war enttäuschend. Wir konnten ein Zimmer nicht nutzen, da die Wände von Schimmel befallen sind . Die Fugen in den Toiletten sind ebenso von Schimmel befallen und die Armaturen verkrustet. Insgesamt leider enttäuschend. Die Tür lies sich nicht vernünftig schließen. Der Eingang ist in einer Seitengasse. Eine weitere Tür für den Hinterhof war nicht dicht. Bei Regen floss Wasser die Wand runter auf den Boden… Die Betten waren zumindest sauber…

• Afaf (8/5): Very good - We stayed in this apartment as a group of 9, and overall, it was a good experience. The place is quite spacious, with enough room for everyone to feel comfortable. The host was very helpful and responsive, making communication easy. However, cleanliness could be improved as we noticed some dust. Also, one of the rooms has no windows, which might not be ideal for some guests. Additionally, the apartment's entrance is a sliding glass door that opens directly onto a small street, which may impact privacy and noise levels. If space and a responsive host are your priorities, this apartment can be a good option, but be mindful of these aspects.

• Ansh (10/5): Perfect place for large group. Bathrooms on every floor. everything you need is nearby. - Perfect for a group of 9/10 adults. The stairs aren’t exactly the best. Need to take them slowly so as not to get your foot stuck in the gap.

The hotel sits on a dead-end lane and was very quiet, but a 7-Eleven is literally just 20 steps away which is very convenient. The instructions to get to the keys were very thorough and simple. The rooms have different themes and decorations. They're big and wide, event the smallest room would have space to spread out your luggage. Toilets were clean and without mildew. A 6 minute walk away from Sala Daeng BTS Station and Silom party areas. Overall a perfect place to stay for a big group. The bed throw pillows can get a little dusty and the staircase can be a little slippery with socks, but nothing too much to worry about if you're careful.
• Lu (10/5): Great value for a big family or group traveling together. You will not be disappointed, Highly recommended. - The location is great and the staffs were super accommodating. They communicated very well with me about issues in the house and were very proactive in resolving them. There are so many food options and bars around the area. The 7/11 literally around the corner is a life saver if you need anything at any time in a day. The laundry store next door is greatly convenient and affordable. Besides the staircases which the host informed me well in advance, there wasn’t anything I was not satisfied with the property. Suggestions: 1) It would be great to have another bed on the 4th floor 2) Digital door lock would be ideal since it would be a big group staying here (one key is a little inconvenient, but we managed to live with it).

Responsive management team quickly resolved issues raised The facility furniture quality can be better. Most of the beds are creaky and less supportive. Doors make noises when opening or closing. Easy fixes just need attention and maintenance

A lot of shops around the area. The strong sewage smell at the toilet on the ground floor. There weren't hand soap in L1, L2 and L3 toilets.

So near the market and attractions like Patpong and not so far from the Chong Nongsi BTS station. It’s even walkable to Silom complex . And many eateries and massage around . The stairs .

• Felicia (6/5): Good for young travelers with a preference for location and basic comfort. - Location of the unit as it was of good walking distance to the BTS/MRT stations with many restaurants, simple eateries and a 7-11 just a few steps away. Air-conditioning units were ample and well functioned. Good wifi and smart TV access. The steep staircase that led to the rooms over 3 floors. Some rooms and toilets were musty and lacked ventilation. The locking system could be improved to make occupants feel more secure. It was a bit noisy as the unit is beside some shops. We had to alight at the road adjacent to the unit as the driveway was too small for van access.
