• Krzysztof (10/5): Polecam - Lokalizacja w spokojnym miejscu. Piękny widok z okna i tarasu. Smaczne śniadanie. Codziennie taki sam zestaw, ale nie był to problem. Gospodarz dokładał wszelkich starań abyśmy byli zadowoleni i mieli wszystko czego potrzeba. Spełnił nawet moja prośbę o przygotowanie tortu-niespodzianki. Spędziliśmy miłe chwile na tarasie przy zachodzie słońca. Jeśli kiedyś będę miał możliwość to tu wrócę. Mała łazienka. Mając ba uwadze jakość obsługi i cenę innych minusów nie dostrzegam.

• Stéphanie (8/5): - A la sortie de vlore sur les hauteurs Là où les plages sont plus belles par rapport à celles du centre ville. Le parking a notre guise. Une vue imprenable sur la baie... A couper le souffle La chambre est très propre, aucun bruit, avec frigo et rangement. Salle de bain et toilettes. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, sucré et salé, boisson chaudes ou fraîches. Rien a dire tout est parfait. Le propriétaire est très à l' écoute et de bons services. Je recommande vivement 👌🏼

I have absolutely nothing bad to say! Just great! Thank you so much! You really feel a family vibe when you stay here! Even more beautiful than on the pictures! The view is priceless!

• Alyson (8/5): We were so well looked after by our hosts. They did everything they possibly could to make our stay a sheer delight. Gre - The villas are basic. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of pillows and bed covers. There is a fridge, but no kitchenette for self catering. But all of this fades when you step out for your fabulous breakfast on the communal terrace. The views are absolutely spectacular. There’s nowhere inside the villa to hang wet towels after a shower, no hooks at the backs of doors and a lack of cutlery and tea making facilities in the villa.

• Moritz (10/5): Sehr gastfreundlich und wunderschön. - Wir haben noch nie so gastfreundliche Hosts kennengelernt. Sie waren vom ersten Tag an so hilfsbereit. Bei jeder Frage haben Sie uns geholfen und weit aus viel mehr gemacht als nötig. Die Aussicht vom Balkon beim Frühstück (sehr lecker und sehr großzügig) ist atemberaubend und auch abends kann man da sehr schön sitzen. Die Häuser sind sehr sauber und beinhalten alles nötige. (Klimaanlage super) Außerdem gibt es auch Parkplätze wo man sein Auto gut abstellen kann. Preis-Leistung unschlagbar und wir können wirklich jedem empfehlen hier hin zu gehen. Nichts
• Teresa (8/5): Vistas espectaculares - Las vistas eran espectaculares. Zona muy tranquila por estar un poco alejado del centro. Personal muy amable. El desayuno incluido también estaba genial, muy completo. El apartamento pequeño pero limpio, con el mobiliario justo. Tenía una pequeña terraza con una mesita y dos sillas. Lo que menos nos gustó fue la ducha. Era un pequeño aseo de unos 3 m2, sólo con lavabo y taza de váter. Toda el baño era la ducha, sin mampara, y con el sumidero en el centro. El problema es que todo acababa mojado y había que tener cuidado con no mojar el resto del apartamento, aunque había una pequeña alfombrilla a la salida del baño.

• Morten (5/5): - The terrasse in the evening, although lights came on a little late. Great breakfast with a broad selection of local dishes, egg and sausage. Often melon or grapes as fruit. Very friendly owner who does his best to ensure we were fine. Rooms are very small. Villa is an overstatement. No water upon arrival. No utilities for drinks or food (plates, knives or glasses) For a few days ok, but for five days as we were there, the possibility to cut a melon or other groups would have been great. No extra room besides bedrooms and toilet. No chairs or table outside. A bit confusing with two"hotels"on the premises

• Maria (9/5): Mancherà la vista alla mattina e al tramonto.... - La struttura si trova in una zona poco rumorosa e difficilmente raggiungibile. Le indicazioni dell'Host sono state utilissime e preziose. La terrazza sul mare uno spettacolo per gli occhi. Seascape è fuori dalla zona trafficata e rumorosa di Valona ma questa si raggiunge facilmente a piedi con una bella passeggiata. Gli Host sono ospitali, disponibili e gentili. La colazione è più che soddisfacente e ogni richiesta viene esaudita. Si sta bene come a casa propria, in totale relax e in un ambiente molto informale. Camera ( anzi mini appartamento), comodo e con aria condizionata indispensabile viste le temperature. All'inizio può essere necessario un pò di spirito di adattamento che con i giorni però diventa un plus . Il silenzio e la calma che regna in questo angolo è rigenerante dopo aver girato per il territorio soprattutto nelle zone costiere super turistiche. La zona è agevole anche per visitare tutte le principali città e gli ambienti naturali che l'Albania offre se si è curiosi e desiderosi di vivere realmente un paese. Se proprio dobbiamo trovare qualche difetto forse è l'orario della colazione ( 8.30/10.30); mi rendo conto che chi è in vacanza desidera dormire di più soprattutto se si fa tardi la sera. Noi siamo piuttosto "inquieti" e curiosi pertanto l'orario di partenza per le differenti località che abbiamo visitato ( da nord a sud e molto interno), tenendo conto dei tempi di percorrenza più che dei km, può non essere in agevole....ma anche su questo si può essere tolleranti

• Livia (8/5): Bella camera con vista sul mare - La vista dalla nostra camera era stupenda, i letti comodi, la terrazza in cui facevamo colazione era molto bella, abbiamo apprezzato l’aria condizionata e la pulizia delle camere. Lo staff gentile, parlava anche italiano. Il bagno era un po’ troppo piccolo e senza tenda per la doccia, la colazione era buona e abbondante ma uguale per tutti, non potevi scegliere cosa mangiare.

