• Ιάσων (9/5): - Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα. Άνετο με σχετικά ευρύχωρο σαλόνι. Κάτσαμε δύο μέρες και μείναμε πλήρως ικανοποιημένοι από την επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη μέχρι τις παροχές του σπιτιού. *Αν μπορείτε βάλτε ένα γατζακι ή κάτι για να στηρίζεται το τηλέφωνο του ντουζ ψηλά.

• ELIAS (8/5): Σε γενικές γραμμές μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι. - Μας βοήθησε πάρα πολύ το πάρκινγκ μπροστά στο κατάλυμα. Επίσης εύχρηστος ήταν ο φούρνος της γειτονιάς σε απόσταση ολίγων λεπτών. Σημαντική ήταν η πρόσβαση ΑΜΕΑ. Το καθιστικό δωμάτιο ήταν λιγάκι σκοτεινό. Ο εξοπλισμός θα μπορούσε να ήταν λιγάκι καλύτερος. Π.χ. από τα μαγειρικά σκεύη έλειπε ένα σουρωτήρι τσαγιού. Τα καταφέραμε όμως με λίγη φαντασία.
• Effrosyni (10/5): - Πολύ ωραία διακοσμημένο κατάλυμα! Άνετο με δύο υπνοδωμάτια και ξεχωριστό σαλόνι. Τα δύο μπάνια είναι ιδιαίτερα βολικά. Το γεγονός ότι έχει ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ πολύ σημαντικό. Ιδανικότερο για το καλοκαίρι αφού έχει και βεράντα! Πολύ καλή αναλογία τιμής -παροχών!

• Simon (8/5): Pleasant stay, ideal for motorcycles or a small group holiday. - The gated parking area was great for motorcycles and the extra shower and washing machine area was very useful. Generally a very spacious apartment. The immediate area was a bit rough.

• Muriel (8/5): - L'appartement est spacieux et confortable, bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour. Les deux salles de bain permettent de gagner du temps et d'avoir de l'intimité. La terrasse est très agréable pour le petit déjeuner et le repas du soir. Le coin salon avec la télé et les abonnements aux plateformes Netflix et Youtube est agréable. Le parking privé est un atout indéniable dans Athènes. L'emplacement de la maison est un peu difficile à trouver. Il pourrait y avoir un four à micro-ondes dans la cuisine pour réchauffer les plats.

• Octavian (7/5): - Good location near the subway, shops and restaurants/cafes nearby, parking Quite a small space in the rooms, the main access is directly through one of the bedrooms, one of the bathrooms is in a separate building (you have to leave the house), the access gate is broken (we had to improvise to keep it closed) - it is an area with benches in front of the yard where many young people gather in the evening, and the fact that the owner did nothing to repair the gate created a feeling of insecurity for us.

• Gregory (9/5): not the best location, homie atmosphere, value for money. - clean white bedsheets, nicely decorated, homie atmosphere. nothing around, the house is at the end of a dead end road and youth can be loud sitting around smoking and drinking since the dead end has benches where they can sit and chill, although they were present they were respectful and kept the noise at reasonable levels and left before quiet times. Also the main circuit box makes a clicking noise like a pounding when a relay goes on and off. shower has no overhed holder for the shower head and no coffee machine.
• Radomi (9/5): Nice place in Athens - Area was quit, Clean House. We parked the car, in the garage and use the metro, bus and trum. The stations were near, max 8 minutes of walking for the metro and 3 minutes for the buses. It is a way to see the city. I rekomand this place, we had fun. I liked every thing.

And metro station just 5 min walk Parking very secure with lock gate .Fantastic place for peacefully rest.Keys with lock box box so even if late easy to get inside For that good price it really above what you usually get

• Mirko (2/5): Don't recommend this accomodation! - The owner approach was not very kind for only 20min of late check-out because I had strong allergy at morning as I suffer rinits allergy, they are not flexible with check -out or check-in time. Was so rude , he kick me off from house, they said first I can leave my bags in apartment then they changed fast idea. I think is not very serious professional or polite approach for other guests. Also shower 🚿 jet is very poor there is no any space to fix shower

• Reni (10/5): Nice dedicated house, I recommend it - The house was very clean and there were all necessary things to fell like at home. The area is calm and on walkable distance to a metro station. All was nice.
• Jozef (10/5): A quiet, practical and art-decorated place near the main attractions of Athens - The house already has free parking in its name, and if you don't know the situation in a city, you will soon understand that the parking options it offers you are far above any standard. While this is a super practical benefit, it's not the main reason to stop here. Staying in it is like staying in a small gallery, with a tasteful selection of paintings and other elements (we were also impressed by the design of the toaster), which Vasilis personally selected and installed here. The house is clean, spacious for the center of Athens and equipped with all the practical tools you need. And it has its own manual and it is unique. It is not a classic quick hotel manual as you may know; its creator made sure that it contained all the information regarding the use of the apartment, but also many recommendations on how to enjoy its surroundings (on his recommendation, we stopped at a nearby restaurant Mylolithos and the food was excellent, only a few steps away from it is a relatively large supermarket where you can get everything you need, on Vasilisa's advice we visited Schinias beach and enjoyed it as well). Check it out as soon as you arrive, it will save you a lot of searching. Above that Vasilis promptly answered our other questions (via whatsapp or e-mail). The proximity to classic tourist magnets - the Acropolis or a romantic dinner in the ruins of old Greek buildings - is also an advantage. Don't drive your car though, it must be a real pain (we didn't try). Uber works excellently in the city, you can get a taxi even on Sunday morning or late Saturday night within 3 minutes and the trip from home or back will not cost you more than 10 euros.

• Elisavet (9/5): Oasis in the city - Everything is brand new decor and nicely styled. Loved the parking lot with fence so our dog could go around outside but not leave the property! Not sure where the 2nd bathroom is located since it says that in headline? But we didn’t need one so no worries.
