Tinchoben123 (1/5): Quise desconectar en la montaña y me comí de arriba un problema por tres días - No puedo valorar lo positivo de la estadía, porque nunca pude acudir. Si puedo contarles lo mal que me fue con las gestiones de parte de sus administradores. Quise irme unos días para desconectarme y estuve 3 días preocupado, sin respuesta y atrás de una gestión paupérrima de administradores del complejo. Esto comienza cuando luego de tres horas de evaluar posibilidades con nuestros amigos, decidimos reservar en Odella. Inmediamente después me escriben por Whatsapp que no se encuentra disponible, que lo sentían. También me comentan que no podían realizar ellos la cancelación, si podía hacerla yo. La reserva tiene una penalidad total en caso que el huesped cancele, salvo que la propiedad acepte la cancelación por excepción. Por mi parte, accedí para dejar cerrado el tema, mientras buscaba otro lugar donde quedarme, e hice la cancelación. Desde Odella sólo tenían que aceptarla, pasaron las horas y no la aceptaban. Luego de un período, no les llegaban los mensajes, no me atendían las llamadas. Pasaron dos días y consigo otro whatsapp en donde me indican que están en conocimiento y que al mediodía lo resolvían. Esto no fue así, recién el tercer día, luego de decirles que iba al complejo hasta que lo resolvieran, dieron de baja la reserva. No me quiero imaginar si estando en el complejo se cortaba la luz o el agua, que hubieran hecho. 1) No pudieron administrar su calendario 2) No pudieron cancelar ellos la reserva, dado que fue un inconveniente de ellos 3) Se tomaron 3 días para aceptar la cancelación (mientras yo pensaba que tenía que pagar la reserva completa) 4) No tuvieron buena comunicación para al menos mostrar compromiso de resolver el problema rápidamente. Tengo capturas de pantalla de todo, pero el resumen es este.
