• Patrick (10/5): Fantastisch - Naast de riante en luxueus ingerichte villa zelf was het buitengedeelte heel fraai en comfortabel: geweldig uitzicht, groot overdekt terras met grote eettafel, mooie buitenkeuken, zwembad, haard om te barbecueën, ruime loungebank iets lager gelegen kunstgrasgedeelte, goede tafeltennistafel die veel is gebruikt. De nog lager gelegen grasstrook met 15-20 schildpadden vond ik ook geweldig. :) Verder is de hostess (Jelena) is erg sympathiek en behulpzaam. En op de laatste avond kwam ze zelfs afscheid nemen en had ze nog een verrassing voor de kinderen.. Ik ben op veel plekken geweest, maar dit had ik nog niet eerder meegemaakt. Heel leuk en attent. Ik kan niet echt iets bedenken. Het zwembad is niet verwarmd, dus het water is nog vrij koud eind april als het buiten nog rond de 20 graden is. Dit was vantevoren ook bekend, dus kan ik niet echt spreken van een tegenvaller. In de zomer is dit verder geen issue.

• Sabine (10/5): Eine perfekte Villa im wunderschönen Kroatien mit herzlichen, sehr gastfreundlichen Gastgebern. - Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Festa und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft von Jelena waren großartig. Wir wurden mit kroatischen Köstlichkeiten und einer mehr als vollständigen Grundausstattung empfangen. Die Villa mit ihrer exklusvien Einrichtung und der wunderschöne Pool mit Terrasse und Außenküche haben nachhaltigen Eindruck bei uns hinterlassen. Jelena war jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Sie gab Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung und eine tolle Konoba in der Nähe. Wir waren in dieser Woche wunschlos glücklich! DANKE für alles! Nichts
• Marlene (10/5): - For en fantastisk plass! Vi er utrolig fornøyde med at vi valgte Villa Festa til oppholdet vårt; sjarmerende lokalisert, flott hus og fasiliteter, nydelig utsikt og rolige omgivelser som får en til å senke skuldrene! Vertskapet var veldig hyggelige og gjestfrie ❤️
• Lee (10/5): Great property for a large family or 2 families - the most wonderful host. - This modern property is perfect for large families as there’s plenty of space, especially the outdoor areas. Beautiful views looking out towards the sea. The host is wonderful and really welcoming - helped us organise many things. The whole property was spotless clean with everything you require - like home from home! There isn’t anything negative to say about this property, although we loved the remoteness and quietness of the surrounding area, note that a car or Ubers required as there are no shops/restaurants etc to walk to.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated it was—both inside and out. The photos online were great, but seeing the villa in person was something else entirely. It was even more stunning in real life, with so much attention to detail and such a welcoming atmosphere. The villa had everything we needed and more. It was fully equipped with all the essentials and plenty of thoughtful extras that made our stay even more comfortable. Whether we were relaxing by the pool, enjoying meals together, or simply taking in the peaceful surroundings, everything about the property made us feel right at home. But what really made this stay so special were the hosts, Jelena and Nikola. We honestly can’t thank them enough. From the moment we booked, they were kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Anytime we needed something or had a question, they responded immediately and always went out of their way to assist us with a smile. Their hospitality was truly above and beyond. They made sure everything was perfect for us, and even surprised us at the end of our stay with a thoughtful gift—including something for the kids, which was really nice. Jelena and Nikola made our experience unforgettable. If you’re thinking about booking this villa, don’t hesitate. It’s a fantastic place run by wonderful people, and we’re certain you’ll have just as incredible a time as we did. You won’t regret it!

It is so spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped for everything. High quality facilities with a beautiful indoor and outdoor areas. The hosts are so generous and caring. They go above and beyond to ensure you have a perfect stay. The location is peaceful and tranquil with stunning views of Dubrovnik. Dubrovnik and surroundings easily accessible. Lovely pool area and outdoor dining area. There is even a tortoise garden which the little ones loved!

• Lea (10/5): A beautiful villa in a lovely location provided by outstanding hosts. - We loved every part of our stay. Cannot fault it in anyway. Jelena and her family were so welcoming, helpful and kept the villa very clean. We loved being further away from the old town as it was cooler peaceful and homely, however it was only a 15 to 20 minute drive away. The villa’s equipment was brilliant it had absolutely everything we needed and more. We love ice so the ice machine was a great bonus. The children’s toys ranged from a PlayStation to puzzles and floats for the pool. The garden with tortoises was beautiful, the children loved feeding them daily. Jelena and her family provided us with loads of extra little touches which were greatly appreciated, the cakes were delicious!! We would go back in a heartbeat.

We were 2 families holidaying together, and the villa was perfect for us. Although away from the buzz of central Dubrovnik, it wasn't much hassle to get into town, which was exactly what we wanted. It was nice to have a quiet and serene place to go back to after a full day of activities in town. The villa was exactly as described and was very comfortable. Special mention to our chef Dario, as well! Impeccable service all round! Thank you, Villa Festa!

Even more beautiful in person, such a charming villa with the most spectucular view. We loved that it was in such a safe and quiet neighborhood. Very easy to book uber/taxi to get you to the main sights. My family and i absolutely loved our stay! Nothing! It was perfect!
