• Jose (8/5): would use this place again - the property was clean and located in a nice spot. the beds were very comfortable some of the amenities didn’t work such as a tv remote for the theater
• Anonymous (1/5): House was in great location, but was dirty and hosts were unhelpful. - The location and size of the house were great to accommodate our large party. The amount of bathrooms were very nice as well. House was extremely dirty, with stained furniture cushions and almost every mattress/mattress cover covered in stains. Walls were also covered in dirt and grime, as was the carpet. Hosts were unhelpful when we brought up these issues.
• Eileen (8/5): Good but not great place for the money - Loved the pool, movie room, and game room. The kitchen and bathrooms were in good condition. Hosts were lovely to work with. The stained and dirty carpets in bedrooms. The 2 stained light colored sofas downstairs. I put blankets over them so we could sit. Alot of the walls were marked up also. Some looked like they had food on them and dirt that could have been washed off. All of these issues should be addressed immediately. It is a lovely house, but this made it seem dirty. It didn't seem like things are being checked after guests leave. The pool alarm was broken and some TVs weren't working. Also, one game wasn't working in the game room. We did message the property manager and these issues were addressed.

• James (10/5): Awesome house with various sleeping options for guest. Great location in a nice neighborhood. - The game room was fantastic and the pool was nice to dip into after a long day at Disney. Two bedrooms downstairs are nice for guest that cannot or do not want to climb stairs. Large TV's everywhere, including the bedrooms are nice. Location to the Disney parks was a plus and minus. Close to the parks but also caused delays because of the incredible amount of traffic on I-4 and Hwy 192, but that's not going to change for the better. It would be nice to have the pool and hot tub heated without having to pay an extra $40 per day, which I didn't do. The water pressure in the upstairs showers make it take take longer to take a shower. A wand in the showers would make it easier to get the soap off.