• Diana (8/5): Boa experiência, vista incrível, preço-qualidade bom. - Anfitrião muito prestável e simpático. O pequeno almoço é muito bom, servido num espaço com uma vista muito boa. Estancionamento disponível. A vista da villa é impressionante e o pôr do sol é ainda mais encantador. No geral uma boa experiência. Para 4 adultos, achamos o espaço e casa de banho pequenos (pode não se aplicar dependendo da casinha onde ficam). A porta de entrada tem um vidro e as janelas não têm persianas, o que pode dificultar o descanso quando há luz no exterior. O acesso e a localização não é dos mais fáceis, mas compensa ter estancionamento à porta disponível.

It was a beautiful, peaceful way to begin the day. The rooms were simple, but clean and the beds were comfortable. The manager was very helpful. The bathroom was a wet bath. The room was useful, but with little decoration.
• sabrina (5/5): da migliorare decisamente ma con una buona potenzialità - vista mozzafiato, colazione molto buona, parcheggio disponibile. problemi con l’acqua, nel secondo giorno di permanenza e che il proprietario ha negato che esistesse il problema come se volessimo inventarci la cosa. ho la foto del rubinetto dal quale non scende acqua. solo il gestore o proprietario presente in struttura a richiesta. carta igienica molto scarsa idem prodotti da bagno.
• VictorR1986 (8/5): - A vista é espetacular. Acredito que seja o ponto alto do hotel. Aquele mar, aquele por do sol é fantástico. O apartamento é confortável, pequeno e o banheiro é muito pequeno. Café da manhã, bom, sem muitas opções. Enfim, custo benefício vale. Banheiro, você toma banho e molha tudo. A água não vai embora com facilidade.

It's OK for 2 nights but not a Wow.

The staff were also very friendly and always available to offer any help. The bathroom we got was very small with the shower head right next to the toilet, which made it a little uncomfortable. Шикарная терраса у отеля, на которой подаётся завтрак. Выезжали рано, завтрак с собой не делают. Душ был сразу у унитаза, поэтому везде была вода. Без машины наверное не стоит бронировать. Нет выхода к морю. Нужно идти, а лучше ехать.

• Sofia (4/5): - Η θέα πολύ μικρά τα δωμάτια χώρις μια καρέκλα να κάτσεις ή τραπέζι να ακουμπήσεις κάτι. βαλίτσες και πράγματα μόνο στο πατωμα. το τρίκλινο ήταν ένα διπλό κρεβάτι σε δωμάτιο χωρίς κλιματιστικό και ένα ράντζο στο χωλ του δωματίου που είναι το ψυγείο και μια ντουλάπα με κλιματιστικό. δροσιά στο δωμάτιο με το διπλό δεν έφτανε και αυτός που κοιμόταν στο ράντζο είχε παγώσει. σχετικά καθαρό, το ψυγείο υπολειτουργούσε. το πρωινο μέτριο. δεν άξιζαν τα χρήματα που δώσαμε μόνο για την θέα. δεν υπάρχει ξεκάθαρη ταμπέλα στον δρόμο για να βρεις το κατάλυμα και ο δρόμος είναι πολύ κακός.

• Adriana (6/5): Peši denne k moru je nereálne. Hneď v prvý deň požičali auto, nakoľko sme boli na motorkách. - Najkrajší na celom ubytovaní bol výhľad. V ponuke na booking nenájdete v základných informáciách, že nie je priamy prístup k moru, aj keď fotografie navádzajú na myšlienku, že do vody môžete skákať z terasy. Prístupová cesta k ubytovaniu - katastrofa. Vily sú určené pre 4 osoby - pozor - nie pre dva páry. Nakoľko jedna z izieb je prechodná (aj na toaletu), tým pádom jeden pár nemal absolútne súkromie. Chýbalo vybavenie úložného priestoru. Chýbalo základne vybavenie - poháre, vešiaky, skrinky. Raňajky v cene - ale denne to iste, čo dostanete na tanier. Personál bol ochotný - aj keď mohol byt viac úsmevný.
• Martina (1/5): It was so bad that I cancelled and went to another place. - This property doesn’t fit the requirements for 4 people. The main room was less than 8 mqs and they put other 2 beds in the corridor large 2m. The bathroom was so small that it is difficult to call it a bathroom. It is nothing like they advertise on booking. It was very difficult to find the place and not comfortable at all. The moment that we went there we canceled the stay and we searched for some other place. One villa is okay to fit 2 persons maximum. The road to reach the property and the facility in general.
