• Christopher (1/5): Not a resort.. - Nothing Home not a ready on time, pool cold . This is not a resort.
• Zivile (3/5): The house needs a lot of repairs - The pool table was broken. The game room didn’t have ventilation and was smelling very bad. The sliding door to the pool didn’t lock. Some beds were broken. It needs a lot of repairs and upgrades to this house. The house was not ready to check-in at 4 pm when we came.
• Mcintosh (6/5): It’s a nice home, but a few things need to adjust! Better internet needs to be place in the home. - The property was located in a good area and I like how peaceful it was. I did not like the fact that when my family and I arrived on a Monday afternoon the pool was dirty, it had a lot of leaves and other little bugs inside! I called about it and was told that it wouldn’t be clean until Thursday. Then from we arrived the internet was horrible, it was down like two to three days with no television to watch or any access for the kids to used their tablets/ phones. I called about the internet too, and was told it was some internet issues in the whole resort!!! Half of the tv in the rooms did not connect to the internet probably, some times it connected but after a while it would disconnect from the tv! So my whole trip the room at the rear which is at your right when going up the stairs, the tv never connects to the internet so the kids was out of tv every night!!! But I must say I got some attention on the home and was help by the members.
• Wilmer (8/5): We enjoyed everything in the property - I really enjoyed everything milla was really nice and always communicated with us all the time making us feel comfortable any question we had she would answer quickly anything we needed she would take care of it The only thing not so good was the pool was a little dirty because the maintenance people when clearing the property doesn’t really care what goes in the pool but thankfully milla made sure there was a clean net to clean the debris from the pool
